Was Paul An Apostate?

See -- The Return Of The Ebionim  @ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nqjHvDUaFGM

The Spiritual Enigma Of Paul: Why did the Apostle Peter and the other disciples of Jesus reject Paul?   Of the Ebionites it was noted by the early Church writer Irenaeus: "Those who are called Ebionites agree that the world was made by God... they use the Gospel of Matthew only, and repudiate the Apostle Paul, maintaining that he was an apostate from the Law."  But exactly what does this mean?  Under the heading of Simon Magus in the 11th edition of the Encyclopedia Britannica it states pertaining to the writings attributed to Clement, the disciple of Peter, in the Homilies: “…the common source of these documents may be as early as the 1st century, and must have consisted in a polemic against Paul, emanating from the Jewish side of Christianity. Paul being thus identified with Simon, it was argued that Simon's visit to Rome had no other basis than Paul's presence there, and, further, that the tradition of Peter's residence in Rome rests on the assumed necessity of his resisting the arch-enemy of Judaism there as elsewhere”.

While it is true that the Ebionite Nazirene Disciples of Jesus condemned Paul, in order to even begin to understand why, one must first begin to understand the original spiritual essence of the teachings of Jesus and TheWay.   And in view of the fact that the modern Christian world knows virtually nothing about the original spiritual objective and purpose of the Gospel teachings which have been Restored at The Law Of The Gospels http://TheLawOfTheGospels.com , it remains impossible for the modern believer to even begin to understand why the disciples of Jesus condemned and rejected the man known as Paul.  And while many modern Christians will respond by asserting that God would not permit the Gospel teachings to be corrupted, it was the Law of God that brought about the corruption of the Gospel teachings as explored at, Why Would God Permit The Gospels To Be Corrupted http://BrotherOfJesus.org#WhyGodPermittedTheCorruptionOfTheGospels .

To begin to understand why the Ebionites condemned Paul as an apostate to the Law of God, you must first understand that his Epistles were not only corrupted (see Bible Corruption at http://BibleCorruption.com ), but numerous writings attributed to Paul were authored by anti-Original Gospel Gentiles who were members of the Greek Mystery religion Mithraism.   The Gospel teachings which Jesus taught were Spiritually Tranformative, and were created in order to be a Universal path of all religions when used as the Key of Knowledge ( http://KeyOfKnowledge.org ).   While the original Gospels were written by Essene/Ebionites in what can be portrayed as the Language of the Soul (see The Original Spiritual Language Of The Gospels http://OriginalGospel.Ebionite.com#OriginalLanguage ), when the Gospels are used as the Key of Knowledge and turned within the person's own mind (see The Application Of The Scriptures As The Key Of Knowledge http://KeyOfKnowledge.org#ApplicationOfTheKeyOfKnowledge ), the Gospels are just as relevant to the inner core of Mithraic-Initiates, as they are to Hinduism, Buddhist and all other religions.  Not because they represent an historical portrayal of the man Jesus -- but rather, because the Gospels when rightly understood, present a blueprint of the Mind that the seeker needs to understand in order to achieve Wholeness -- enabling the seeker to enter through the inner "narrow strait gate" within them, and achieve entrance into the Inner Kingdom (see Spiritual Osmosis And The Narrow Gate http://TheLawOfOctaves.com#Osmosis ).  But what this also means is that the people, places and events portrayed in the scriptures is not historical -- but rather, allegorical events of the mind that are presented within the context of an historical facade in order to make them appear applicable to the common faith-based believers.  And what this means is that the person portrayed as Paul in the Book of Acts, was not an actual historical person -- but rather, was representative of an allegorical symbol of transformation.  But what this also means is that the modern Christian religion which is based upon the Epistles attributed to the authorship of Paul, is a corrupted from of Mithraism  that has very little in common with the original Gospel teachings.

The Epistles attributed to Paul are all different, because they are authored by different people -- all of whom were Mithraic Initiates who portrayed themselves as Christian, which was a name used by Mithraic Initiates prior to the advent of Jesus (see Christ Before Jesus http://OriginalGospel.ebionite.com/#ChristBeforeJesus  ).  Which means that the modern Christians is practicing Mithraism, and using a corrupted version of the Gospels to support their faith (see The Corruption Of The Gospel Texts http://TheLawOfTheGospels.com#GospelCorruptions ).  In the book Christ or Paul?, the Rev. V.A. Holmes-Gore wrote: "Let the reader contrast the true Christian standard with that of Paul and he will see the terrible betrayal of all that the Master taught. For the surest way to betray a great Teacher is to misrepresent his message. That is what Paul and his followers did, and because the Church has followed Paul in his error it has failed lamentably to redeem the world. ...The teachings given by the blessed Master Christ, which the disciples John and Peter and James, the brother of the Master, tried in vain to defend and preserve intact were as utterly opposed to the Pauline Gospel as the light is opposed to the darkness."    If the modern Christian world has embraced a theology that is opposed to the original teachings of Jesus, then every person who claims to be a Christian must seriously pose the question: Is the dogma of the modern Church valid?   And what are the spiritual ramifications?

