The Real Seatbelt Issue

A Response to
When science makes a discovery that
proves many of man's previous ideas in
error, how long does it take before he is
able to cast away his previous ignorance --
let go of the anchor of the past -- and move
onward to a new and more enlightened
horizon? Do we continue to
promote superstition and folklore, because
many people are comforted by the thinking of
the past? If science discovers a
means to teletransport people from one city
to the next, do we continue to use cars,
trains and airplanes because that is what we
have done for a long time? While
on the surface this issue may appear to be
about seatbelts, but that opinion is only
embraced by the uninformed. And
if science was to break the code of
molecular decomposition that would be
necessary to instantly teleport a person
from one city to the next, would there be a
stumbling block in our courts because the
molecules would be exceeding the speed limit
of our interstate highway system?
This is the nature of the question that has
been set before our courts today.
What is written and presented in this
frame is an update to the original page and
documents which I have added because of the
many authorities who misrepresent the issue.
I find myself being portrayed as some
religious nut who has a religious objection
to wearing a seatbelt. Yet, in
their misunderstanding and misrepresentation
of the facts, what they fail to understand
is that the seatbelt is more of a symbol of
our archaic fossilized thinking that is
strangling our society and culture, and
inhibiting our progress into a more
enlightened age. In fact, if I
was to make a comparison, I would say that
what the cross represents to Christians, the
seatbelt represents not only a more
enlightened science and culture based upon a
higher reality, but also it is the bridge
between the age old conflict of religion and
science. So those who see only
the issue of the seatbelt as defined by
statistics and our courts, are very much as
those who see a cross as nothing more than
two sticks that happened to be placed at an
intersecting right angle.
The issue and symbol of the seatbelt has
absolutely nothing to do with the
compilation of statistics, and everything to
do with advancing man beyond his present
station of self-imposed ignorance -- because
to more onward in the journey, would open
totally new and radical doors of opportunity
that would shatter many of his long held
fossilized thoughts and beliefs about the
world he is presently living in that has
shackled him to his modern version of
the Dark Ages.
Astrophysicist Robert Jastrow, who was the
head of NASA’s Goddard Institute for Space
Studies wrote in his book, God and the
Astronomers, that
“The scientist
has scaled the mountains of ignorance; he is
about to conquer the highest peak; as he
pulls himself over the final rock, he is
greeted by a band of theologians who have
been sitting there for centuries.”
While I am not a theologian, I am a Mystic,
a Spiritual man, a True Gnostic, and I am
able to hear the scientists who are
presently scaling the mountain of ignorance
approaching the highest peak where I reside
at the top. And because the more
enlightened progressive scientists have
encountered an obstacle which has
temporarily inhibited their progress up the
mountain -- an obstacle placed in their path
by other scientists of an old school
thought, who fear to move beyond their
present station, because all their previous
theories have had the proverbial rug pulled
out from under them -- I am engaged in
throwing the progressive scientists a rope
to circumvent the obstacle that has been
politically and culturally placed in their
path. And when this fact
is recognized, it will be understood that
the issue of the seatbelt has absolutely
nothing to do with safety statistics, and
everything to do with freeing a more
enlightened segment of the scientific
community from the shackles that bind them.
And in much the same way that many more
enlightened and progressive thinkers have
been enslaved by man's outdated and
fossilized thinking, so too has the
religious world been anchored to the
superstitions of man's past. And
in the same way that the progressive
scientist has been inhibited by those who
cling to outdated theories, so too has the
more spiritual thinker of the religious
world been shackled by the dogma of man's
superstitious past. So while
those who are numb in their thinking may see
the issue as nothing more than a legal
question regarding a seatbelt, those who are
inquisitive and awake, will see the door of
great opportunity opening for all of
mankind.
If the historical man we know as Jesus was
to appear among us today, would we expect
him cook with fire, travel by mule, and be
totally ignorant of the advances of our
modern culture? And if it is
true that a man such as Jesus can, and has
been observing mankind from another realm
beyond our ability to perceive -- and
suddenly was to appear among us -- would it
surprise us if he was able to explain the
many mysteries of life using the language of
our modern science? In the first
century it is recorded that he taught his
disciples privately in conversations that
were never recorded in the biblical
accounts-- but what did he say in these
undocumented conversations? Of these
private conversations it was said that he
taught his disciples the Mysteries of
Creation and the Kingdom of God.
Does our modern scientists who totally
revise their theories every twenty years,
possess the Knowledge of Creation?
While the man known as the Apostle Paul was
not one of Jesus' disciples, he tells of
spiritual experiences that Jesus brought
about in his life -- even going so far as to
state with respect to what he witnessed in
this other dimension when he
"...was caught up into paradise, and heard
unspeakable words, which it is not lawful
for a man to utter”
(2 Cor 12:3-4 KJV).
What was the nature and substance of these
unutterable words and description of this
higher dimension of reality that is beyond
organic man's perception? And
what LAW inhibited Paul from conveying to
others what he saw and experienced?
Admittedly, the vast number of the common
people of that era were uneducated and
ignorant -- and part of the problem in
speaking only about the Mysteries of
Creation and the Kingdom of God, is seen in
the fact that the majority of people were
simply not prepared to understand man's
higher reality.
But if a man such as Jesus was to
appear among us today, would he be able to
convey to modern man a more enlightened
vision of reality than what was possible in
the first century of our Common Era?
Could a man who has been thoroughly
enlightened as to the underlying forces,
principles and realities of the world in
which we dwell, and all of Creation, be able
to speak more openly and straightforward to
modern man than was possible to the people
who lived 2000 years ago in our more distant
and often superstitious past?
And what was the nature of these private
teachings? The modern Church has
long ignored the statement by the first
century elder Ignatius when he wrote in an
epistle:
“Might I not write
to you things more full of mystery?
But I fear to do so, lest I should
inflict injury on you who are babes.
Pardon me in this respect, lest, as
not being able to receive their weighty
import, ye should be strangled by them”.
If what is presented in the New Testament is
elementary, and it is true with respect to
Jesus teaching his disciples privately, and
it is true that Paul could not lawfully even
utter and speak about this higher dimension
of mind and being that he experienced, then
where is the essence of the Gospel and
biblical message? In the
elementary written word that was created for
a very superstitious, uneducated and often
illiterate people? Or was the
Essence and Truth of the Gospel only
revealed in these very private conversations
that was never at any time recorded openly?
In his First Epistle to the baptized and
committed Christians at Corinth, Paul warns
that they were yet too carnal in their
understanding to comprehend the higher
Mysteries of Creation and the Kingdom of
God. Stating that if we were to
speak openly about this higher reality, that
they would reject these concepts as utter
"foolishness"
(see
The
Letter That Killeth). In
view of the fact that Ignatius makes
reference to the Mysteries of God that would
strangle and inflict (mental) injury of the
baptized believers of the simple faith who
were not yet sufficiently prepared to
comprehend the Mysteries of Creation and the
Kingdom of God, only a virtual fool would
assume that they could understand the
teachings of Jesus and the Gospel with any
real depth and comprehension, by reading the
written word of the scriptures.
In view of the fact that the modern Church
is absolutely clueless as to the nature and
substance of these more spiritual teachings
that the Bible makes reference to, we must
pose the question: Are these core Gospel
teachings pertaining to the Mysteries of
Creation and the Kingdom of God forever
lost? Or is there a way to renew and
resurrect what was thrown away?
