If it can be shown that attendance in a secular school totally denies the child's practice of religion, then in accordance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964, school districts would be forced to provide an alternative that would provide reasonable accommodation to the child. The result would be School Choice. Why hasn't this been done before? While it would be extremely difficult to mount such a Constitutional challenge from the perspective of traditional faith-based sects, the challenge can easily be made from the perspective of the original Ebionite Nazirene Spiritual-based system of religion -- who were in the words of Gibbon: “…rejected from one religion as apostates, and from the other as heretics” (Gibbon: Decline & Fall of the Roman Empire, v.1, p.416). And if we ask the question: Why would waging a Constitutional challenge from an Ebionite perspective succeed where others have failed? Because from an Ebionite Spiritual-based perspective, the practice and expression of religion is embodied in the mindset and manner of thinking -- a mindset which is totally undermined in the public school environment -- as well as a biblically based lifestyle that is necessary to promote an elevated level of spiritual enlightenment -- with the religious objective of attaining what is biblically referred to as an Anointed (Messiah/Christ) Mind.

The problem is that Christians ignore what their own Bibles state (see The Lie) -- they ignore the facts which demonstrate conclusively that the original Gospels were edited by the Church of Constantine in order to make the scriptures support the manmade pagan dogma that Jesus was God (see TheTenWords.com ) -- and when it is realized that when Christians hand their children who are souls entrusted to the parents to raise up into a spiritual mindset and lifestyle, that their surrender of their children constitutes the sacrifice of the child to the powers of this world -- that the Christians have cast themselves into a self-imposed spiritual Diaspora of profound spiritual ignorance. Why can the children be released from the shackles of Atheism, Secular Humanism and profound immorality which they are immersed in under today's system of education? Because the objectives and purpose of the original teachings of TheWay was and is totally different than the modern faith-based religion of Martin Luther and the Roman Emperor Constantine. From an Ebionite Nazirene perspective (see http://Ebionite.com ), Yeshua/Jesus was a true holy man who became the Anointed (Messiah/Christ) of God, as demonstrated in the historically documented account where it states that Yeshua "...was justified by fulfilling the Law. He was the Christ of God, since not one of the rest of mankind had observed the Law completely. Had any one else fulfilled the commandments of the Law, he would have been the Christ." Hence, when a seeker/disciple follows this same path ordained by the historical Yeshua/Jesus, they "...thus fulfill the law, they are able to become Christs" (Hippolytus, Refut. Omn. Haer. vii. 34).

What this means is that from an Ebionite perspective, the manner of thinking and mindset, in conjunction with the spiritually compatible lifestyle, constitutes the Constitutionally protected practice of religion. So while the state may have a compelling interest in the education of the child, the question at law is whether this compelling interest can be satisfied in an environment that is not damaging to the Constitutionally protected religious practices of the child? And while it is true that an Ebionite parent has the option of home schooling their child, or enrolling them in a non-secular school, this discriminates against the Ebionite parent because they are forced to pay for an educational system that they cannot utilize, plus pay an additional expense in order to safeguard and maintain their Constitutionally protected religious rights.

Thus far, traditional faith-based Christian sects have been unsuccessful in their plight to bring about the necessary changes in the law which would provide school choice, because the tenets of their religious doctrines does not require it. This can be demonstrated by using the statement of faith which is foundational to most churches as seen in the requirement to be a member of most Christian Web Rings on the Internet: "You must believe in salvation by grace alone, and that salvation is immediate and eternal upon acceptance of Jesus as a one-time sacrifice for your sins, and not obtained through works, sacraments, traditions or merits of our own" (see http://www.christiansunite.com/terms.shtml ). What this means is that traditional faith-based Christians cannot make the case that their beliefs and practice of religion are seriously impaired, restricted and denied in the public school environment, because they have no requirement with respect to works, deeds or even lifestyle. As stated above, their salvation is a one-time sacrifice invoked by their acceptance of Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior -- and once this "gift... by grace alone" is invoked, they are of the doctrinal position that it cannot be rescinded by virtue of works, deeds or lifestyle, because the believers actions are not part of the equation. And it is for this reason that many churches count among their number thieves, murders, prostitutes, homosexuals and every other person of a biblically deviant lifestyle who claim that they are saved apart from their actions.

From an Ebionite Nazirene perspective, the environment of the public school totally denies the practice of religion because an Ebionite must adhere to the Commandments of God, the mind must the "fertile good ground" (see http://SowerAndSeed.com/ ) that permits higher development and spiritual evolution to take place, and the lifestyle must support and accommodate the biblical requirements of "...fulfilling the Law" of God as set forth in the Bible and other associated scriptures. The objective of Ebionite Nazirenes is to so imitate the pattern of salvation as set forth in the life of Yeshua/Jesus, and thus living a Biblically focused Spiritually Ordained and Consecrated life, that the objective is realized as set forth in the words that "when Ebionites thus fulfill the law, they are able to become Christs." What this means is that because it can easily be demonstrated that the tenets of the Ebionite Nazirene religion is so at variance with the manner of thinking, mindset, and cultural lifestyle actively promoted in the public school environment, that an alternative means of educating the child must be affirmed by the state so as to satisfy the requirements of the First Amendment protection of religious beliefs. And since the Ebionite parent cannot be discriminated against because of their historically well documented religious beliefs, this educational alternative must be paid for and financed by the state.

From an Ebionite Nazirene perspective, a child's physical birth is the first stage in the necessary threefold birth that permits the child to enter into Life in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Bible (see http://mystic.nazirene.org/fetus.htm ). When Yeshua said you must be born again from above, he was making reference to the next level of soul-birth, spiritual-birth, and eventual rebirth into the Edenic Kingdom of Origination as portrayed in the parable of the prodigal sons return to the Father-God. So in the same way that a child must achieve a certain level of development in the womb in order to be born into this world and experience the first stage of birth, the parents of the child must create a biblically based womb-like environment where the child develops and matures along soul and spiritual lines, and is able to achieve the next subsequent levels of the threefold birth that is required throughout the Bible. In order to accomplish this, the child must develop in an environment that supports the Biblical mandates necessary to "Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature" (Col 3:5 NIV) "…take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ" (2 Cor 10:5 NIV) "Pray without ceasing" (1Thes 5:17 KJV) "…bridle the whole body" (James 3:2 KJV). To the degree that Paul said to "…beat my body and make it my slave..." (1 Cor 9:27 NIV). And be so conscious of one's words and actions, so as to fulfill the requirement set forth by Yeshua/Jesus was that each Christian would be held accountable for every single word they speak: "But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment" (Matt 12:36 KJV). Thus, achieving and observing these Biblical mandates -- embracing the mindset and lifestyle that brings these spiritual tenets about -- is the essence of the practice of religion from an Ebionite perspective -- and is impossible to achieve in the public school environment. Therefore, if the state maintains a compelling interest in the education of the child, then the state must make available the funding that enables this education without denying or infringing upon the practice of religion of the child from an Ebionite perspective.

