While most people are familiar with the recent Martha Stewart trial where the government basically prosecuted her for lying -- lying, so as not to incriminate herself in an insider trading deal -- what most people fail to realize is that lying and corruption in our judiciary is so endemic, that it is routine.   Unlike Martha Stewart, lying and deception is so rampant in our system of courts, that sworn court officers who have taken an oath not to lie, routinely lie without any fear of prosecution, because everyone in the judiciary feels they have a license to lie and deceive the public.   Those familiar with the corruption of the New York Judiciary will tell you that it is proof of the adage: Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely!

As an example: In a recent letter that was sent to me by   J. Barrington Jackson, Esq., Deputy Village Attorney, Hempstead, NY, (see Letter) where this sworn officer of the court writes: "Because you were attempting to file a motion, the people did not request a warrant of arrest for failure to appear on the return date of April 7, 2004" -- so when Mr. Jackson writes these words, it is in his official capacity as your (the people's) lawyer.   He is acting in your steed.    Then Mr. Jackson goes on to write: “Please note that if you fail to appear on one of the two aforementioned dates, a warrant of arrest will issue for the failure to appear on April 7, 2004”.  

When Mr. Jackson wrote these words, he knowingly and willfully lied in order to manipulate the court and deny due process.   That's right!   And while people such as Martha Stewart have a right not to incriminate herself, the similar crime of the people's attorney is even more severe because he is a sworn officer of the court and he is therefore barred by obligation not to use his position of authority to lie and misrepresent the facts.   What Mr. Jackson is very clearly stating is that I was required to appear in court on April 7, 2004 -- and when he made this statement in his official capacity as a Hempstead Village Attorney, he knowingly and willfully lied.   Mr. Jackson knows full well that when a defendant such as myself checks the Not Guilty box on the Summons, and returns it to the court, that said defendant is not supposed to appear on the return date.   The Summons itself reads: "The Court shall then advise the violator by First Class Mail of the trial date."    Even at the time of this writing, the court has yet to schedule a hearing in this matter that I am required to appear at -- which usually takes from one to three years because of court calendar backlog.   A valid court notification is presented for comparison purposes by clicking this link: Valid Notice From Court Clerk.   A review of this valid court appearance notice will demonstrate the counterfeit and fraudulent position of Deputy Prosecutor J. Barrington Jackson.

What this means is that because I -- i.e., the defendant -- had put the court on notice by virtue of returning the original Summons via certified mail with the Not Guilty box checked -- thereby making my initial appearance in this matter via certified mail whereby I entered a plea of Not Guilty into the court record, I was no longer required to appear on the return date that Mr. Jackson makes note of.   That the court was put on notice of my Not Guilty plea is contained in a letter to the clerk of the court which explained both my plea and motion -- which letter read in part: "...Enclosed is the original copy of the summons with a not guilty plea" (see Letter).   Further, a copy of this letter and the summons was attached to the motion (see Motion).  And what the Summons then instructs is that the court clerk will notify me (the defendant) when a trial date has been scheduled to hear the matter.   Mr. Jackson who willfully lied in his letter, has full knowledge of this fact because it usually takes from one to three years for the court to schedule these hearings.   What this also means is that by virtue of my Not Guilty plea, my name was no longer even on the court docket as being required to appear on April 7th, 2004.   