In many of the articles that have been
written on my objection to the mandatory
seatbelt laws on religious grounds, it has
been stated that I claim to be the
reincarnation of Jacob who people call
James, the Brother of Yeshua who people call
Jesus. And while the modern
Christian may find such a claim
preposterous, in view of the fact that the
Church is not only clueless as to the core
spiritual teachings that were never written
or published, and Paul warns that the
believers of the simple faith would look
upon these core Gospel teachings as
"foolishness",
an intelligent person would conclude that
the modern faith-based Church lacks even the
spiritual credentials to offer an opinion of
the issue. Especially in
view of the easily demonstrated and
documented historical fact that the
disciples and early Christians embraced and
endorsed the doctrine of the pre-existent
soul that evolves to perfection over the
course of many lifetimes (see
http://ChristianReincarnation.org ), and
the Christian world was later forbidden from
teaching and believing in this original core
doctrine by virtue of a ruling imposed upon
the Church by a circus prostitute and her
emperor husband (see
The Ten Reasons Why Christians Reject The
Doctrine Of The Pre-Existent Soul).
In view of this fact, the intelligent mind
must question whether the modern Church can
make any claim whatsoever, to understand and
represent the true teachings of Jesus and
the Gospel?
If the documented evidence is true that the
core teachings of Jesus could not be
revealed to the unprepared minds of the
entry-level believers of the simple faith,
then the question must be posed as to why
the organic mind of man is incapable of
understanding the Mysteries of Creation and
the Kingdom of God? And what
must a seeker do in order to prepare the
mind to understand these core Gospel
teachings that were never revealed in the
written words of the scriptures?
Further, if it is true that Jesus taught the
doctrine of the pre-existent soul that
evolves to perfection over the course of
many lifetimes as the historical evidence
confirms, then someone such as myself who
knows the Mysteries of Creation and the
Kingdom of God based upon the fact that I
was not only present at the time during
these private sessions, that I was the first
leader of the New Covenant Congregation, and
it was historically recorded that the Spirit
had revealed to me in that life all the
Mysteries of Creation and the Kingdom of God
which the organic mind of the believer of
the simple faith would reject as
"foolishness".
And this is important if we are to move
beyond our present human boundaries, and
understand why the organic mind of man is
incapable of understanding what is portrayed
in the Bible as the Mysteries of Creation
and the Kingdom of God that it was not even
Lawful to speak and write about openly?
While it would have been difficult in the
past to prove this important point that has
the potential to truly alter the course of
human understanding of every aspect of the
life that mankind is presently living -- and
it is clear that the modern Church is
absolutely clueless as to the true nature of
these core Gospel teachings that was thrown
away by the fourth century Church of Rome
(see
The Death Of The Religion of Jesus) --
as someone who knows and understands the
true nature of these core concepts and
teachings, modern science has evolved to the
point where it can confirm all that I am
saying. But herein lies another
problem which is seen in the fact that the
science that is promoted and endorsed by our
culture and schools, would best be portrayed
as a science of the simple understanding --
or more appropriately, secularized and
politicized junk science.
In both the below, and the article entitled
Science
Proves Religion, I demonstrate the
reality expressed by Itzhak
Bentov in his book, Stalking The Wild Pendulum,
where in the preface William A. Tiller,
Materials Sciences Department, Stanford University writes:
“The present
scientific establishment has grown somewhat fossilized by its current world
picture and is locked into a view of reality that has outlived its usefulness.
It has begun to limit mankind’s growth and has so increased its sense
of specialization, separateness, materiality, and mechanical computer-like
functioning that it is in real danger of self-extermination”.
Thus, the
question must be posed: Of what use
is this more enlightened understanding of
the Universe in which we live, if we are
unable to utilize this untapped resource of
knowledge that the most progressive of
scientists has uncovered? Do
intelligent people just sit back and permit
themselves to be
"self-exterminated... because of a
fossilized... world picture and view of
reality that has long outlived its
usefulness"? And
should intelligent people permit themselves
to be limited by what is culturally and
politically acceptable, regardless of the
fact that this world view has been proven to
be in grave error? In many
respects these questions are synonymous with
the questions raised about the true core
Gospel teachings: Should the believer
continue to embrace the dogma of Roman
emperors and the dictates of a circus
prostitute? Or should they throw
off the shackles of absolute ignorance that
is caused by an allegiance to error?
And is the government which is attempting to
dictate the thinking and mindset of the
people today, any different than the
government of fourth century Rome which
dictated to Christians what was acceptable
to believe? And enacted laws
against thinking differently than what the
government prescribed? Further,
if it is true that the organic mind or man
will look upon the higher realities of the
soul of man and the world in which we live
as "foolishness",
why in what is purported to be the Land of
the Free, must those seeking to develop
their own higher resources of mind and
being, have to fight with the government in
order to secure this necessary freedom?
As
someone who was present among the inner core
of Jesus' disciples in the first century,
let me confirm that modern science has very
much begun to prove the realities that Paul
warned the common people would view as
absolute and utter "foolishness" --
and let me also confirm that the average
person today is simply not prepared by our
educational system which continues to
promote (for largely political and cultural
reasons) "...a
fossilized... world picture and view of
reality that has long outlived its
usefulness." And thus, in
the same way that in the fourth century all
who did not accept the religion of the
Emperor and Church of Rome were murdered,
and during the many Inquisitions of the
Middle Ages the people were tested as to
their adherence to government approved
doctrines of belief, what the seatbelt law
represents is a modern day continuation of
testing the thinking of the people to see if
they adhere to approved concepts of
government ordained philosophy.
How can I
make such a statement? It has
already been proven by science that (1)
every event that transpires in this world is
brought about by originating causes in the
field that surrounds all matter; (2) that
what we see and perceive with our organic
physical senses, is only a fraction of a
greater reality that is beyond our normal
human (unevolved) perception; (3) and if we
continue to look only to the downstream
effects that manifest in the physical, while
continuing to ignore the source in the
underlying field, that we were heading down
the road of (cultural)
"self-extermination!"
And in the same way that the government
which ruled over the Church of Rome which
called itself Christian, totally alienated
the people from the core Gospel concepts by
imposing acceptable doctrines of belief upon
the people, our modern government is in
countless ways doing the same thing in our
present time. And as
demonstrated below, regardless of the fact
that they are barred by the Constitution
from imposing their dictates upon the people
in the manner that they have begun to do, so
long as the people themselves surrender
their Constitutional Rights and submit to
the will of the government, they will
continue to be the victims of a politically
ordained cultural ignorance that is
threatening to bring about our own
"self-extermination!"
In a
nutshell, one of the important elements of
Jesus' teachings was how to evolve the mind
beyond the organic limitations of the body.
And while such a statement will undoubtedly
sound foreign to a society that relegates
religion to blind faith, and limits religion
to the dogmatic faith-based concepts of
Rome, what is endorsed by both the modern
Church and our present culture has little in
common with what was actually taught by
Jesus and his disciples. And in
the same way that modern science has now
recognized that what we perceive in the
physical is actually the down stream result
of what originates and transpires in the
Etheric field that surrounds all matter, and
is the source of all events and realities
that transpire in the physical world, an
important integral element of Jesus'
teachings was how to expand the perception
of the mind beyond the physical, and develop
the ability to perceive and interact with
the underlying Etheric source.
One
of the key elements in the process of
expanding the mind beyond the organic
limitations of the physical body, is that
you cannot attempt to simultaneously embrace
two conflicting trains of thought and
mindset patterns. What this
means is that if you are going to train the
mind to perceive beyond the physical
organic, then you cannot continually deny
what you know to be true in your actions.
It is demonstrated both by science and the
original teachings of Jesus in the below
original article that the events and
realities of this world are brought about by
initiating factors in the underlying Etheric
Field that is not easily discerned by the
physical senses of the body -- but that the
mind can be trained and expanded to utilize
dormant higher facilities (of mind) that
will enable the person to access and even
interact on a Source-Field level.