	Theological/Scientific Cover Page For Seat Belt Motion: As a forerunner to a Constitutional case which would require school choice -- and thereby free the children from incarceration in government institutionalized schools that destroy the spiritual life of the child -- I have initiated a Motion declaring the New York State seat belt law unconstitutional because it does not contain a religious exemption. The Motion demonstrates that the Darwinism and the Theory of Evolution is not only bogus from a scientific perspective, but further denies the legitimate practice of a spiritual-based religion. Thus far, Faith-based Creationists have all failed in their attempt to oppose the Theory of Evolution, because they have attempted to promote the Genesis Account of Creation over Darwism. And while Evolution is little more than junk-science, you can't attack the counterfeit science of Darwinism with the Bible -- this can only be accomplished by presenting a more enlightened perspective of science. The within Motion will defeat Darwinism, because it not only uses modern quantum physics to prove the defectiveness of Evolution, but it demonstrates that modern science has proven the tenets of Spiritual religion and the inner meaning of the scriptures.

The Constitutional Dilemma

More than at any time in the past, the freedom of religion is being attacked by the dark forces which divide the nation. Every day the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) brings on new and ever expanding legal challenges directed against any and every public expression of religion. Having a President who prays and openly acknowledges the Power of God in his life, has inflamed the passion of men such as George Soros -- a multi-billionaire who is often referred to as the messiah of Atheism who is dedicated to stamping out the belief in God. Motivated by success in Canada and most of Europe where it is against the law to quote many biblical teachings, the radical socialist-secular left who are working through the Democrat Party, feel the time has come where what they perceive to be the superstition of religion and a belief in God or a Higher Power can be stamped out and eradicated. Thus, a war has been waged against all foundational aspects of American life such as marriage, the family, religious institutions, the all-important right to raise one's children in accordance with one's religion and culture, patriotism, and everything that has made America the model for religious freedom and personal liberty the world over.

The ground zero in the war against God, the expression and practice of religion, standards of morality that set us apart from the beasts of the earth, integrity and even man's quest to embrace higher human behavior, is at this very moment being waged in the conflict that is taking place in the nations public schools. And while the vast majority of modern Christians are complacent to this war that is being waged -- especially against their children in the spiritually hostile environment of government schools -- these parents who believe they are saved by faith apart from actions basically reject the wisdom of Paul when he warned: "Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said: 'I will dwell in them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they shall be My people.' Therefore 'Come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you. I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty'" (2 Cor 6:14-18 NKJ).

Any child who watches MTV is unclean. Any child who is immersed in our present-day hedonistic culture is unclean. From a biblical perspective, any parent who willingly sends their child to government schools, is sacrificing their children to the gods of this world in the manner condemned in the scriptures. And while many Christians proclaim a pro-life position, when they permit their children to attend a government school, they are handing their children over to the great abortionist of the soul. Men of vision such as T.C. Pinckney, Bruce Shortt and E. Ray Moore Jr., have attempted unsuccessfully to bring the plight of the corruption of our children to the attention of such conservative sects as the Southern Baptists. Quoting a recent news release: "Pinckney was quoted May 6, 2004 in an Associated Press story saying 'God gives the responsibility of children to the parents, not to the government, and parents should be taking responsibility, primarily through homeschooling.' Pinckney and Shortt cite numerous reasons for the need to remove Southern Baptist children from 'government schools,' including research from the Nehemiah Institute which 'discovered through its extensive surveys of student attitudes and beliefs that acceptance of a secular humanist worldview by Christian children attending government schools has increased dramatically over the past fifteen years.' They also cited research gathered by the Southern Baptist Council on Family Life which reported in 2002 'that 88 percent of the children raised in evangelical homes leave church at the age of 18, never to return.' The resolution also states that public schools are 'adopting curricula and policies teaching that the homosexual lifestyle is acceptable.' Shortt was quoted May 4, 2004 by World Net Daily: 'The issue is this,' he said, 'the government schools are killing our children morally, spiritually and academically. The question we confront as Christian parents is, how dead do we want our children to be?'" Regardless of the fact that the above is absolutely true, the sad reality of the situation is that the Southern Baptist Convention turned down the resolution. And while they believe they are saved by virtue of their faith, they would call me a heretic when I state that because of their unfaithfulness to the teachings of Yeshua/Jesus, and by virtue of the sacrifice of their children upon the altars of satanic influence when they hand over their children to the dark powers of this world that pervade the environment of the government schools, these words are true with respect to these parents: "It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones" (Luke 17:2 KJV). And while it is true that many families cannot afford to remove their children from government schools, from a religious perspective, this should be one of the primary concerns of the Church!

Once rightly understood, the faith that Paul preached was in the revelation that the Kingdom is within us (Luke 17:20-21 as demonstrated at http://GateOfEden.com ), and that the ritual observance of the Law of Moses could not facilitate the Kingdom coming within the life of the believer. And while the vast majority of modern Christians do not understand this all-important element of Paul's teachings and seemingly condemnation of the Law of Moses, there can be no mistake if Jesus' response to the question as to when the Kingdom would come is correctly understood. The Jewish sects known as the Sadducees and Pharisees were expecting a Messiah to come who would conquer the enemies of Israel, and fulfill the prophesies of the scriptures by inaugurating the Kingdom upon the earth. At the time of Jesus, many people had arose who claimed that they were the Messiah -- and the test that the scriptures requires of a prophet or a Messiah was for the people to judge whether their prophesies or Messianic claims came true. So the Pharisees asked Jesus in conjunction with his claim to the the Messiah, when he would fulfill the test of the scriptures, and inaugurate the Kingdom upon the earth in accordance with the biblical prophesies. "Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered them and said, The kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, 'See here!' or 'See there!' For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you" (Luke 17:20-21 NKJ). What Jesus basically said was that they had misinterpreted the prophesies of the scriptures with respect to the coming of the Kingdom -- and that it will never come upon the earth so as to be seen with the physical eyes, because it is within the mind and being of all people -- and must be sought and found therein. And this higher reality and understanding of the scriptures is portrayed in the Revelation in the words: "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me" (Rev 3:20 NKJ). And it is this inner door that each of us must open if we are to see the Kingdom of God come in accord with the higher meaning and interpretation of the scriptural prophesies -- i.e., the Commandment of the Lord: "Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it" (Matt 7:13-14 NKJ). Thus, once the requirement is understood with respect to walking the narrow path of Life and entering into the Inner Kingdom by opening the narrow gate within us, we can then understand Jesus' word that there were some alive in the first century who would see the Kingdom of God come prior to their physical death: "But I tell you truly, there are some standing here who shall not taste death till they see the kingdom of God" (Luke 9:27 NKJ).