Bogus Warrant: Is an officer of the court above the law?   District Attorney Dennis Dillon thinks so!   At the time I pleaded not guilty, I also entered into the court record a Notice of Motion to dismiss the cause of action against me (see Motion).   This is routinely done by litigants in many courts in order to establish a record in the event the legal matter would be headed for an eventual appeal, or in a Constitutional issue such as we have in this instance.  Motions such as this are routinely brought on when there is a defect in the complaint, one of the two parties requests summary judgment without an actual hearing, or the defendant in the matter wants to insure that the court is put on notice of certain Constitutional Rights that are being violated.   And herein lies the problem that caused Mr. Jackson to willfully and knowingly lie in an official court communication -- i.e., traffic court does not normally function in the manner of a traditional court of justice.   So rather than do his duty as a prosecuting attorney, Mr. Jackson chose to lie and misrepresent both the law and procedures of the court.  Why not?   In his position of political power, Mr. Jackson and others like him are accustomed to doing whatever they want without the fear of impingement.   Those familiar with the New York Judiciary have long recognized that the lawyers and officers of the court believe that they are above the law -- and Mr. Jackson's letter is proof positive of this corrupt mindset.   So Mr. Jackson lied, as is commonplace in the judicial system  -- but then he further complicated the matter when he had a warrant issued because of my failure to appear on April 7th, 2004 -- which by law, I was not required to do.   So Mr. Jackson's unlawful actions then became further complicated when he used his position to falsify an action against me where by he filed a complaint with the Nassau County Police to issue a warrant for my arrest (see Warrant).   While this would have its similarities if we were to file a false complaint against another person -- whereby we would then be prosecuted -- this matter is much more severe because Mr. Jackson is an officer of the court and a representative of the people.   So in this instance justice would require Mr. Jackson's immediate suspension from his position, his prosecution, and the removal of his license to practice law in the State of New York -- that is, if Mr. Jackson was an ordinary citizen and did not have a license to lie and totally misrepresent the facts.

In his letter to me Mr. Jackson erroneously states that I was required to appear for an arraignment.   An arraignment is when a person is brought before the court and the charges are read, and the defendant is required to enter their plea -- i.e., guilty or not guilty.   As stated in the above, this was not required because a plea of Not Guilty had already been entered into the court record, and I was instructed by the Summons itself not to appear on the date noted by Mr. Jackson -- who then takes it upon himself to request me to come to night court within a two week period that I was unavailable because of Passover.   As a prosecuting attorney, Mr. Jackson cannot schedule court dates, because this must be entered into the calendar by the clerk of the court -- who through the use of the proper court form advises the defendant of a scheduled date to hear the matter -- and this date is at least thirty (30) days in the future so that arrangements can be made to appear -- and these official hearings scheduled by the court clerk are always during the day.  Further, a review of Mr. Jackson's letter reveals that this communication wherein he knowingly and willfully lied, was not Cc'ed to the court (see Letter).   If this communication by Mr. Jackson was filed with the clerk of the court, then it would have been immediately seen that I was not required to appear on the date in question (April 7th) -- that Mr. Jackson was required to answer the Notice of Motion that had been filed with the court -- and that no date of appearance had yet been set in this matter.   The problem was that my filing of a motion required Mr. Jackson to respond in a manner that he did not want to, and so he knowingly lied and attempted to manipulate the court system.

District Attorney Protects Rampant Corruption!

District Attorney Dennis Dillon Condones Lying and Fraud By Officers Of The Court: Everyone in the legal profession knows that the proper venue for the prosecution of judicial corruption is with the local prosecuting attorney -- which in this case is County District Attorney Dennis Dillon -- predatory lawyers and court corruption has been rampant under Mr. Dillon who has erected an umbrella of protection from prosecution over his fellow members of the Nassau County Bar.   On July 26th, 2004, Mr. Frank Quigley of the Special Investigations of the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office responded to my complaint by advising that I should get a lawyer (see Quigley).   Anyone even remotely familiar with the legal system knows that you don't get a lawyer to report or prosecute a crime.  And while I would have dismissed Mr. Quigley's position as predictable, me being a spiritual man (see http://iMystic.org ), I immediately recognized when the Hand of God moved, and a lawyer was brought into my life who quite readily provided me with very straightforward legal advice.   After acknowledging that a lawyer who took my case would most likely be disbarred, he said that I should dump the matter into the lap of the Nassau County Bar Association.   Following the direction of Assist. District Attorney Frank Quigley, and the lawyer who I spoke with, I sent a letter to Mr. William M. Savino, President of the Nassau County Bar Association (see Nassau Bar), and posed crucial questions with respect to the law, and suggested that the endemic corruption of the Judiciary will continue until lawyers themselves clean house -- suggesting a class action suit.   It is important that each person is cognizant of the fact that while the government will readily pursue causes of action against people such as Martha Stewart who has basically harmed no one, but they will turn a blind eye to lawyers and officers of the court who in a predatory manner commit crimes far exceeding those of Martha, and routinely deny the American people their civil rights and equal protection under the law.  Thus, the government officials who have been presented with the endemic corruption in this case, are listed below:

UPDATE!!!