But in order to accomplish this enlargement
and expansion of the mind, the thinking of
the person must not only be built upon the
proper foundational concepts, but that there
must be no backsliding or falling back upon
cultural thinking that in practice, denies
the existence of this higher reality that
you are attempting to access and interact
with. And in part, it is often
this philosophic backsliding that is the
cause of even the most sincere efforts to
expand the mind in this higher direction.
As stated in the Bible, you can't serve two
masters. Its like an Atheist who
prays in order to cover all bases, is not
really an Atheist, and neither can he expect
his prayers to bring results in his life.
You can't change the limited thinking of the
organic, and access dormant areas of the
mind that is not supported by the physical
body, if you keep backsliding into a mindset
that denies all that you are attempting to
achieve. Using the
seatbelt as an example: You can't reprogram
the mind to access the higher Etheric Field
which is the cause of all events and
realities in the physical world, while
simultaneously telling the unconscious by
your actions that you are putting on a
seatbelt just incase the mindset and
thinking you are striving to embrace is in
error. Like the Atheist
who prays, or the person who attempts to
serve two masters, you will never be able to
achieve the results you are pursuing.
As
demonstrated in the below article and
associated court papers, the above paragraph
can be portrayed in the words:
"…take
captive every thought to make it obedient to
Christ".
If it has been revealed to you -- or even if
you believe the scriptures that all events
and realities in this world are brought
about by both pre-existent causes -- and
that the initiating factor in all events and
realities originates in a spiritual realm
(which modern quantum physics portrays as
the filed which surrounds all matter) --
then you are religiously obligated to live
in accord with that revealed knowledge or
faith in that biblical belief.
In practical application, what this means is
that if you know that there is no such
things as accidents -- and that the Mystic
and spiritual visionary, and the modern
quantum physicist are correct in their
assertion that all events in this world
originate from an underlying Field/Etheric
causal level -- and you put on a seat belt
as if your knowledge and/or religious
faith/beliefs could be wrong -- then you
have rejected the knowledge that you have
witnessed spiritually, and/or faith/beliefs
in Messiah/Christ as revealed in the
scriptures.
As
documented in the below article and
associated court challenge to the New York
State seatbelt law, the whole cultural
concept of accidents, chance, that the
circumstances of life cannot be foreseen, or
that all events and occurrences originate in
the physical, has not only been demonstrated
to be false and built upon an outdated
fossilized mechanical view of the world that
is as antiquated as the Model T Ford or
rubbing sticks together to produce fire, but
it is this philosophical rejection of both
the findings of modern science, as well as
what is portrayed in the Bible, that
shackles man to lives of ignorance where he
is constantly victimized by the counterfeit
ideas and concepts that he embraces.
As presented in the below article: There is
no event that transpires in this world, that
is not brought about by pre-existing factors
that are manifest in the Etheric Field which
surrounds all physical matter -- and it is
within man's ability to not only perceive
and access this Etheric Field, but also to
interact on a causal level. And
modern science that has begun to lift the
cloak of unknowing that has ruled over man's
superstitious thinking of the past, has only
now begun to prove what Jesus and his
disciples knew and taught 2000 years ago.
Explanation Of Contradictory Reports

Professor John Adams of
University College London
was skeptical of the proponents
of seat belt laws claims, and
set out to analyze the effect of
seat belt laws as then in force
and assess how well they matched
predictions. His findings were
published in 1982 and can be
found in the
Society of Automotive Engineers
transactions of that year[4].
His conclusion was that in the
eighteen countries surveyed,
accounting for approximately 80%
of the world's motoring, those
countries with seat belt laws
had fared no better, and in some
cases (e.g.
Sweden,
Ireland and
New Zealand) significantly
worse than those without.
In order to explain this
disparity, Adams advanced the
hypothesis that Protecting
car occupants from the
consequences of bad driving
encourages bad driving.
Adams concludes that there is
no evidence of the seat belt law
having reduced overall fatality
numbers, and that there is
evidence of fatalities having
migrated from drivers to
vulnerable road users. Although
the Government argued at the
time that the law had saved
lives, it has subsequently
attributed almost all the
benefit for the small reduction
in overall driver fatalities to
the introduction of evidential
breath testing.[10]
According to the
Durbin-Harvey report,
commissioned by the Department
of Transport following passage
of the law, an analysis of
fatality figures before and
after the law shows:
- a clear increase in
pedestrian, cyclist and
rear-passenger fatalities in
collisions involving
passenger cars
- no such increase in
casualties in collisions
involving buses and goods
vehicles, which were exempt
from the law
- a reduction in the
number of drivers found to
be drunk at the scene of
collisions
- a reduction in
overall fatalities between
the hours of 10pm and 4am
(peak hours for
drink-driving offences)
- no reduction in
overall fatality rates
outside these hours.[19]
Seat belt use is a binary:
The belt is either worn or not.
Belt laws, which tend to lead to
substantial changes in wearing
rates over very short periods,
would, if the predictions of up
to 50% reductions in fatalities
are correct, be expected to
demonstrate large scale
step changes in fatality
figures. No such changes have
been observed. Whether seat
belts reduce fatalities, it is
inescapably true that any
reductions fall well below the
predicted levels, a fact widely
interpreted as supporting risk
compensation theory. |
Analysis Of The Adams Report
Conventional thinking simply can't
explain the above findings.
Further, neither can the human condition and
dimensions of mind and being be duplicated
in the laboratory. Especially in
view of the reality that there are a number
of immeasurable factors at work that have
produced these results that is difficult for
conventional thinking to come to terms with.
While there is truth to the position of
Prof. Adams that
"Protecting car occupants from the
consequences of bad driving encourages bad
driving" -- there is also another
dimension to the findings that has not yet
been considered. While it has
been often said that man only uses a
fraction of his true potential of mind --
i.e., the proverbial tip of the iceberg --
it is also true that to some degree, every
person unknowingly and unconsciously has
some access to the higher areas of mind that
is not supported by the organic body.
And it is these higher causal centers of
mind that would be the equivalent of the
Field that the Quantum Physicists have
recognized as the source of all events in
this realm that surrounds all matter which
has been compared to a
"blemish" where interacting
fields collide. And as
Prof. Adams has observed in his findings,
wearing a seatbelt has the tendency to block
the intuitive access of the drivers
conscious mind to these higher areas in the
causal Etheric areas of mind, with the
result being an increase in pedestrian,
cyclists because the seat belt impedes the
intuitive connection between the conscious
and unmanifest higher conscious (called by
some the unconscious) areas of mind.
And while this can never be duplicated in
the laboratory -- or understood from what
has been described as the conventional
"fossilized"
thinking of a very large segment of our
culture.
Conclusions
In the
fourth century of our Common Era, a vast
storehouse of knowledge became lost to
mankind as a whole, because the Church of
Rome not only murdered all who did not agree
with the doctrines and religion of the
emperor, but the marauding bands of Roman
Christians destroyed all sources of wisdom
and knowledge that had been accumulated over
the course of thousands of years.
And while on the surface this may seem
irrelevant to the modern scholar and
philosopher, nothing could be further from
the truth. And while there
has been a constant and at time vicious
struggle between the blind believers who
have put their faith in the doctrines and
dogma of Rome as instituted by a series of
emperors and priests, and men of reason who
have employed the tools of science to break
the shackles of religiously ordained
superstition and ignorance -- pulling
mankind out of the abyss of the dark ages
one conflict with Imperial Church dogmatic
thinking one conflict at a time -- there is
an important element to the equation that
has been ignored.