There are many other references to the Kingdom as something that a believer must find and manifest in their life. Throughout all of the New Testament it is asserted that if a person is to find the Kingdom, they must free themselves from the things and thinking of this world. Thus, Jesus taught: "Again, the kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and hid; and for joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field. Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls, who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had and bought it" (Matt 13:44-46 NKJ). The Kingdom of God being within us, is indeed the treasure that is hidden in the field of our body/mind. And the Kingdom can only be found by those who are "...seeking beautiful pearls" and are prepared to sell all that they have in this world in order to acquire it.

This inner reality is further portrayed in the words of Yeshua where he taught: "Another parable He put forth to them, saying: The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field; but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way. But when the grain had sprouted and produced a crop, then the tares also appeared. So the servants of the owner came and said to him, 'Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?' He said to them, 'An enemy has done this.' The servants said to him, 'Do you want us then to go and gather them up?' But he said, 'No, lest while you gather up the tares you also uproot the wheat with them. 'Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn'" (Matt 13:24-30 NKJ). Thus, Jesus came and taught men how to live and seek the Kingdom within -- but the devil created the false doctrines that men are saved by belief without producing a good crop of fruit. There is nothing in the scriptures that even remotely suggests that we can live in the manner of the unbelievers and heathen as cultural Christians attempt to do today, and expect to inherit the Kingdom. Further, Jesus did not teach that man is saved by proclaiming belief without a total change of mind in conjunction with the manner that the disciple lives their life.

Where most Jews and Christians misinterpreted the scriptures in their attempt to doctrinalize the coming of the Kingdom upon the earth, the opening of the inner door and the coming of the Kingdom within the Life of the disciple of Jesus is seen in the reference in John pertaining to the next stage of birth. This can be demonstrated by simply examining how we translate Matthew 24:8, where the King James Bible states that Armageddon is the "…beginning of sorrows"; the New Living Translation states it is "…the beginning of the horrors to come"; with the correct and little used interpretation by those who stand on our street corners proclaiming that we should repent being found in the Revised Standard Version where it reads that "…all this is but the beginning of the birth-pangs". That the disciples of the Lord experienced these "pangs of birth" when they were themselves born into the Kingdom, can be seen in the words of Peter at Pentecost when he said: "Fellow Jews and all of you who live in Jerusalem, let me explain this to you; listen carefully to what I say. These men are not drunk, as you suppose. It’s only nine in the morning! No, this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: ‘In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy. I will show wonders in the heaven above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and billows of smoke. The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord’" (Acts 2:14-21 NIV).

One only has to open the pages of the Bible to see that the whole of the New Testament teachings is concerned with ethics, morality, and the manner in which each of us treats our brothers and sisters. The requirement is that we must be perfect, as our Heavenly Father is perfect (Mt 5:48). This state of perfection is referred to as the fulfillment of the Royal Law of God, and is measured in our forgiveness, acceptance and love of our fellow man. From a New Covenant perspective, whatever is divisive, and not in accord with the Royal Law, is of this world, and is an obstacle to our birth into the Kingdom. It is from this perspective that the requirement in the Book of the Revelation is set before us in the words: "Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful" (Rev 21:27 NIV). This same truth was expressed by Isaiah where it is written: "And a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness. The unclean will not journey on it; it will be for those who walk in that Way; wicked fools will not go about on it" (Isa 35:8 NIV). And this same truth is expressed in the words of Jesus when he warned: "Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it" (Matt 7:13-14 NIV). The "narrow gate" that Jesus speaks that we must open in order for us to be born into the Kingdom, has its parallels in the birth canal that serves as the gate that each of us has emerged through when we physically entered into this present world. That the next stage of birth has its similarities, is merely the result that all realities are designed in accordance with the same Divine Pattern of Creation.

What is truly important for us to see in these solemn words spoken by the Lord, is that only those who "enter through the narrow gate" will enter into Life -- i.e., it is not those who believe, but those who follow in the footsteps who are the Genuine Christians. In order to enter into the Kingdom, the disciple must be bathed in the healing waters of consecration that cleanses them of all defilements of this world. Therefore, the people who embrace the culture and thinking of this world, even when they call themselves Christian, are those who walk the "broad… road that leads to destruction". What Yeshua warns us is that we cannot walk two paths -- it is either the one or the other -- and philosophical Christians will neither go to Heaven, to Glory, or inherit eternal life -- without entering through the narrow gate that is the entrance to the Kingdom. Moreover, if this is not accomplished while we are alive in the physical body in which we presently dwell, then we will have failed.

The Bible continually warns us that the path or the second birth and entrance into the Kingdom is not easy. The strife of the inner war within ourselves as embodied in the symbols of Armageddon is seen in the words: "We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom of God" (Acts 14:22 NKJ). Thus, in the same way that a woman travails in labor to bring a child into this world, we must ourselves endure the "…many tribulations" of spiritual labor to be born into the Kingdom of God. Since the Kingdom is within us, and Armageddon is therefore not an historical event -- but more factually, a spiritual event in the life of the disciple in search of Truth -- we must then totally re-evaluate everything we think we know about both the Gospel Message, and the life we are presently living. In fully comprehending these biblical statements in relation to the whole purpose of the teachings of The Way, let us again examine the definitive statement which conveys to us the very essence of the Gospel -- and especially the Revelation of John: "Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie" (Rev 22:14-15 NKJ).

If the text of the Revelation represented the end of the world, as is commonly believed by the majority of Christians today, then why are those who remain outside the city portrayed as "dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie"? Armageddon, then, indicates the disciples personal tribulation described as the "pangs of birth", as he endeavors to overcome his own lower carnal nature through the crucifixion of what is symbolized by the flesh, in order that he can possess the Knowledge of the fruit of the Tree of Life, transcend the natural barriers of this world, and "enter through the gates into the city".