In order to achieve their objective of the transformation of the Mind by bringing about Wholeness, scriptures are written with inconsistencies intentionally inserted into the literal text, in order to force the reader to stop, and contemplate the inner spiritual message.  In many instances, a conflicting account is purposely entered into the scriptures: Acts 9:7 reads: “And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man”.   Yet, in Acts 22:9 the narrative reads: “And they that were with me saw indeed the light, and were afraid; but they heard not the voice of him that spake to me”.   It means absolutely nothing for the modern reader to believe that Saul was converted on the road to Damascus -- there is no spiritual edification or uplifting when we relate this knowledge to an historical event at the beginning of our Common Era.   But what is conveyed spiritually is of great value to the disciple in search of the Inner Light -- and must bring about a change of mind in his quest to open the door to the Kingdom.   Thus the disciple begins to see his own transformation from the death of Stephen as spirit became clothed with flesh, to Saul the Jew who the Gospels portray as the "spawn of the devil" (see The Devil's Spawn http://DevilSpawn.Ebionite.com ) -- to Paul the little one (see Turn About And Become As a Child http://KeyOfKnowledge.org#TurnAbout ), whose blindness was healed by Ananias, the gift from God (see The Three Causes Of Human Blindness http://CausalFactor.Nazirene.org#TheThreeCausesOfHumanBlindness ).   And when it is understood that all of organic man are born blind -- and must themselves "turn about" and become a "little one" as the Gospel account of Jesus taught, then while quasi-historical account is meaningless to the modern Christian, the spiritual meaning is of great importance not only to Christians, but to all of mankind in search of higher spiritual truth.

The objective of the INNER CORE of all religions, is to tap into the Inner Light of the Logos (Mind of God) and fulfill the objective to be taught by God -- i.e., "It is written in the Prophets: 'They will all be taught by God.' Everyone who listens to the Father and learns from him comes to me" (John 6:45 NIV).  What made the Gospel teachings applicable to all of mankind and all religions, was that Jesus taught the seeker/disciple how to actually enter the Inner Kingdom.  And this has been portrayed in the words of the author and visionary Philip K. Dick whose Soul had lived as a first century original follow of Jesus that:  "Christ ...taught his followers how to enter the kingdom while still alive, where other mystery religions only bring about amnesis: knowledge of it at the 'other time' in 'the other realm,' not here.  He causes it to come here, and is the living agency to the Sole Good God (i.e. the Logos)."   Where "amnesis" portrays the ability to tap into the inner source of knowledge, the disciples of Jesus were able to actually enter the Inner Kingdom.  Which made the Gospel teachings equally relevant to all religions world-wide.

Because the vast majority of Gentiles did not understand the proper use of the scriptures as the Key of Knowledge (see http://KeyOfKnowledge.org#ApplicationOfTheKeyOfKnowledge ), and they attempted to read the Gospels as if they were historical accounts, the Mithraic Initiates viewed themselves as parallel accounts of Paul and authored many epistles and writings under the name of Paul.    Those Mithraic Initiates who wrote under the pseudonym of Paul, had no interest in the historical man Jesus as seen in the statement -- i.e., “Therefore from now on we recognize no man according to the flesh; even though we have known Christ according o the flesh, yet now we know Him thus no longer” (2 Cor 5:16).   This Spiritual Messiah/Christ, over the historical Messiah/Christ in the flesh, was what biblical scholar Rudolf Bultmann was speaking of when he concluded that the “…Christian faith is, and should be, comparatively uninterested in the historical Jesus and centered instead on the transcendent Christ” (Encyclopedia Britannica, 1998 electronic edition).   But this higher spiritual meaning of the Gospel accounts could not be understood by the pagan Mithraic sun-worshipers who believed that Jesus was the latest incarnation of the Mithraic sun-god.