Anytime that man
embraces a reactionary doctrine and position
in opposition to one polarity of thinking,
the result is always error of an opposite
polarity.
Why?
Because the
reactionary doctrine always lacks the
necessary balance to evolve higher truth.
While
rational minded people could not surrender
their gift of intellect and reason, and
blindly subscribe to the often insane
doctrines of the Church of Rome, their
reactionary concepts that they attempted to
build their world-view on, was merely
another variety error that lacked the
necessary balance to give birth to a more
enlightened understanding.
And as presented in the below (see
The Scientific Refutation
Of Darwin), the concept that only what
we see with our physical eyes and senses is
real, modern quantum physics has prove to be
perhaps even more flawed than the error of
the Church. What we must
understand is that the Church of Rome hunted
down and murdered a far more spiritual
people who were condemned as heretics, and
edited the Bible in order to make it support
the doctrines of Pagan Rome (see
http://BibleCorruption.com ).
While it would be easy for the modern
egotistical and often arrogant mind to
simply dismiss the people who were
persecuted by the Church in the past, we
ignore the fact that modern quantum physics
has proven the vast majority of our favorite
rational explanations to be gravely in error
and fossilized. Quoting the
below Refutation of Darwin, In his 1951 textbook on quantum theory, Bohm offered some interesting
speculations on the analogies between quantum processes and thought processes,
thus carrying further the celebrated statement made by the astronomer James
Jeans two decades earlier: “Today there is a
wide measure of agreement… that the stream of knowledge is heading towards a
non-mechanical reality; the universe begins to look more like a great thought
than like a great machine”;
and the statement by astronomer Arthur Eddington: “The stuff of the universe is
mind-stuff”.
More recently, cyberneticist David Foster described “an
intelligent universe” whose
apparent concreteness is generated by cosmic data from an unknowable, organized
source. The holographic reality says that: “…our brains mathematically construct hard reality by interpreting
frequencies from a dimension transcending time and space.
The brain is a hologram, interpreting a holographic universe.”
The
mystic and spiritual visionary of the past
had long warned so called rationally minded
men that they only saw and perceived a very
small fraction of man's reality -- i.e.,
like the tip of the iceberg -- and that
there was an enormous expanse of reality
that the majority of man is blind to, simply
because he has never trained the mind to
access those areas of mind that is beyond
and not supported by the organic body which
is limited to earth-matter.
Which means that only now has the so called
rationally minded thinkers acquired the
tools to not only come to grips with and
understand their own error in thinking, but
also to begin to understand the error of the
Roman Church which murdered all the
communities of mystics and spiritual
visionaries because they refused to accept
the carnal and politicized doctrines of the
emperors of Pagan Rome. And as can be
seen in the below, and the larger article
entitled Science Proves Religion (see
http://UnityOfMind.org ), that
modern quantum physics has proven both the
rational dogma, as well as the Church dogma,
to be gravely in error.
If it is
true that the Universe is
"...a great
thought than like a great machine”
-- and that the
“stuff of the universe is
mind-stuff” -- then the only valid way
that man can explore the workings of the
Universe, is with the development of his own
mind in order to access those higher
dimensions (of mind) that is not supported
by the organic vibration of the physical
body. And this development of
mind beyond organic limitations, was one of
the primary objectives of not only the
teachings of Jesus and TheWay, but also
those sects of Gnostics that the Church of
Rome declared to be heretics, and murdered.
If the findings of modern quantum physics is
true, and the Universe is in reality a Great
Mind, then our present-day technology is
totally inadequate to understand the
workings of the Universe beyond a certain
point.
The Great Dilemma
When
Jesus taught that those who fail to achieve
the next stage of birth have no real
continuance beyond the present life, one of
the realities that he was making reference
to was the fact that man's initial physical
birth is only the first stage of the
birth-process, with three more stages of
birth remaining that must be brought about
in order to achieve the higher goals and
objectives of life. And
herein lies one of the major problems --
i.e., neither the Church, nor man's linear
rational based science, has any idea on
either the need, or the means, by which
these next stages of birth must be brought
about. While the Church has been
provided a great amount of resources in the
form of the Dead Sea Scrolls and the Nag
Hamaddi Library -- plus other important
writings -- the Church is unwilling to let
go of the doctrines of Pagan Rome that
shackle the body of blind believers to a
state of virtual absolute ignorance about
self, and the true nature and form of the
teachings of Jesus. In reaction
to the Church dilemma, the science of the
past embraced a number of concepts which
they saw as a rational explanation for the
folly of the Church -- failing to realize
that their attempt to rationalize only what
they saw and perceived with their physical
senses, only provided a very fragmentary
vision and understanding of man's vast and
untapped higher reality. But
like the Church which was unwilling to let
go of the Pagan Roman doctrines of the past,
in much the same manner, only a handful of
scientists are willing to embrace the
present stream of knowledge that totally
revolutionalizes all our previously held
theories and findings which were based upon
a very flawed and defective understanding of
the physical world. And what has
seriously complicated the process of man's
present state of evolutionary progress as he
attempts to free himself from the shackles
of ignorance of the past, is the fact that
the governments have embraced both the
Church religious view, and the seriously
flawed school of science, as the only valid
models -- and has enacted both laws and
erected cultural icons which support these
flawed positions, and are presently limiting
all future growth of mankind as a whole.
The only
reason that I know, what I know -- and can
do, the things that I can do -- that the
vast majority of mankind is oblivious to --
is because I have walked a path that is
totally independent of both secular and
sectarian philosophies and positions -- and
this enabled me to escape the limitations of
both groups which have molded the thinking
of our present-day culture.
In learning about the essence of the
teachings of Jesus and TheWay from my own
past lives, I escaped the error and pagan
thinking of the Church. In
learning about the Laws that control this
world, and restoring the ability to escape
the limitations of the physical as presented
in the analogy of Plato's Cave (see
http://DivineStrategery.com#Plato ), I
escaped the secular and philosophical error
of our culture. And while the
American Constitutional form of government
supposedly guarantees freedom from
constrainment by either church or state, the
political environment has never come to
terms with the reality of God-Given
UnAlienable Rights. Like
all cultures, they attempt to judge liberty
and freedom by the norm of mainstream.

the State of New York, for the last 30 years Nassau County District
Attorney Dennis Dillon protected an endemically corrupt judicial court
system from being investigated. Thus,
the deplorable conditions are the very embodiment of the words of former

the American Bar Association on court corruption where he wrote: “After
3 years of studying lawyer discipline throughout this country, this

Spiritual Apostasy and Denial of
Messiah/Christ
Seat belts are a Secular-Humanist religious ritual practiced by Atheists imbued with a Darwinist Mindset as their holy grail. A man who wears a seat belt either rejects the Bible and the Higher Order of Man's Spiritual Reality, or is a babe in Christ who knows no better. The Disciple dwells in the House of the Lord, and rejects the unspiritual mindset that is common to those who wear seat belts. And while the wearing of a seat belt might be good for the people who live in accord with the thinking and culture of this world, a True Disciple of Messiah/Christ continually dwells in the Hands of the Lord, and the wearing of a seat belt is not only a denial of
man's Higher Spiritual Reality, but the mindset from which it springs is the religious practice of Atheism and Apostasy to the teachings of
Yeshua/Jesus.