What Paul correctly stated was that this necessary rebirth where the inner door to the Kingdom opens within the mind and life of the disciple cannot be brought about by the works of the Law -- for the written Law is an allegorical set of symbols that must be turned within in the manner of the Key of Knowledge in the endeavor to open the inner door to the Kingdom. That the scriptures are an allegory is confirmed by Paul in the words: "Tell me, ye that desire to be under the law, do ye not hear the law? For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman. But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise. Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar. For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children. But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all" (Gal 4:21-26 KJV). So what this means is that the scriptures are an allegorical representation that portray what appears to be historical accounts as events of the mind and spirit as the disciple of Jesus seeks the Kingdom and Spiritual Jerusalem within them. And this reality is further demonstrated in the condemnation of the Pharisees and their outward ritual observance of the Law, when Jesus said: "How terrible it will be for you experts in religious law! For you hide the key to knowledge from the people. You don't enter the Kingdom yourselves, and you prevent others from entering" (Luke 11:52 NLT). But more important is the reality that the Kingdom of God must be entered while we are still in the physical body -- and the scriptures are the Key of Knowledge that we must turn within ourselves an use to open the "narrow door" that permits the Kingdom to come.

Yeshua/Jesus taught that unless you attain to the next stage of birth, you cannot enter the Kingdom of Heaven (see You Must Be Born Again). And because modern Christians have become spiritually disenfranchised by the doctrines of 4th century Pagan Rome (see The Death Of The Religion Of Jesus), they lack a spiritual understanding of Paul's doctrine of faith in relation to the Kingdom within (see Articles On Paul) as portrayed in the above. Paul was correct in his assertion that the ritual observance of the Law which was carried out by the Jewish sects of the Sadducess and Pharisees, could not bring about the next stage of birth that was necessary to enter the Kingdom within (see http://GateOfEden.com). Once understood, neither the Essenes or Ebionite/Nazirenes who were all vegetarian and were opponents of animal sacrifice, did not embrace this outward observance. And this reality was in fact the same exact reason why Jesus condemned the outward ritual observance of the Law, stating that his followers must be more holy -- more righteous -- more consecrated to the teachings of the Light -- as they turn the Law within themselves to use as the Key of Knowledge that opens the inner strait gate of TheWay -- "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven" (Matt 5:16-20 NKJ).

The faith of Paul was based upon the spiritual reality of an Inner Kingdom -- and the revelation that if a person lived a consecrated life -- with a mind unshackled by the very limited doctrines of men, and open the mind to the higher impressions of the Spirit that teaches and enlightens the most faithful of genuine seekers of the Light and TheWay -- the faith that Paul speaks of will provide the fertile environment for the inner door to open and the Kingdom of God to manifest in the life of the disciple. Thus, because the modern Christians have embraced the concept of faith, and ignore a vast number of other important New Covenant concepts and teachings, they fail to understand why Paul commanded his followers to embrace the much more difficult and arduous task to "Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature" (Col 3:5 NIV). They have absolutely no understanding of why Paul said that it was necessary for Christians to "…take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ" (2 Cor 10:5 NIV). Why Paul said to "Pray without ceasing" (1Thes 5:17 KJV). Why Paul taught that the the coming of the Kingdom was so close, that a man should not even return to his wife: "But this I say, brethren, the time is short, so that from now on even those who have wives should be as though they had none" (1 Cor 7:29 NKJ). Why James taught the need to "…bridle the whole body" (James 3:2 KJV). To the degree that Paul said to "…beat my body and make it my slave..." (1 Cor 9:27 NIV). And the requirement set forth by Yeshua/Jesus was that each Christian would be held accountable for every single word they speak: "But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment" (Matt 12:36 KJV). Once one begins to understand the ultra-important spiritual reason these requirements were commanded, they truly begin go comprehend why faith is the foundation, and why the outward ritual observances of the Law cannot bring about the necessary next stage of birth in the Kingdom -- a Kingdom whose immanent arrival was so close, that a man should not even return to his wife.

These important biblical concepts are ignored by Christians today, because they cannot be understood by those of a "natural" mind who Paul warned would look upon the Mysteries of God and the Kingdom as "foolishness" (1 Cor 2:14). What we must understand is that what Paul wrote was for entry-level believers of the simple faith who had to embrace the elementry doctines of the Messiah/Christ -- which is a first step in walking in TheWay. Thus, Paul warned the baptized and committed Christians of whom it was said: "For in him you have been enriched in every way-- in all your speaking and in all your knowledge--because our testimony about Christ was confirmed in you. Therefore you do not lack any spiritual gift as you eagerly wait for our Lord Jesus Christ to be revealed" (1 Cor 1:5-7 NIV). The coming of the Lord that they were awaiting, was the coming of the Kingdom within them. But in this Paul cautioned them that they were yet too carnal to perceive the Mysteries of God, and they would look upon the deep things of the spirit as "foolishness" (1 Cor 2:14) -- and that to these believers who were enriched in every way about the "testimony of Christ", Paul warned that: "Brothers, I could not address you as spiritual but as worldly-- mere infants in Christ. I gave you milk, not solid food, for you were not yet ready for it. Indeed, you are still not ready" (1 Cor 3:1-2 NIV). And while the believer of the simple faith who knows only the "testimony" of Messiah/Christ, will of course ask the question: Why not just write the truth. The answer is found in the words of Ignatius: “Might I not write to you things more full of mystery? But I fear to do so, lest I should inflict injury on you who are babes. Pardon me in this respect, lest, as not being able to receive their weighty import, ye should be strangled by them”. -- which can be confirmed by Paul as “…things so astounding that they are beyond a man's power to describe or put in words…” -- and those who after having walking in imitation of Messiah/Christ, and have gazed upon these Mysteries which Paul states are "astounding", what they have witnessed will be of such a profound nature that they will “…not [be] allowed to tell them to others” (2 Cor 12:4 TLB). In the words of St. Nazianzen: “The Divine Nature then is boundless and hard to understand”. And in the words of St. Gregory: “The man who in calculating the transcendent powers of the Deity limits them by his own is a fool”. In order to perceive God and reality, man must go beyond the physical, and activate his own spiritual nature that is lying dormant within his carnal nature. Until this spiritual nature is manifested, man's true reality makes no sense, and man is unable to understand things of any real value. But in order to accomplish this, the disciple must possess the faith necessary to "Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature" (Col 3:5 NIV) "…take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ" (2 Cor 10:5 NIV) "Pray without ceasing" (1Thes 5:17 KJV) "…bridle the whole body" (James 3:2 KJV). To the degree that Paul said to "…beat my body and make it my slave..." (1 Cor 9:27 NIV). And be so conscious of one's words and actions, so as to fulfill the requirement set forth by Yeshua/Jesus was that each Christian would be held accountable for every single word they speak: "But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment" (Matt 12:36 KJV).