Unique to the New York Court System, they have relented and embraced the law!   When my Motion was filed  (see Motion),  the Hempstead Village Prosecutor was required to respond with a Reply to my Motion (see Reply).   Instead, the Hempstead District Prosecutors Office broke the law and initiated a bogus warrant for my arrest.   This illegal course of action was initiated by Deputy Prosecutor J. Barrington Jackson, and as of the present date, to my knowledge no legal action has been instituted against Mr. Jackson for his abuse of power and criminal actions.   In response to Hempstead's Reply, I filed an Answer in accordance with court procedures (see Answer).   It is my contention that Mr. Jackson so readily broke the law and abused his position of political power, because this is the normal course of action in the New York Judiciary that is endemic, and denied ordinary unsuspecting people of their Constitutional Rights.

The Multi-Million Dollar Blunder

For 30 years New York has not issued plates with The Empire State logo because they were barred from doing so by the court.   Someone in the Department of Motor Vehicles evidently thought that everyone had forgotten this fact, so they reissued the new plates with the logo that the state was barred from using.   This was one of the issues I raised when I set my motion before the Court.   On March 23rd, 2004 I was given a summons for using Liberty plates that presented the proper registration identification.   To plead Not Guilty, I had to respond within 48 hours -- which I did so by both pleading Not Guilty, as well as entering into the court record a Notice of Motion to dismiss.   On March 25th, 2004, I returned the summons with a plea of Not Guilty, as well as a cover letter to the clerk of the court (see Letter To Clerk), along with the Motion to Dismiss (see Motion).    The signed receipt for the delivery of certified mail is attached to a copy of the Letter to the Clerk, and the signature and postal seal can be clearly seen that proves the summons with a plea of Not Guilty, as well as the Motion was received the next day on March 26th, 2004.   As stated above, with the receipt of the Not Guilty plea, I was not required to appear on the return date of the Summons which was April 7th, 2004, with the instruction being: "The Court shall then advise the violator by First Class Mail of the trial date."    Mr. Jackson, who is an prosecuting attorney for Hempstead Traffic Court, knows that the state is in violation of the previous orders of the court, and rather than answer my Motion where he would be forced to acknowledge this fact, chose instead to abuse his position of authority, lie in his communication (see Letter), and then compound the corruption by fraudulently issuing a warrant for my arrest (see Warrant) for not appearing on April 7th, 2004 -- a date I was not required to appear at having previously pleaded Not Guilty.   These facts are presented in my reply to Mr. Jackson with certified return receipt attached (see Reply To Jackson).

Government Corruption And Cover-up

It is the highest obligation of all government officials to protect and safeguard the individual Constitutional Rights of the people to whom they serve.   When Deputy Prosecutor Jackson had a fraudulent warrant issued (see Warrant), I responded by sending a letter detailing the issues of this case (see Reply To Jackson).   I also forwarded a copy of this letter, along with a letter of complaint requesting an investigation to Nassau County District Attorney Dennis Dillon (see Complaint).   Attached to these letters are an additional copy sent list of New York State government and court officials, and I will post the responses as I receive them.  An initial letter was sent out to Senate Majority Leader Bruno (see Bruno), and I have received an e-mail return receipt (see return).   A letter was sent to Speaker Sheldon Silver (see Silver), along with the e-mail return receipt (see return).   I will continue to post the letters and replies as I receive them -- with the intended purpose of demonstrating that government corruption is at all levels, and will take no measures to protect the people from a predator judiciary. 

Police Cover-up: In a three for one common letter, the Warrant Section, Chief Judge Lance C. Clark, and the Police Records Bureau were all notified certified mail that a fraudulent warrant was issued (see Warrant Section).    I then followed up this letter with one sent certified mail to Nassau County Police Commissioner James H. Lawrence (see Letter To Comm. Lawrence).   I then sent a letter to Comm. Lawrence's boss, Nassau County Executive Thomas R. Suozzi (see Letter To Exec. Suozzi), making him aware of the rampant corruption in his local government.   This letter to Exec. Suozzi was also sent certified mail to Judith Jacobs at the Nassau County Legislature, Lorna Goodman who is the Nassau County Attorney, and all of the above letters were copied to Nassau County District Attorney Dennis Dillon.   A letter was then sent to Hempstead Village Mayor Garner, and copied to Hempstead Town Supervisor Kaye Murray (see Letter To Mayor Garner).