The Darwinist Mindset
The vast majority of people will
immediately question how the wearing of a seat belt can possibly be against a
person's religious beliefs. And unbeknown to them, they will
ignorantly pose this question because they have unconsciously been programmed
and imbued with a Darwinist mindset -- i.e., through our educational systems,
our modern entertainment media that is directed into nearly every household
across the Nation, and is even preached in our churches every Sunday
morning. And while the vast majority of people are totally unaware
that they perceive all of life through the filter of a Darwinist vision and
perspective -- including Fundamentalist Christians who philosophically oppose
Darwin and the 
Theory of
Evolution -- what they fail to realize is the fact that they have
unquestioningly permitted themselves to become immersed in this mindset and
manner of thinking that spiritually strangles them, and alienates them from the
Inner Kingdom that Jesus said must come within the life of the believer/disciple
in order to enter into the Life which is Promised in the Bible (see Gate
Of Eden). And while the Darwinist mindset has been proven
counterfeit by modern quantum physics and the more enlightened scientist, it
continues to be taught to our children as a foundational concept upon which all
other ideas about life are based, because it is the holy grail of Atheism and
the quasi-religion of Secular-Humanism which is presently strangling the very
essence of Life from our society and culture.
In order to understand the paradigm of Darwin that is paramount in what I
portray as the Darwinist mindset, we must comprehend what Darwin was attempting
to prove -- i.e., that all events and realities of this world were brought about
through seen and physically observable natural occurrences without any supernatural
intervention. The term supernatural is defined as God, Angels, or any force that is
beyond the physical world of appearances. As demonstrated below,
modern science has proven just the opposite to be true, and that all events and occurrences
in this world are actually initiated in what is referred to as the (Etheric)
field that surrounds the physical world and all matter. Atheists
champion the Theory of Evolution and the Darwinist mindset because they think
that it refutes the Bible.
While from a
Darwinist mindset the wearing of a seat belt may seem to be the rational and
intelligent thing to do, because the pattern of thinking is drawn from a very
limited and unenlightened vision and perspective of life, it is the result of a
thought process that totally alienates the individual from a higher
understanding of the Laws that control every aspect of the life we are presently
living in this physical realm. And while it may be easy for those
who champion the wearing of seat belts to point out all the lives that have
seemingly been saved, what they fail to realize in their very limited vision of
life is the fact that the mindset which supports the wearing of seat belts has
destroyed more lives than is possible to even begin to count. And
once the paradox of the two mindsets are understood, these biblical warnings
have their relevance: "Whoever seeks to save his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life will preserve
it... Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain.
He who loves his life will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal
life" (Luke 17:33; John 12:24-25). In order to enter
into the Kingdom and inherit the Promise of Life, the disciple must die to this
world so as to be born into the Life that Yeshua/Jesus taught is within us (see Gate
Of Eden). So while the seat belt can be seen as a good thing --
especially for those who are imbued and programmed with the pattern of thought
embraced by the people who are shackled to the anti-spiritual thinking of the
present secular culture -- it remains true that the mindset which even imagines
that accidents can occur, is the mindset that walks the broad-way of spiritual
alienation from man's higher reality -- which is ultimately the way of spiritual
denial, death and destruction.
The Biblical Perspective
The scriptures teach that all
events that transpire in this world are the result of the Laws working in the
life of man -- and this reality is clearly portrayed in the words: “Are
not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground
apart from the will of your Father” (Matt 10:29 NIV).
Which means that from a biblical perspective, there is no such thing as
an accident -- and that all things are brought about by the Will of God being
impressed upon the Laws that control every aspect of life as we know it.
And while this biblical perspective of life is not understood by the
mainstream of modern Christians who like to think that life is a matter of
choices, the reality of Divine Providence and Law is further presented in the

. Once the Laws that control every aspect of life in this
physical realm are understood, one begins to perceive that there are no
accidents -- that every event in the life of mankind has a purpose, and was
brought about by pre-existing causes that few Christians today
understand. And because they have permitted themselves to be
programmed by a Darwinist perception of life, they are unable to understand the
far-reaching impact of many biblical teachings that they can't apply to the life
they are presently living. And because they lack the depth of
perception and understanding necessary to comprehend the above teachings of
Jesus, they fall into the spiritual trap of embracing the secular mindset where the wearing of a seat belt
can be compared to praying
to a secular god -- i.e., the practice of the religion of Secular
Humanism -- and a denial of the Higher Spiritual Order of Life.
And they therefore fail to understand that while wearing a seat belt can be
viewed in a very positive sense, it is the limitations of the Darwinist mindset
that alienates the people from the necessary perception of man's higher reality
that Jesus was speaking of when he said these words. And while the
modern believer of the simple faith fails to make the connection between the
wearing of a seat belt and the practice of religion, it is the mindset itself
that alienates the believers from understanding why Jesus even spoke these
words.
In
the Motion/Affidavit the relationship is made to the NYS Immunization law which
was declared unconstitutional because it did not contain a religious
exemption: In the same way that immunization is a denial of a holistic God-Centered
lifestyle -- and because of the conflict in a religious/spiritual mindset, from
that of a secular mindset which ordains the need for these proactive protective
measures to safeguard the people, the original law was declared UnConstitutional
because it did not permit a religious exemption -- the same is true with respect
to the seat belt law which denies the biblical teachings on Divine Providence,
and promotes an Atheistic Secular Humanist perception of life.
The
Scientific Refutation Of Darwin
Charles
Darwin possessed absolutely no knowledge of quantum mechanics and physics, or
the inner workings of the sub atomic world. Darwin based his Theory
of Evolution on his observations of the natural world. But today we
now can demonstrate that Darwin's vision was so incomplete, that it can be
classified as totally spurious. In the words of Niles Eldredge of
the American Museum of Natural History: “The
old explanation that the fossil record was inadequate is in itself an inadequate
explanation.”
Why? The fossil record
is inadequate because everything that we see and perceive in this realm is
directly caused by patterns of force being exerted upon matter from beyond the
bounds of this three-dimensional world in which we presently dwell.
Atheism
which is the denial of God or a Higher Power of Intelligence that brought the
world into being, is manifest in what has often been called the quasi-religion
known as Secular Humanism -- which is founded
upon the Darwinist Theory of Evolution that rejects all non-physical influence
in the creation and evolution of this world. Through observation of
nature, Darwin attempted to demonstrate that
this world is the result of a series of accidents and natural occurrences -- that there is no
unseen forces at work that have molded and influenced this world.
But because Darwin had no means of gazing into the sub-atomic world, his
theories stand today as being reliant upon an outdated model of science that has long ago been dispelled as
grave error. Yet, because Darwin and the Theory of Evolution is the
holy grail of the Atheists who attempt to use it to demonstrate the
defectiveness of the Bible, the belief in God, and therefore use it to reject
religion, it remains the foundation upon which the mindset and thinking our modern culture
is built upon.

vision of Creation is not only counterfeit, but actually is in reverse of
man’s true reality. What this means is that our modern educational systems, culture and laws
fail to acknowledge these proven facts, because they have exalted Darwin’s
Theory of Evolution to the level of the holy grail of the Atheists and Secular
Humanists who reject the Divine Order of the Universe.
While modern science has proven that Darwin's observations were incomplete and
built upon a serious foundational error, our culture continues to embrace this
theory because it is used to counterbalance the Bible and the concept of a
created universe.
Quoting the article on Science Proves Religion: Einstein
experienced shock when he first came into contact with the new reality of atomic
physics that was presented to him, and wrote in his autobiography: “All
my attempts to adapt the theoretical foundation of physics to this [new type of]
knowledge failed completely. It
was as if the ground had been pulled out from under one, with no firm foundation
to be seen anywhere, upon which one could have built”.