Because we are slaves to the secularism that shackles us to spiritually disenfranchised lives -- lives which imprison us in the dungeons of ignorance and hellish darkness of lives of unknowing in exile from the Kingdom within us -- we grope blindly in the outer world for the essence of Light and Truth that can only be revealed to us by pealing away the inner layers of consciousness and opening the door to the True Temple of the Lord that exists at the very Core of our Being. Thus, Paul correctly stated that outward ritualized observances of the Law cannot sustain us -- and that we must turn the Law within us and use it as the Key of Knowledge to open the door to the Kingdom within. And the faith that Paul speaks of as being absolutely necessary to salvation, is the faith that motivates us to break free of the shackles of the secularism and philosophical sectarian ignorance of the culture of this world, and release ourselves from the dungeons of darkness that imprison us and chain us to the outer reaches of consciousness. Once the reality of the higher self (see Being Of Light) and inner Kingdom (see Gate Of Eden) is understood -- truly understood with the fervor and passion of one who has for a long time scaled the dunes of a seemingly endless desert in search of water to quench their parched dry body -- then, and only then does the realization begin to dawn within us that we are the only obstacle to freedom and happiness -- and we only have to make the body-vessel a fit dwelling place for an open and balanced mind, in order bridge the gulf between the inner and out world, and in singleness of mind and being permit the Kingdom to come within us and fulfill the ultimate prophesy and revelation of the biblical promise. "Again, the kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and hid; and for joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field. Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls, who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had and bought it" (Matt 13:44-46 NKJ). The Kingdom of God being within us, is indeed the treasure that is hidden in the field of our body/mind. And the Kingdom can only be found by those who are "...seeking beautiful pearls" "...seeking beautiful pearls" and are prepared to sell all that they have in this world in order to acquire it.

It is from this higher spiritual perspective of the mature disciple that the requirement in the Book of the Revelation is set before us in the words: "Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful" (Rev 21:27 NIV). This same truth was expressed by Isaiah where it is written: "And a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness. The unclean will not journey on it; it will be for those who walk in that Way; wicked fools will not go about on it" (Isa 35:8 NIV). And this same truth is expressed in the words of Yeshua/Jesus when he warned: "Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it" (Matt 7:13-14 NIV). The "narrow gate" that Yeshua speaks that we must open in order for us to be born into the Kingdom, has its parallels in the birth canal that serves as the gate that each of us has emerged through when we physically entered into this present world. That the next stage of birth has its similarities, is merely the result that all realities are designed in accordance with the same Divine Pattern of Creation.

In fully comprehending these biblical statements in relation to the whole purpose of the teachings of The Way, let us again examine the definitive statement which conveys to us the very essence of the Gospel -- and especially the Revelation of John: "Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie" (Rev 22:14-15 NKJ). Thus, the text of the Revelation portrays the inner Armageddon which makes reference to the "...many tribulations [to] enter the kingdom of God" (Acts 14:22 NKJ). And while the few who follow in the footsteps of the Lord are those who "...enter through the gates into the city", those who remain in this world which is often referred to as the "outer darkness", are portrayed as "dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie"? Armageddon, then, indicates the disciples personal tribulation described as the "pangs of birth", as he endeavors to overcome his own lower carnal nature through the crucifixion of what is symbolized by the flesh, in order that he can possess the Knowledge of the fruit of the Tree of Life, transcend the natural barriers of this world, and "enter through the gates into the city".

One can ask how there can be a relationship between the seat belt laws that are currently being adopted by many states, and religion. The answer is very simple once a person becomes cognizant of the findings of modern science where it has been proven that our present cultural world-view is based upon a defective paradigm that is in effect opposite of our true reality. Under the Darwinist model of the universe, the source of all that has come into being is derived solely from the physical reality that we perceive with our physical senses -- and there is no force beyond the physical that is responsible for bringing about the life that we are presently living. And while faith-based religious groups have traditionally opposed Darwin's Theory of Evolution because it opposes the Genesis account of Creation whereby God brought all things into being over the course of what is portrayed as a six day period, the proponents of Darwin have been able to ban the Genesis account from being taught because it is greatly flawed from a scientific perspective.

Fundamentalist Christians have attempted to portray the Bible as historically accurate. Yet, Paul's condemnation of the works of the Law is in fact based upon the spiritual reality that the Torah and Old Testament scriptures are an allegory (see Gal 4:21-26 KJV), and these writings were used as a means of portraying events of the mind and spirit in the manner of what appears to be historical accounts that the people could relate to. Thus, in the same way that Paul speaks of the "letter that killeth" with respect to the literal/historical interpretation of the scriptures, this same truth is openly acknowledged by the Jewish Mystic in the words: "Thus the tales related in the Torah are simply her outer garments, and woe to the man who regards that outer garb as the Torah itself, for such a man will be deprived of portion in the next world." (see No Jew Has Read The Torah). And it is not until we come to perceive the inner soul and spiritual meaning of the scriptures (see The Spiritual Torah/Law), can we begin to get a sense of the great truths that are conveyed that remain totally relevant even in our modern day. But what few Christians are even remotely cognizant of today, is the fact that neither the Essenes, or the Ebionite Nazirene disciples of Yeshua/Jesus, were Torah observant in the outward ritualized manner of the Sadducees and Pharisees (see The Law And The Way). Even when the Jerusalem Temple was still standing, the Essenes and Ebionites did not engage in animal sacrifices -- and both groups were in fact vegetarians and mystics who understood the inner meaning of the scriptures and the words of Yeshua/Jesus in the 87th chapter of the Gospel of the Nazirenes where he stated:

6.Then said Yeshua to them again. "Peace be with you, as Abba Amma has sent me, so I send you." And when he had said this he breathed on them and said to them, "Receive the Holy Ghost; preach the Gospel, and announce to all nations the resurrection of the son of Man."

7."Teach the holy law of love which I have delivered to you. And who so ever forsake their sins, they are remitted to them, and who so ever continues in their sins they are retained to them."

8.Baptize those who believe and repent, bless and anoint them, and offer the pure Oblation of the fruits of the earth, which I have appointed to you for a memorial of me."

9."I have given my body and my blood to be offered on the cross for the redemption of the world from the sin against love, and from the bloody sacrifices and feasts of the past."

10.And you will offer the bread of life, and the wine of salvation, for a pure Oblation with incense, as it is written of me, and you shall eat and drink thereof, for a memorial, that I have delivered all who believe in me from the ancient bondage of your ancestors."

11."For they, making a god of their belly, sacrificed to their God the innocent creatures of the earth, in place of the carnal nature within themselves."

12."And eating of their flesh and drinking of their blood to their own destruction, corrupted their bodies and shortened their days, even as the Gentiles who did not know the truth, or who knowing it, have changed it into a lie."