A Tale of 

Judicial Corruption, Abuse of Power, Lying 

Denial of Constitutional Rights! 

In my twenty five years of experience with the New York Judiciary, the court corruption that was investigated and detailed in the past continues to deny people justice and due process of law.   And while it has been many years since I have been involved in the Legal Reform Movement and the hearings on lawyer and judicial corruption held by now Chief Judge Judith Kaye, what is clear is that absolutely nothing was ever resolved, and the lawyers, judges and officers of the court are just as corrupt today as in their dark and shady past.   In the foregoing attempt to coerce a defendant with an unlawful and bogus claim of issuing a warrant for arrest -- and by implication imprisonment -- is simply beyond the pale of the corrupt legacy of the New York Judicial System.   That many in the legal profession are predators who prey upon and victimize unsuspecting people and that men such as Mr. Jackson is permitted to continue in the capacity as a Deputy Village Attorney for Hempstead, is merely endemic of the wholesale corruption of the entire system.   Thus, these deplorable actions are a reminder of the very words of former US Supreme Court Justice Tom Clark who chaired a special committee of the American Bar Association on court corruption where he wrote: “After 3 years of studying lawyer discipline throughout this country, this Committee must report the existence of a scandalous situation that requires the immediate attention of the (legal) profession.”   And the words of Harvard Law Prof. Alan Dershowitz where he wrote: “…lying, distortion, and other forms of intellectual dishonesty are endemic among judges… I have seen corruption, incompetence, bias, laziness, meanness of spirit, and plain ordinary stupidity” (The Best Defense).

Nothing Has Changed: Many years ago I was a member of the Legal Reform Movement due to the extreme court corruption and rampant lawyer abuse I encountered in the New York Courts.   As someone who is known as a prolific writer, I was featured on a local news broadcast when I demonstrated that certified court minutes and documents are routinely altered and forged so as to deny people due process and the right of appeal.   On a number of occasions I was an invited guest speaker on a local radio station.   I was present and very much involved in the hearings which initiated the Commission on Lawyer and Judicial abuse chaired by Judith Kaye who is at the present time the Chief Judge of the New York State Court of Appeals in Albany.   I was interviewed by investigative journalist Karen Winner who authored an ethics and corruption report on lawyer and judicial abuse for Mark Green -- who went on to publish a book entitled Divorced from Justice: The Abuse of Women and Children by Divorce Lawyers and Judges .    

My own involvement in the Legal Reform Movement began when I was denied the right to testify because as an Ebionite (see http://Ebionite.com ), I do not take sworn oaths.   Among the things that the judge refused to hear that day was the fact that by law, the court in question did not even have jurisdiction in the matter.   Never given the opportunity to affirm as is required, and never even being notified of a future court hearing, I was eventually thrown in jail until it was ruled in a Habeas Corpus that I was imprisoned unlawfully.  During one of the hearings in a court that did not have jurisdiction -- never even given the opportunity to state my case because I was denied the right to be heard on the basis that I refused to take a sworn oath -- in a court that I was not even permitted to be in attendance at -- I was compared to Ayatollah Khomeine because the judge felt that I was holding the court hostage because of my refusal to take a sworn oath or initiate a court hearing against another person.   It was noted by the Legal Aid attorney who representing me at this hearing, that a County Attorney who was in attendance stated that the mere comparison between myself and Ayatollah Khomeine by the judge was grounds for a reversal on appeal.   When the court certified minutes were ordered, the defamatory statement was removed -- and I have a tape recording of the court reporter admitting that the statement was removed from the court record by order of the judge -- and that the alteration of certified court records are routine in the Nassau County and New York Courts.   In future hearings my wife and I were the victims of falsified court reports, bogus investigations, and every form of harassment and prejudice imaginable because of our religious beliefs.   In time, though, what I learned was that many other people had experiences very much like my own -- and the New York Judiciary is a predatory system that routinely victimized men, women and children -- and is motivated by lawyer profits and political kickbacks.    Because many innocent people suffered under the system of corrupt lawyers and judges, I at one time wrote court papers to assist them, and authored articles on my experience with a corrupt judiciary that was published in a national publication.   But I am a spiritual man -- and dealing with corrupt lawyers and judges is not what I choose to do.   So I left the Legal Reform Movement and worked instead to convey to others what I had learned when through meditation and spiritual disciplines when I was permitted entrance into the Inner Kingdom (see Gate Of Eden).   But the Lord once again moved in my life, and it was shown to me that I should do more to warn people of the spiritual trap that enslaves unknowing believers and causes them great suffering and hardships.   And by permitting themselves to become entangled by a corrupt and utterly unconscionable judiciary, believers have made themselves unworthy to inherit the promise of Yeshua/Jesus.  