In much the same fashion, the European physicist Niels Bohr stated that “…The great
extension of our experience in recent years has brought to light the
insufficiency of our simple mechanical conceptions and, as a consequence, has
shaken the foundation on which the customary interpretation of observation was
based.” These
“…mechanical
conceptions” make reference to Darwin and the Theory of
Evolution which is opposite and in conflict with man’s true reality.
The Universe is a Great Mind:
In his 1951 textbook on quantum theory, Bohm offered some interesting
speculations on the analogies between quantum processes and thought processes,
thus carrying further the celebrated statement made by the astronomer James
Jeans two decades earlier: “Today there is a
wide measure of agreement… that the stream of knowledge is heading towards a
non-mechanical reality; the universe begins to look more like a great thought
than like a great machine”;
and the statement by astronomer Arthur Eddington: “The stuff of the universe is
mind-stuff”.
More recently, cyberneticist David Foster described “an
intelligent universe” whose
apparent concreteness is generated by cosmic data from an unknowable, organized
source. The holographic reality says that: “…our brains mathematically construct hard reality by interpreting
frequencies from a dimension transcending time and space.
The brain is a hologram, interpreting a holographic universe.”
What is the impact of these findings of modern science?
The reality that is being conveyed is that what we perceive as solid
physical matter, is being interpreted in this manner because our brains
interpret that frequency to make what we see appear concrete.
Moreover, what it also means is that we perceive only a fraction of
Creation because our brains, which by virtue of the fact of their physical
nature, can only detect frequencies that are within the same (physical)
spectrum. In the same way
that in order to be effective, an antenna must possess the physical
characteristics that enables it to receive a certain range of the frequencies
that the device (radio, TV, wireless phone, etc.) is intended to operate within,
our physical mind and bodies are designed to function within a certain spectrum
of Creation -- and this is predicated by the fact that our physical nature is
composed of the elements that are of this world.
In his Preface
to Stalking The Wild Pendulum, by Itzhak Bentov, William A. Tiller,
Materials Sciences Department, Stanford University writes:
“The present
scientific establishment has grown somewhat fossilized by its current world
picture and is locked into a view of reality that has outlived its usefulness.
It has begun to limit mankind’s growth and has so increased its sense
of specialization, separateness, materiality, and mechanical computer-like
functioning that it is in real danger of self-extermination”.
Yet this fossilized
science is still being promoted among our school children -- it remains as the
founding principle upon which our culture is based -- it is being used to
inhibit both religion and freedom in our present-day culture -- and has greatly
limited the ability of man to function in his true multidimensional and
spiritual reality. This
mindset is also the theoretical foundation upon which the New York State seat
belt law is based.
If a person believes in accidents in the manner they are taught by our
Atheistic secular culture, then accidents will happen to them.
Thus the words of scientist Itzhak Bentov: “The
quantum theory asserts that there is no way one can measure some sets of things,
like momentum and position, together very accurately... because the
consciousness of the experimenter interacts with the experiment itself. Therefore, it becomes possible that the attitude of the
experimenter must also influence the outcome of any particular experiment”.
These similarities were pointed out in the book, The Tao Of
Physics, by Fritjof Capra, and The Dancing Wu Li Masters by Gary Zukav.
Zukav’s book takes its title from the Chinese expression for physics,
wu li, which he translates as “patterns of
organic energy”, and writes: “Bell’s
theorem not only suggests that the world is quite different than it seems, it
demands it. Something very
exciting is happening. Physicists
have ‘proved’ rationally that our rational ideas about the world in which we
live are profoundly deficient”.
Bell’s theorem, which was proposed in 1964 by
J.S. Bell, a physicist
working in Switzerland, was first confirmed experimentally in 1972.
Physicist Henry Stapp, in a 1975 federal report called it the most “profound
discovery of science”.
Bell’s theorem succeeds in exhibiting the bizarre nature of the
subatomic world. Experiments
show that if paired particles which are identical twins in their polarity fly
apart, and the polarity of one is changed by an experimenter, the polarity of
the other particle changes instantaneously.
Even though they appear to us as separate, the particles remain
mysteriously connected regardless of the fact that there is no physical
connection. The problem is
that the mind of man in it’s natural organic state is simply incapable of
perceiving the far-reaching ramifications of this great truth -- and even less
prepared to comprehend the results of the intertwining connections that are
maintained not only between individuals and groups of people, but also about
their beliefs and what they have come to believe to be accidents because of
counterfeit beliefs taught to them by our outdated Darwinist philosophy and
mindset.
In his book, Urbausteine
der Materie, physicist Walter Thirring wrote about matter that modern
physics “…has put our thinking
about the essence of matter in a different context.
It has taken our gaze from the visible - the particles - to the
underlying entity, the field. The
presence of matter is merely a disturbance of the perfect state of the field at
that place; something accidental, one could almost say, a ‘blemish’.
Accordingly, there are no simple laws describing the forces between
elementary particles… Order and symmetry must be sought in the underlying
field.”
What the
physicist is telling you is that your physical body that you observe in the
mirror -- the physical form that you use to present yourself to the world around
you -- is in fact caused by a disturbance in your own, personal field -- and it
is this field that you do not see, that causes a blemish in this realm that we
perceive through the eyes that has been formed out of this blemish.
Again, if what we observe in this world as being concrete, is not really
concrete, but merely a frequency that our brain interprets in a concrete manner,
then we have the means to develop and evolve our mind in order to permit it to
detect the full spectrum of frequencies that make up the totality of all of
Creation. Can we do this?
Both the Bible and the holy men and women of the past convey to us that
an enlightened vision and understanding of life is not only possible, but it is
our eventual destiny. Thus,
the problem is seen in the fact that man’s true reality is neither addressed,
acknowledged, or acted upon in any intelligent manner by our politically correct
culture that controls the heartbeat of society today.
Yet, from a more modern scientific perspective, the Darwinist perception
of Creation amounts to little more than junk-science, while the findings of
genuine science has become as a cult that is not even discussed in our modern
educational systems. To the
detriment of our own children, what we teach instead is secular dogma --
anti-religious secular dogma -- that has absolutely no basis in fact.
If we could
but for a brief moment gaze at this world from the perspective of higher
reality, what we would immediately realize is that what science is learning
about Creation today was in fact elementary to the eyes and understanding of the
Hebrew-Christian visionaries of the past.
Thus, the great dilemma: It is one thing through scientific endeavor to
become aware that these other dimensions exist, and become cognizant of the
impact they have upon this world -- and still quite another to move in and out
and explore these other realms of existence.
Moreover, all these scientific theories that we have newly discovered
today, is not new at all -- and have been well established in the scriptures and
the writings of the prophets and visionaries since the dawn of time.
How can this be, you will ask?
Simple! If we are to
even begin to come to terms with our own higher reality and purpose of life, it
is absolutely important for us to recognize the fact that man does not need a
technically advanced society in order to explore the realms of Higher Mind --
i.e., he only needs his mind -- then it will also be realized that our world of
modern technology can in fact be detrimental to our own development, because it
has the ability to greatly distract man in his search for the answers to Life.
What this ultimately means is that the wisdom of the ancients could very
well be superior to the modern philosophy that our universities teach today.
In fact, if man could see the wonders of Creation clearly, he would
quickly realize that the supposed conflict between science and religion is
superficial, and is nothing more than the result of ignorance with regard to
both the true nature of religion and scientific fact.
FROM A SPIRITUAL
PERSPECTIVE
When astronomer James Jeans proclaimed that:
“Today there is a wide measure of agreement… that the stream of knowledge is
heading towards a non-mechanical reality; the universe begins to look more like
a great thought than like a great machine” -- we should have
realized that the ancient men of wisdom did not need our modern-day
technological advances to explore a universe that is a “great
thought”, they only needed to understand the laws and
conditions that limited their own minds from interacting with the Higher
Intelligence that put the universe in place!