In the same way that Paul correctly portrays the allegorical account of the sons of Abraham as symbols which convey a deeper spiritual meaning, so too do all other aspects of the scriptures -- and where animals are portrayed as being sacrificed, what is being conveyed is the need to transform what these animals represent in man's lower nature -- and this is made reference to in the requirement of Paul set forth in the words: "Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature" (Col 3:5 NIV). And this same rejection of the literal word is set forth in the words: "Hear the word of the LORD, you rulers of Sodom; give ear to the law of our God, you people of Gomorrah: To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices to Me? Says the LORD. I have had enough of burnt offerings of rams and the fat of fed cattle. I do not delight in the blood of bulls, or of lambs or goats. When you come to appear before Me, who has required this from your hand, to trample My courts? Bring no more futile sacrifices; incense is an abomination to Me. The New Moons, the Sabbaths, and the calling of assemblies-- I cannot endure iniquity and the sacred meeting. Your New Moons and your appointed feasts my soul hates; they are a trouble to Me, I am weary of bearing them. When you spread out your hands, I will hide My eyes from you; even though you make many prayers, I will not hear. Your hands are full of blood. Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; put away the evil of your doings from before My eyes. Cease to do evil" (Isa 1:10-16 NKJ).

The sin of the Sadducees and Pharisees which Yeshua/Jesus condemned, therefore, was seen in the fact that they attempted to observe the Torah outwardly in ritual and form, instead of understanding the soul and spiritual meaning of the allegorical symbols, and turning the Torah within them in the manner of the Key of Knowledge that opens the inner door to the Kingdom within (see Gate Of Eden). But the fact that essential truths are conveyed in a series of allegorical forms and symbols -- which means that the scriptures are not literally/historically accurate -- does not mean that the spiritual concepts are in error. In fact, modern quantum physics has demonstrated that just the opposite is true -- and the model of the universe as portrayed in Darwin's Theory of Evolution is not only built upon a defective foundation, but is basically little more than junk science. The problem arises from the fact that while the theoretical tenets of Evolution are counterfeit, the opponents of Darwin have attempted to oppose this quasi-scientific theory only from a biblical perspective -- which is forever doomed to failure. While the Bible is correct in its position that this world was brought into existence through spiritual forces influencing the form of physical matter and organic life, the Bible is a revelation of truths of the mind and spirit, and possesses little in the way of an accurate historical or scientific account of Creation. The scriptures are the Key of Knowledge that must be employed to open the inner door to the Kingdom, and is not a suitable scientific witness to be used in opposition to the quasi-scientific speculation upon which Darwin's theories are based. Yet, science itself has evolved to the degree that it now is able to prove the mystical and spiritual foundations upon which the Bible is built, and is therefore able to be employed as a means to oppose the quasi-junk science upon which Darwinism is built.

The seat belt law is founded upon a Darwinist mindset and vision of life that is totally counterfeit and spurious (see Darwinist Mindset) -- and while this is true, the allegorical symbols of the Bible is not suitable to be used in opposition. But because the vast majority of modern Christians don't understand the symbolism of the scriptures, they fail to comprehend that the Bible is correct in its assertion that there are no accidents or events that have evolved apart from non-physical forces acting upon matter and the lives we live in this realm (see The Biblical Perspective). Charles Darwin possessed absolutely no knowledge of quantum mechanics and physics, or the inner workings of the sub atomic world. Darwin based his Theory of Evolution on his observations of the natural world. But today we now can demonstrate that Darwin's vision was so incomplete, that it can be classified as totally spurious. In the words of Niles Eldredge of the American Museum of Natural History: “The old explanation that the fossil record was inadequate is in itself an inadequate explanation.” Why? The fossil record is inadequate because everything that we see and perceive in this realm is directly caused by patterns of force being exerted upon matter from beyond the bounds of this three-dimensional world in which we presently dwell (see Scientific Perspective).

Quoting the Spiritual Perspective as set forth on the seat belt web page (see http://ebionite.com/seatbelt.htm ): When astronomer James Jeans proclaimed that: “Today there is a wide measure of agreement… that the stream of knowledge is heading towards a non-mechanical reality; the universe begins to look more like a great thought than like a great machine” -- we should have realized that the ancient men of wisdom did not need our modern-day technological advances to explore a universe that is a “great thought”, they only needed to understand the laws and conditions that limited their own minds from interacting with the Higher Intelligence that put the universe in place! It should be reasonable to every rationally minded person that the means by which we explore the “great thought” of Creation, is to use our own thought and mind as a vehicle in which to travel beyond this world of physical appearances.

The objective of Judaism and Christianity is to bring about spiritual transformation – and while the mainstream religious people who only embrace an elementary understanding of these teachings do not understand this objective, this has not been the case with respect to those who have walked the spiritual path of TheWay. The true spiritual Hebrew and Christian visionaries of the past have always acknowledged the validity of the objects that appear to our senses as being of a physical nature -- i.e., no one is denying that what we perceive with our physical eyes as being concrete to the senses does indeed exist -- but they also assert that there is a good deal more than what we see -- and modern science has progressed to the degree where it can now affirm this universal religious position. In the words of Einstein: “We may therefore regard matter as being constituted by the regions of space in which the field is extremely intense… There is no place in this new kind of physics both for the field and matter, for the field is the only reality” (quoted in M. Capek, The Philosophical Impact of Contemporary Physics).

Public Schools

An Unconstitutional Denial Of Religious Rights

What this means is that not only the premise upon which the seat belt laws are founded us counterfeit, but so too is the whole foundation and mindset of what is taught in our system of public schools. Moreover, once the true purpose of the scriptures with respect to preparing the person to enter the inner Kingdom is understood, then the spurious cultural mindset that is based upon Darwinist junk-science and taught in our secular schools is not only a detriment to the life of the child, but is in fact a denial of the Constitutionally protection of the practice of religion. In order to bring about the next stage of soul and spiritual birth that Yeshua/Jesus said was absolutely necessary to enter the Kingdom of God, the thinking and lifestyle of the child must be founded upon the proper spiritual principles and mindset. You cannot form the thinking patterns of the mind of the child on the counterfeit foundations of Darwinism and the spurious tenets of our present-day politically correct anti-biblical culture, and expect the child to embrace true soul and spiritual reality later in life. While many Christians who embrace the doctrine of faith apart from lifestyle which is championed by our churches are under the belief that they can be faithful followers of Yeshua/Jesus and still send their children to government secular schools that teaches the child to think and live in opposition to biblical teachings and concepts, the public school mindset it totally unacceptable to the disciple of Yeshua/Jesus who is striving to follow in the footsteps of the Lord and open the inner door to the Kingdom. Thus, if the government is going to enact compulsory education laws, then it cannot require Spiritual Christians and Jews to attend secular schools that inhibit and deny the practice of the tenets of a Spiritual Religion, and must offer school choice so as not to deny First Amendment guaranteed rights. That faith-based Christians believe they can attend secular schools, does not therefore diminish the fact that these same schools inhibit the practice of Spiritual-based religious tenets, and the alternative of choice cannot therefore be denied to families who cannot afford to pay for a non-secular alternative education.