Personal Accountability!

People who believe that life does not have a higher purpose -- that we are not responsible for our choices -- that when we close our eyes to evil, and fail to act in a positive and Godly manner, that we will not be held accountable -- and that we will not ourselves be counted as evil when we are conquered by the powers of darkness and overcome by our own refusal to do what is right -- are terribly deceived.   As Americans who have inherited the gift of freedom by virtue of the blood shed by our nations forefathers, the corruption of our judiciary and government is a primary religious and spiritual issue that every citizen should do their part to take a stand against.    

Future Legal Reform Documentation

While I am a spiritual man -- i.e., a Mystic and Disciple of Yeshua and TheWay -- there is evidently a need for me to return to the Legal Reform Movement and resurrect my storehouse of tape recordings of altered certified court records -- falsified reports and hearings -- and numerous articles on Court Corruption in New York.   The Internet makes it easy to make massive amounts of recordings and documentation available for the news-media, other people, and activists within the legal reform movement.   And while at present I already have what has been described as a massive web presence, I have no problem adding to this.   Perhaps the time has come for a centralized depository that details the problem of Court Corruption, as well as those lawyers and government officials who turn a blind eye to the wholesale suffering that the courts and predatory lawyers continually inflict on innocent men, women and children.   To assist in this endeavor, all the many Legal Reform groups should be linked together in opposition.

...If then you have judgments concerning things pertaining to this life, 

do you appoint those who are least esteemed by the church to judge?
I say this to your shame...

But brother goes to law against brother, and that before unbelievers!
Now therefore, it is already an utter failure for you that you go to law against one another...!

In the same way that Yeshua/Jesus warned those who believed and called themselves his followers that they would be accountable for every idle word -- i.e., "But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment" (Matt 12:36 NKJ) -- those who petition a court of law against another person, will bring judgment upon themselves.  Paul correctly classifies the secular courts as those who are "least esteemed... and the unrighteous", because lawyers and officers of the court lack discernable honesty and integrity.   And Paul warns that those who have any dealings with these depraved predatory creatures of darkness, "...is already an utter failure" in the eyes of God!   And while many lawyers and officers of the court may be offended by this statement, as I move forward and document this matter, I will be able to demonstrate that corruption breeds corruption, and that court, law enforcement, and government officials at all levels will do virtually nothing to insure the integrity of the courts by insuring that predators such as Mr. Jackson is not able to abuse the rights of the people!

How Do I Know The Higher Truths Of Life

And The Mysteries Of God?   

By making myself a disciple of Yeshua/Jesus -- and thus living a consecrated life in harmony with the teachings of the Lord and the fulfillment of the Law/Torah within myself (see Ebionite HomePage), I was permitted to enter the Kingdom that Jesus taught is within us (see Gate Of Eden), and therein it was taught to me that those who petition a court of law against another, brings judgment upon themselves.   And while the vast majority of people ignore this warning in the scriptures, in spirit I was told to make people aware of the validity of the above warning of the man known as the Apostle Paul.   And while many misinformed people who claim to be believers are under the impression that they are saved by Grace, and are therefore not accountable to the Commandments of the Lord, nothing could be further from the truth -- i.e., "And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?" (Luke 6:46 KJV).

The Teachings of TheWay

The teachings of Yeshua/Jesus which are known as TheWay was a purely spiritual religion -- practiced by a purely spiritual people known and Essenes, Nazirenes and Ebionites.  These sacred teachings became impure when placed in the hands of the Gentiles, and totally corrupted under Constantine and Pagan Rome.