It should be reasonable to every rationally minded person that the means
by which we explore the “great
thought” of
Creation, is to use our own thought and mind as a vehicle in which to travel
beyond this world of physical appearances.
The objective of
Judaism and Christianity is to bring about spiritual transformation – and
while the mainstream religious people who only embrace an elementary
understanding of these teachings do not understand this objective, this has not
been the case with respect to those who have walked the spiritual path of TheWay.
The true spiritual Hebrew and Christian visionaries of the past have
always acknowledged the validity of the objects that appear to our senses as
being of a physical nature -- i.e., no one is denying that what we perceive with
our physical eyes as being concrete to the senses does indeed exist -- but they
also assert that there is a good deal more than what we see -- and modern
science has progressed to the degree where it can now affirm this universal
religious position. In the
words of Einstein: “We may therefore regard matter as being constituted by the
regions of space in which the field is extremely intense… There is no place in
this new kind of physics both for the field and matter, for the field is the
only reality” (quoted
in M. Capek, The Philosophical Impact of Contemporary Physics).

entry-level doctrine for the masses, and there is the Mysteries of God that can
only be revealed to those who have undergone the process of spiritual
transformation. In his
Epistles, Paul tells of visiting these non-physical realms when he writes about
his experiences: “…Fourteen
years ago I was taken up to heaven for a visit. Don't ask me whether my body was
there or just my spirit, for I don't know; only God can answer that. But anyway,
there I was in paradise, and heard things so astounding that they are beyond a
man's power to describe or put in words (and anyway I am not allowed to tell
them to others)” (2
Cor 12:1-4 TLB).
These dimensions and realms that the modern scientist portrays as the
field because of it’s non-physical nature -- i.e., “…There
is no place in this new kind of physics both for the field and matter, for the
field is the only reality”
-- is the natural habitat of the mystic and spiritual man/woman whose source of
enlightenment and higher vision is founded in these parallel realms and
dimensions that are the source of all events that transpire in this world --
i.e., and this is correctly portrayed in the words of physicist
Walter Thirring who wrote about matter that modern physics “…has
put our thinking about the essence of matter in a different context.
It has taken our gaze from the visible - the particles - to the
underlying entity, the field. The presence of matter is merely a disturbance of the
perfect state of the field at that place; something accidental, one could almost
say, a ‘blemish’. Accordingly,
there are no simple laws describing the forces between elementary particles…
Order and symmetry must be sought in the underlying field.”
In the New Testament Jesus teaches the necessity of attaining to the next
stage of birth -- stating that without this second birth, you cannot enter the
Kingdom of Heaven (see http://mystic.nazirene.org/fetus.htm
). The problem arose when the spiritual teachings of Jesus became
outlawed by the 4th century Pagan Rome Emperor Constantine (see http://ebionite.com/prologue.htm
). Thus, the spiritual was
suppressed and only the teachings of the entry-level simple faith survived.
But Paul's doctrine of faith over works of the Law must be understood in
relation to the Kingdom within (see http://ebionite.com/index.htm#paul
). Unbeknown to the vast majority of Christians today, the faith of
Paul was based upon the spiritual reality of an Inner Kingdom -- and the
revelation that if a person lived a consecrated life -- with a mind unshackled
by the doctrines of men -- open to the higher impressions of the Spirit that
teaches and enlightens the most faithful of genuine seekers of the Light and
TheWay -- that the inner door to these parallel realms which are the source of
all that exists in this world -- non-physical realms which are the true source
of all that exists in this physical world -- and have now been detected by the
modern scientist -- is the very essence of the faith that Paul speaks of with
respect to opening the inner door of the mind to the Kingdom of God.
Thus, modern Christians who possess only the entry-level teachings of the
simple faith, fail to understand why Paul commanded to "Put
to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature"
(Col 3:5 NIV). They have no understanding of why Paul said it
was necessary for Christians to "…take
captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ" (2 Cor
10:5 NIV). Why Paul said to "Pray
without ceasing" (1Thes 5:17 KJV). Why James
taught the need to "…bridle the whole
body" (James 3:2 KJV).
To the degree that Paul said to "…beat my body and make it my slave..."
(1 Cor 9:27 NIV). And the requirement set forth by Jesus was
that each Christian would be held accountable for every single word they speak:
"But I say unto you, That every
idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of
judgment" (Matt 12:36 KJV).
SEAT BELT IS DENIAL OF DIVINE
PROVIDENCE
As someone who
has over the course of the last 30 years intimately embraced the spiritual
teachings of Jesus and TheWay, I have been able to access the inner Kingdom and
learn directly from the Source of all Knowledge and Revelation.
And in the same way that the disciple of TheWay is Commanded to "…take
captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ" (2 Cor
10:5 NIV), in order to bring about the necessary spiritual transformation to do
as is described in the Bible and enter these causal non-physical realms, every
action must be in accord with this higher reality that can only be revealed to
the most faithful of seekers. To
put on a seat belt and surrender to the thinking of those who are of a Darwinist
mindset, is a denial of this inner higher reality -- and it would be paramount
to worshiping a false god of this world. Why?
Because every thought must connect to man’s inner reality which is
portrayed as the field by the scientist, and the Kingdom within by Jesus, which
means that the concept of an accident is a denial of this inner reality.
In fact, what unenlightened men perceive as accidents, are not only
brought about by causal elements in the non-physical field that surrounds all
matter, but could be avoided if the people were able to perceive the underlying
causes.
The
Blindness Of Government And Cultural Philosophers: Like an ostrich,
our politically correct cultural philosophers hide their eyes from the
Truth! That government fails to comprehend the far-reaching reality
that has been proven by the modern scientist -- i.e., that physical matter is an
extension and product of the underlying (Etheric) field that is the cause and
source of not only all that exists in this world, but all events that transpire
-- is because our law makers and cultural philosophers are attempting to resolve
the questions of life by looking only at the down-stream product in the manner
of Darwin, while remaining blind to the Etheric 
(field)
spiritual source that is the starting point for all that exists in this world of
manifest form. Science has proven that you can't look at
the downstream physical form, and ascertain the upstream root cause -- i.e., in the
words of Einstein: “We may therefore regard matter as being constituted by the
regions of space in which the field is extremely intense… There is no place in
this new kind of physics both for the field and matter, for the field is the
only reality” (quoted
in M. Capek, The Philosophical Impact of Contemporary Physics).
Yet, we continue to cling to a counterfeit
quasi-scientific theory which demands that we ignore reality, and requires us to
think and act in reverse of what is true. Why? We
totally ignore reality in order to embrace the spurious and very limited
theories of Darwin -- perpetuating a politically correct counterfeit perception
and model of life for no other reason than because it opposes Creationism and is
embraced by Atheists and Secular Humanists -- and then in the manner of a
Secular Theocracy, demand that everyone ascribe to the Darwinist faith and
ignore higher reality that we cannot only prove with the findings of modern
science, but through the practice of religion by internalizing the teachings in
the endeavor to break down the inner wall of higher consciousness that separates
the physical, Etheric-Soul level of being, Etheric-Spiritual level of being, and
ultimately the Source of Reality which is portrayed in the teachings of Jesus
and the Kingdom within us (Luke 17:20-21 - http://GateOfEden.com

Secular
Slaves Shackled To Politically Correct Ignorance: Because the people in our modern culture are slaves to the secularism
that shackles them to spiritually disenfranchised lives -- lives which imprison
the people in the dungeons of ignorance and hellish darkness of lives of
unknowing in exile from the higher reality within us -- we grope blindly in the
outer world for the answers to life that can only be revealed to us by pealing
away the inner layers of 
consciousness and opening the door to the inner
realities and the True Temple of the Lord that exists at the very Core of our
Being. And the faith that Paul speaks of as being absolutely
necessary to salvation, is the faith that motivates us to break free of the
shackles of the secularism and philosophical sectarian ignorance of the culture
of this world, and release ourselves from the dungeons of darkness that imprison
us and chain us to the outer reaches of consciousness. Once
the reality of the inner Kingdom (see http://GateOfEden.com
) is understood -- truly understood with the fervor and passion of one who has
for a long time scaled the dunes of a 
seemingly endless desert in search of
water to quench their parched dry body -- then, and only then does the
realization begin to dawn within us that we are the only obstacle to freedom and
happiness -- and we only have to make the body-vessel a fit dwelling place for
an open and balanced mind, in order bridge the gulf between the inner
non-physical and outer material world, and in singleness of mind and being
permit the Kingdom to come within us and fulfill the ultimate prophesy and
revelation of the biblical promise. "Again,
the kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and
hid; and for joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.
Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls, who,
when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had and
bought it" (Matt 13:44-46 NKJ). The Kingdom of God being within us, is indeed the treasure
that is hidden in the field of our body/mind. And the Kingdom can
only be found by those who are "...seeking
beautiful pearls" and are prepared to sell all that
they have (secular-cultural mindset) in this world in order to acquire it.
One only has to open the pages of the Bible to see that the whole of the
New Testament teachings is concerned with ethics, morality, and the manner in
which each of us treats our brothers and sisters. The requirement is that we
must be perfect, as our Heavenly Father is perfect (Mt 5:48). This state of
perfection is referred to as the fulfillment of the Royal Law of God, and is
measured in our forgiveness, acceptance and love of our fellow man. From a New
Covenant perspective, whatever is divisive, and not in accord with the Royal
Law, is of this world, and is an obstacle to our birth into the Kingdom.
It is from this perspective that the requirement in the Book of the Revelation
is set before us in the words: "Nothing
impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or
deceitful" (Rev 21:27 NIV). This same truth was
expressed by Isaiah where it is written: "And
a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness. The unclean will
not journey on it; it will be for those who walk in that Way; wicked fools will
not go about on it" (Isa
35:8 NIV). And this same truth is expressed in the words of Jesus when he
warned: "Enter through the narrow gate.
For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many
enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life,
and only a few find it" (Matt
7:13-14 NIV). The "narrow gate" that Jesus speaks
that we must open in order for us to be born into the Kingdom, has its parallels
in the birth canal that serves as the gate that each of us has emerged through
when we physically entered into this present world. That the next stage of
birth has its similarities, is merely the result that all realities are designed
in accordance with the same Divine Pattern of Creation.
In fully comprehending these biblical statements in relation to the whole
purpose of the teachings of The Way, let us again examine the definitive
statement which conveys to us the very essence of the Gospel -- and especially
the Revelation of John: "Blessed are those
who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and
may enter through the gates into the city. But outside are dogs and sorcerers
and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and
practices a lie" (Rev
22:14-15 NKJ).
If the text of the Revelation represented the end of the world, as is
commonly believed by the majority of Christians today, then why are those who
remain outside the city portrayed as "dogs
and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever
loves and practices a lie"?
Armageddon, then, indicates the disciples personal tribulation described
as the "pangs of birth", as he endeavors to overcome his own
lower carnal nature through the crucifixion of what is symbolized by the flesh,
in order that he can possess the Knowledge of the fruit of the Tree of Life,
transcend the natural barriers of this world, and "enter
through the gates into the city".
What natural man calls accidents, is caused by conditions which exist in
the field which is the source of the physical world.
In order to access these non-physical dimensions, one must be totally
faithful to the higher reality that carnal man is blind to.
To embrace that Atheistic-Darwinist mindset that promotes the concept of
accidents -- rather than events that are brought about by a Higher Order -- is a
total denial of this Higher Reality that science has only now proven to exist.
It is therefore impossible to be faithful, and to "…take
captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ" (2 Cor
10:5 NIV), so long as one continues to embrace the thinking and mindset of the
tenets of Atheism and the quasi-theology of Secular-Humanism.

Professor John Adams of
University College London was sceptical of [seat belt proponent law] claims
and set out to analyse the effect of seat belt laws as then in force and assess
how well they matched predictions. His findings were published in 1982 and can
be found in the
Society of Automotive Engineers transactions of that year[4].
His conclusion was that in the eighteen countries surveyed, accounting for
approximately 80% of the world's motoring, those countries with seat belt laws
had fared no better, and in some cases (e.g.
Sweden,
Ireland and
New
Zealand) significantly worse than those without. In order to explain
this disparity, Adams advanced the hypothesis that Protecting car occupants
from the consequences of bad driving encourages bad driving.
It is suggested[citation
needed] that a number of mechanisms are in play:
- Better protected drivers take less care (risk
compensation or
risk homeostasis).
- Case-control studies based on voluntary use of safety aids can attribute
to the aid benefits that actually come from the risk-averse nature of those
likely to use them voluntarily (confounding),
particularly early adopters.
- Fatality rates are subject to considerable
stochastic noise and comparison of single years or short periods can be
misleading.
Studies and experiments have been carried out to examine the risk
compensation theory. In one experiment subjects were asked to drive go-karts
around a track under various conditions. It was found that subjects who started
driving belted did not drive any slower when subsequently unbelted, but those
who started driving unbelted did drive consistently faster when subsequently
belted.[5]
A study of habitual non-seatbelt wearers driving in freeway conditions found
evidence that they had adapted to seatbelt use by adopting higher driving speeds
and closer following distances[6]
Similar effects have been observed[citation
needed] in respect of other interventions such as
anti-lock brakes. In another, taxi drivers who were habitual non-wearers
were timed over a route with passengers who did, and others who did not, insist
on the driver wearing a belt. They were observed to complete the route faster
when belted.[7]
Side-effects of seat belts
Over the years numerous cases were documented[citation
needed] of various fatalities and injuries caused by
wearing seat-belts. Potentially lethal injuries such as crushed sternum and
paralyzing neck injuries are common in high-speed collisions. Chest injury may
cause cardiac arrest, lung bruises are amongst the most common causes of death
by seat-belts especially for people of weak heart such as the elderly who can
also suffer a heart attack and not be able to free from the seatbelt in order to
get to help. In neck injury cases, the immense pressure from a high-speed impact
can cause a seat-belt wearer's head to accelerate forward suddenly while the
body is restrained, potentially causing paralyzing injuries.
Seat belts vs. airbags
Since most cars nowadays are manufactured with built-in
airbags which
don't cause the side-effects of seat-belts, many people think[citation
needed] the airbags should take over and that seat-belts
should not be mandatory. Airbags are shown by every research to be more
effective when they work than seat-belts in preventing fatal injuries, unlike
the belts which can cause some. Airbags can, however, cause
deafness
when activated in air-tight spaces such as when the car windows are all up,
because of the increase in air pressure on the
eardrums.
Non-vehicle occupants
From the very beginning in Australia[11],
and subsequently New Zealand[12],
there had been indications that seat belt laws might produce increases in deaths
and injury among those outside cars such as motorcyclists, cyclists and
pedestrians[13].
The author of the Isles report was alarmed to find that in
Europe the
predominant effect of seat belt legislation was of increased numbers of injuries
to non-car users. The author predicted that in the UK, deaths to other road
users would rise by approximately 150 per year in the event of compulsory seat
belt wearing legislation. In terms of injuries to other road users the