The Compulsory Education laws have been held constitutional because they have incorrectly been portrayed as non-sectarian and neutral with respect to the First Amendment guarantee of the practice of religion. If it can be demonstrated that the public school is based upon a mindset and culture that inhibits and even destroys the religion of the child, then the question must be resolved whether an alternative system of education can be found that provides the necessary academic requirements, while protecting the spiritual foundations of the child's religion. Further, children cannot be denied access to this alternative system of education simply because their parents cannot afford to pay for it. Once it is understood that the secular public school environment is not neutral -- and the primary element of a Spiritually-based religion is the mindset upon which the tenets and practice of religion is founded and built -- then it must be recognized that the anti-biblical mindset that is based upon the counterfeit Theory of Evolution which indoctrinates and teaches the child a secular mindset that totally destroys the necessary foundations of a Spiritually-based religion, can no longer be offered as the only educational system that is financed by the people through taxation.

Philosophical Part-Time Religion

Spiritual Full Time-Religion

The Bible does not teach that you can embrace a non-biblical mindset and lifestyle at school, while being taught what is spiritual and proper at home on a part-time basis. And while traditional faith-based religion tends to ignore many of the requirements set forth in the New Testament, the followers of a Spiritually-based religion have an absolute right to follow the dictates of the Bible which includes the requirements to "Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature" (Col 3:5 NIV) "…take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ" (2 Cor 10:5 NIV) "Pray without ceasing" (1Thes 5:17 KJV) "…bridle the whole body" (James 3:2 KJV). To the degree that Paul said to "…beat my body and make it my slave..." (1 Cor 9:27 NIV). And be so conscious of one's words and actions, so as to fulfill the requirement set forth by Yeshua/Jesus was that each Christian would be held accountable for every single word they speak: "But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment" (Matt 12:36 KJV). It has already been ruled in US District Court with respect to the practice of religion that: "The resolution of that question is not to turn upon a judicial perception of the particular beliefs or practice in question; religious beliefs need not be acceptable, logical, consistent, or comprehensible to others in order to merit First Amendment protection" (Allanson v. Clinton Central School District ([84-CV-174]). And the fact that faith-based believers are under the opinion that they can live and think in the Atheistic manner of our culture and embrace a non-biblical mindset in school, does not negate the Constitutional Rights of Spiritually-based religion who reject the mindset of our secular schools and cultural thinking: "Courts should not undertake to dissect religious beliefs... One can, of course, imagine an asserted claim so bazaar so clearly non-religious in motivation, as not to be entitled to protection under the free exercise clause: but that is not the case here, and the guarantee of free exercise is not limited to beliefs which are shared by all members of a religious sect. The courts are not arbiters of scriptural interpretation…. The essence of law that has been set and written on the subject is that only those interests of the highest order... can overbalance legitimate claims to the free exercise of religion” (Thomas vs Review Board 450 US 707, 718 (1981) accord, Wisconsin vs. Yoder, 406 US 205, 215 [1972]; Sherbert vs Verner, 374 US 393, 406 [1963]).

During a recent period of extended prayer and meditation, I received in a similar manner as Pat Robertson would say, a word of knowledge that I should write to you and ask your assistance in a legal matter that can have far reaching implications with respect to freeing the children from the secular bondage of government schools. In order to free the children from bondage to the dark forces that have enveloped the system of public schools, it will be necessary to work together to restore a missing dimension to the practice of religion that was present when Yeshua/Jesus taught his disciples the Sacred Secrets of the Most High, and is absent in today's modern understanding -- i.e., more than anything else, religion is a mindset -- i.e., a manner of thinking and lifestyle that opens the door to a higher understanding and the Mysteries of God.

I have laid out the presentation of my case by filing a motion that challenges the New York seat belt law on the grounds that it is founded upon a Darwinist quasi-religious Atheist mindset -- a mindset and manner of thinking that modern quantum physics has already proven defective. I presented my challenge to the law from the perspective of the Hebrew/Christian Mystic and Disciple of TheWay who seeks the Kingdom within (Lk 17:20-21) as the practice of their religion. And while it is true that as an Ebionite of the Nazirene Vow I utilize many of those New Testament teachings that are not understood by mainstream traditional churches today, in spirit while being taken into the Light it was shown to me that if it can be demonstrated to the courts that the essence of my system of religious belief is embodied in a biblically based spiritual mindset, then in the same way that the seat belt law is unconstitutional because it is founded upon an Atheist-Darwinist mindset that denies what I refer to as Etheric Spiritual realms that are the Source of every event and all that exists in this physical world, then this same challenge can be applied to the issue of school choice.

The issue goes to the very definition of religion -- which from a secular perspective, is devoid of spirit and life. Their view of religion is the adoption of a series of beliefs and doctrines which dogmatically speculate about the existence of God -- and the practice of a series of rituals and observances which is in harmony with these beliefs and doctrines. And they (government) have therefore relegated religion to a background philosophy that one finds or proves the validity of when they physically die. This secular position on religion is perhaps best portrayed in the words of Pres. Bill Clinton, who is himself a Southern Baptist, to Georgetown University on November 7th, 2001, where he stated about the conflict with terrorism: "This battle fundamentally is about what you think of the nature of truth, the value of life, and the content of community. You're at a university which basically believes that no one ever has the whole truth, ever, because you're human. It's part of being a human being. It's part of the limitation imposed on us by God. We are incapable of ever having the whole truth." And while these statements are in opposition to both the Bible and Ebionite thought, what they fail to comprehend is that they have relegated religion to a subordinate position that in no manner represents the teachings of Yeshua. In a spiritual religion, the mind of the disciple becomes the vehicle of inner exploration into the Mysteries of God that are beyond natural human comprehension. And in the same way that any vehicle must be molded in accordance with the path and terrain it is to travel upon, the disciple of Yeshua cannot even begin to make the journey into the Kingdom within (Lk 17:20-21), unless the vehicle is properly equipped and suitable for the task. Thus, the early disciples of Yeshua not only lived a Consecrated lifestyle that embraced a thorough purification from the limited thinking and defiled ways of this world, but their framework and pattern of mind itself was associated with the good ground in the parable of the Sower and the Seed (see http://messianic.nazirene.org/sower_seed.html ). That the essence of Yeshua's teachings is a mindset and lifestyle which is totally set apart from the thinking and ways of this world, is especially demonstrated in the warning: “Know ye not this parable? and how then will ye know all parables?” (Mark 4:13 KJV). What this means is that unless you are willing to become the "good ground" which denotes a faithful disciple who lives in strict accord with the teachings of Yeshua -- rejecting all manmade doctrine and church dogma -- living separate and apart from the culture of this world -- then what this warning of Yeshua states is that you will be unable to comprehend any of the parables or inner meaning of the scriptures. Whereas, those who make themselves the "good ground", will be taught the Mysteries of God that are incomprehensible to the people of a "natural" mind who view the things of the spirit to be "foolishness" (1 Cor 2:14). But the most important element to the equation is the fact that the practice of religion from the perspective of Yeshua's teachings, is the biblical mindset that is consecrated by a life that is set apart from the ways and thinking of this world. As one who is an Ebionite of the Nazirene Vow, the meaning of the term "poor ones" denotes one who is poor and set apart from the ways of this world -- i.e., "Blessed in spirit are the poor, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven" (Quoted from the Gospel of the Nazirenes). And as an Ebionite disciple of Yeshua, it is impossible for me to be true to my religion and have my children embrace the mindset, manner of cultural thinking, and lifestyle that is foundationally taught in the government schools.

