Re: Summons # LR 996665 5 Issued March 23rd, 2004
Dear Sirs:
A charge of fraudulent issuance of a warrant and judicial court corruption has been filed with Nassau County District Attorney Dennis Dillon (see enclosed) with respect to the enclosed Notice of Warrant, which was initiated by Deputy Prosecutor J. Barrington Jackson. You may view all the documents of this case on the web site located at http://ebionite.com/hempstead.htm , as I develop my case against the State of New York in this matter. The documentation demonstrates conclusively that by virtue of a Not Guilty plea, I was not required to be in attendance on the return date on a summons issued on March 23rd, 2004 – and unless you have instituted warrants against all other defendants who were issued a summons on or about that date and pleaded Not Guilty, then you should have known that the enclosed warrant was fraudulently issued. The requirement of Equal Protection Under The Law mandates that the same standards and protections be maintained equally for all people. In view of the fact that warrants were not issued for all other defendants who pleaded Not Guilty to a summons issued on or about March 23rd, 2004, you should have questioned why my case was singled out and handled differently. In view of the fact that it is your legal obligation to report all fraudulent and instances of corruption on the part of government officials, please keep me informed as to all dispositions in this matter.
Sincerely,
Allan Cronshaw
