Dear Mr. Jackson:

 

I can’t believe that a public servant such as yourself, who is a sworn officer of the court, would lie and attempt to deceive a defendant in the manner that you have in your letter dated April 23^rd, 2004.   Then, you compound this lie by having the Warrant Sections issue a bogus warrant for my failure to appear on April 7^th, 2004.   But since your charade may in the end cost the state tens of millions of dollars, we may be on the cusp of truly interesting times!

 

While it has been many years since I have been involved in the Legal Reform Movement and the hearings on lawyer and judicial corruption held by Chief Judge Judith Kaye, what is clear is that absolutely nothing was ever resolved, and the judiciary is just as corrupt today as in their dark and shady past.   Further, in your attempt to coerce a defendant with an unlawful and bogus claim of issuing a warrant for arrest -- and by implication imprisonment -- is simply beyond the pale of the corrupt legacy of the New York Judicial System.   That your superiors permit you to continue in the capacity as a Deputy Village Attorney for Hempstead, is merely endemic of the wholesale corruption of the entire system.   Thus, your deplorable actions are a reminder of the very words of former US Supreme Court Justice Tom Clark who chaired a special committee of the American Bar Association on court corruption where he wrote: “After 3 years of studying lawyer discipline throughout this country, this Committee must report the existence of a scandalous situation that requires the immediate attention of the (legal) profession.”   And the words of Harvard Law Prof. Alan Dershowitz where he wrote: “…lying, distortion, and other forms of intellectual dishonesty are endemic among judges… I have seen corruption, incompetence, bias, laziness, meanness of spirit, and plain ordinary stupidity” (The Best Defense).  

 

As a public servant and sworn officer of the court you are compelled to proceed within the requirements of the law -- and it yet, it appears that you think that I am ignorant of court procedure.    You know full well that once I checked the Not Guilty box on the reverse side of the summons in question, that alleviated the necessity of my appearance on April 7^th.   In fact, the directions on the back of the summons once a Not Guilty plea is entered reads: The Court shall then advise the violator by First Class Mail of the trial date.   Yet, you knowingly and willfully lied and attempted to deceive me when you wrote with respect to the original return date: “Please note that if you fail to appear on one of the two aforementioned dates, a warrant of arrest will issue for the failure to appear on April 7, 2004”.   And you wrote this lie knowing full well that having pleaded Not Guilty, I was not required to appear on the above date.   Under the equal protection of the law requirements, it must be noted that no one else who pleaded Not Guilty in the same time frame was required to appear on the return date of the summons they received. 

 

In view of the fact that this incidental matter is taking on a life of its own that is beyond my initial perception – and when government corruption is involved, the cover-up is always one hundred times worse than the crime – I have begun to present all documents and yet-to-come subsequent letters to court and government officials on the Internet @ http://ebionite.com/hempstead.htm .    And after I have put all government agencies on notice, I will then use this web site to present the case of judicial corruption to the media.   And if, by virtue of your lying deception you arrest and imprison me – i.e., the spiritual leader of a world-wide movement who claims to have lived in a past life as the brother of Jesus (see http://BrotherOfYeshua.com ), I will then be able to use you as an example and proof of the biblical condemnation against having any dealings with secular courts of law.

 

I am sure my old friend Dennis Dillon will be glad to see me return to the Legal Reform Movement.  Judge Judith Kaye will be glad to hear from me again.  And while Tom Gulotta is no longer on the scene, I am sure Tom Suozzi will love to be made part of the cover up that I fully expect.   And after I have the whole of the matter documented and on line, then I will re-establish many of my old contacts in the media.  

 

The problem is that you are not accustomed to answering and replying to motions by non-lawyers in the Hempstead District Court.   So in an attempt to circumvent required court procedures, you fabricated the need for an appearance and arraignment on April 7^th, 2004.   And thinking that I am just an ignorant citizen who you are accustomed to dealing with and manipulating, you then knowingly lied about the requirement to appear on the original return date for defendants who plead Not Guilty, and you then fraudulently threaten me with the issuance of a phony warrant -- and by implication, a bogus threat of imprisonment.   If, in the future, this matter is addressed in US District Court, you better be able to demonstrate that a warrant was issued for everyone else who pleaded Not Guilty, and did not appear on the return date of the Summons.   In view of the fact that the Summons itself orders them not to appear, you will have a hard time demonstrating that it was within the requirements of the law to arrest me, and not everyone else who pleaded Not Guilty.   And you then fabricate this requirement in an official communication by the Village of Hempstead, as if you were acting under the color of law.   Not knowing my own long personal history with the corrupt New York Courts, you failed to realize that I always state my case in a motion because the court routinely alters certified court minutes and documents in order to control the court and deny people due process, justice, and the right of appeal.  

 

What are you going to do, throw me in jail?   As demonstrated on the above web site ( see  http://ebionite.com/hempstead.htm , the corrupt judiciary has not only done this before, but this time I will be able to demonstrate a prevailing connection in the manner that a corrupt judiciary deals with innocent people who refuse to go along with the system.   This will enable me to resurrect the documentation of 25 years of corruption -- demonstrate the continuance of judicial corruption and the failure of government officials to protect the rights of the citizens against predatory officers of the court -- as I head into Federal Court on a denial of Civil Rights cause of action.  

 

The proper course of action would have been to ask me to make an appointment to conference the matter.