The Supreme Court has already ruled against educational systems that "gravely endanger if not destroy the free exercise of" the child's religious beliefs (Wisconsin v. Yoder, 406 U.S. 205, 219, 92 S.Ct. 1526, 1535 [1972]). Ruling, that "the child is not the mere creature of the state; those who nurture him and direct his destiny have the right, coupled with the high duty, to recognize and prepare him for additional obligations" (Pierce vs Society of Sisters 268 US 510, 534-35 [1925]; Meyer vs. Nebraska, 262 US 390, 399 [1923]). And it has even been noted that while the practice of religion is constitutionally protected, education is not: "Education, of course, is not among the rights afforded explicit protection under our Federal Constitution. Nor do we find any basis for saying it is implicitly so protected... We have carefully considered each of the arguments supportive of the District Court's finding that education is a fundamental right or liberty and have found those arguments unpersuasive" (San Antonio Independent School District vs. Rodrigues 411 US 1 [1973]).

When these Compulsory Education laws were originally enacted, only faith-based religions were even considered, and public education was very different -- and in many ways it was neutral from a sectarian perspective. But this is no longer the case today -- and the culture and mindset that is being taught to the children, is from an Atheist perspective. The public school environment is no longer neutral from a sectarian perspective -- and over the period of time since these education laws were enacted, the school environment itself has changed, and has become both hostile to the belief in God and a detriment to the practice of religion. Yet, no one has presented the real issue to the courts -- i.e., that from the perspective of a Spiritually-based religion, attendance in a public school totally denies the practice of Constitutionally protected religious rights.

As an Ebionite disciple of Yeshua, the essence of my religious beliefs differ from traditional faith-based churches in that the objective of my religion is to prepare the mind and body to open the inner door ("strait gate") and permit the Kingdom to come within the believer/disciple (see http://GateOfEden.com ). And if this next stage of birth is not accomplished while in this life, then it cannot be accomplished in an after-death state (Luke 13:23-30). What this means is that from a Spiritually-based Ebionite perspective, attendance in a government school would totally deny and inhibit the practice of my religion due to the mindset and lifestyle that is foundationally taught and conveyed to the child. So while the state may have a compelling interest in the education of the child, since the public school is not a viable alternative -- and the practice of my religion must be protected -- the fact that no other alternative is funded by the state, means that I am being discriminated against in that I must undertake the financial burden while other people are provided a free education at taxpayer expense.

And while traditional faith-based religion tends to ignore many of the requirements set forth in the New Testament, the followers of a Spiritually-based religion have an absolute right to follow the dictates of the Bible which includes the requirements to "Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature" (Col 3:5 NIV) "…take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ" (2 Cor 10:5 NIV) "Pray without ceasing" (1Thes 5:17 KJV) "…bridle the whole body" (James 3:2 KJV). To the degree that Paul said to "…beat my body and make it my slave..." (1 Cor 9:27 NIV). And be so conscious of one's words and actions, so as to fulfill the requirement set forth by Yeshua/Jesus was that each Christian would be held accountable for every single word they speak: "But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment" (Matt 12:36 KJV).

These religious requirements can in no way be maintained in a government school environment where God has been banished, the MTV culture is predominant, standards of morality have been eradicated, and the mindset of Darwinism which modern science has already disputed the validity of is the paramount foundational pattern of mind that permeates every aspect of their curriculum -- including the social lifestyle and career alternatives they strongly convey to the child . And in the same way that the moving papers of my Motion which can be accessed at the above hyperlinks, demonstrates that the New York seat belt law is based upon a Darwinist model of life and is unconstitutional because it does not have a religious exemption, so too is the Compulsory Education laws that fail to have a provision for state-funded school choice. And while people of a traditional faith-based church would have a problem in presenting this issue before the courts, that is not a problem from the perception of Spiritually-based religious beliefs as presented on my Ebionite HomePage at http://Ebionite.com . The essence of the practice of my religion is the "good ground" as manifest in the mindset, manner of thinking, and lifestyle that wholistically multiplies the seed of the Living Word one hundredfold (see http://sower-seed.tk/ ). And this simply is impossible to accomplish in the spiritually dark dungeon environment of the secular schools.

In meditation it was shown to me that if I win the seat belt case, that I have then set a precedence to move onward and present a similar challenge to the education law and the failure of the statute to contain a provision for state-funded school choice where the mindset and environment of a government secular school inhibits and denies the practice of my Spiritually-based religious beliefs. And if I am entitled to school choice, then so too are other people who hold sincere religious beliefs. Since the court has never dealt with the religious tenets of an Ebionite Nazirene, and a scientific challenge to Evolution has never before been presented to the court, they are not prepared to stand in opposition, and the educational law will have to be struck down as unconstitutional on the grounds that it does not contain a religious exemption and reasonable accommodation clause under the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

While it is true that we hold differing religious beliefs, it is also true that we have a common enemy in liberal America that is attempting to undermine all standards of morality, and ban all mention of religion and God from the cultural arena. I am deeply troubled by men such as George Soros who is referred to as the messiah of the Atheists, and is using his great wealth to turn this country into a social-secular Atheist nation where the Bible is outlawed. If we don't stop him now, then it will be too late when our system of government begins to resemble that of Canada and the many social-democrat nations of Europe. In order to oppose this Atheist take-over, it was shown to me in spirit when taken into the Light that I should seek your help.