It is easily proven that the whole of the New Testament underwent a wholesale corruption in order to make it support the pagan element of Mithraism (see http://BibleCorruption.com ).  One of these corruption factors was seen where the Mithraic Initiates who wrote under the pseudonym of Paul wrote that the person must have faith in Christ -- meaning the Inner Anointing of the Mind by the Logos/Son of God -- the pagan Christians who portrayed themselves as Orthodox, added the name Jesus -- i.e., "...theological disputes, specifically disputes over Christology, prompted Christian scribes to alter the words of scripture in order to make them more serviceable for the polemical task. Scribes modified their manuscripts to make them more patently ‘orthodox’ and less susceptible to ‘abuse’ by the opponents of orthodoxy" (see Prof. Bart D. Ehrman; The Orthodox Corruption of Scripture)

What we fail to realize today is that during this period, every single document was edited and revised to confirm the Mithraic doctrines of the Roman Church. The noted Church Historian Eusebius quotes the Church Father Dionysius (Hist. Eccl., Bk. 4. 23), who reports that his own epistles had been tampered with: "When my fellow Christians invited me to write letters to them I did so. These the devil's apostles have filled with tares, taking away some things and adding others. For them the woe is reserved. Small wonder then if some have dared to tamper even with the word of the Lord Himself, when they have conspired to mutilate my own humble efforts"Eusebius writes of a number of sects of Christians of his day: "Therefore they have laid their hands boldly upon the Divine Scriptures, alleging that they have corrected them. That I am not speaking falsely of them in this matter, whoever wishes may learn. For if any one will collect their respective copies, and compare them one with another, he will find that they differ greatly. Those of Asclepiades, for example, do not agree with those of Theodotus. And many of these can be obtained, because their disciples have assiduously written the corrections, as they call them, that is the corruptions, of each of them. Again, those of Hermophilus do not agree with these, and those of Apollonides are not consistent with themselves. For you can compare those prepared by them at an earlier date with those which they corrupted later, and you will find them widely different. But how daring this offense is, it is not likely that they themselves are ignorant. For either they do not believe that the Divine Scriptures were spoken by the Holy Spirit, and thus are unbelievers, or else they think themselves wiser than the Holy Spirit, and in that case what else are they than demoniacs? For they cannot deny the commission of the crime, since the copies have been written by their own hands. For they did not receive such Scriptures from their instructors, nor can they produce any copies from which they were transcribed".

Biblical scholars basically told the people the truth, but the truth was and remains unacceptable to the multitude of Churches.  Quoting from Examination of Modern NT Text Criticism: "Where history records that true sacred text survived this assault and is preserved in the traditional text, Westcott and Hort counter that the whole church participated in a conspiracy to fabricate a blended (and therefore corrupted) text. Westcott and Hort must not have believed the traditional Christian church to be genuine, but a sham. This thesis is supported by the biographies of Westcott and Hort. When J. F. D. Maurice was accused of false doctrine, Westcott commented that Orthodox Christians are like a new Islam persecuting a revival of the true Christians."

In the year 1947 an archeological discovery was made that should have totally altered the course of Christian, Jewish, and Islamic religious history. In this respect, ”History”, writes Edward Gibbon, ”is indeed little more than the register of the crimes, follies, and misfortunes of mankind” (Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire).  When the Hand of the Lord gave the gift of the Dead Sea Scrolls to the church, religious people now possessed the ability to transcend almost two thousand years of what Gibbon rightfully called ”the crimes, follies, and misfortunes of mankind”. This gift -- directly from God -- placed the source of all western religions in the hand of the church where they could view the sacred writings apart from the defilement of man-made doctrine.  In the words of Prof. Elaine Pagles: “It is the winners who write history - their way. No wonder, then, that the viewpoint of the successful majority has dominated all traditional accounts of the origin of Christianity… It suggests that these religious debates - questions of the nature of God, or of Christ - simultaneously bear social and political implications that are crucial to the development of Christianity as an institutional religion. In simplest terms, ideas which bear implications contrary to that development come to be labeled as heresy; ideas which implicitly support it become orthodox” (see Pagles, The Gnostic Gospels).  A very important part of understanding what we believe, in relation to the truth, is to be able to go beyond the many doctrines that became infused into what came to be called the Christian religion during the almost two thousand years that God’s revelation was in the hands of mankind. In other words, we must decide whether the truth is found only in the words that Jesus spoke, or do we also consider the many doctrines and clarifications that man added along the way to also be the truth?

What does the modern believer actually know about the original teachings of Jesus and TheWay?   In an interview with Brian Brian McLaren by Christianity Today, he is quoted as stating: "One of the problems is that the average Christian in the average church who listens to the average Christian broadcasting has such an oversimplified understanding of both the Bible and of church history - it would be deeply disturbing for them to really learn about church history" (see Two Wrongs Don't Make A Right) -- to which statement we must pose the question: Does it matter?   If the very people who Jesus personally taught believed what can only be portrayed as being radically different from the beliefs that the Church adopted when they entered into a covenant with fourth century Pagan Rome -- whereby Church dogma became subject to the dictates of the emperor who at the time was not even a baptized Christian -- then the question is whether the modern believer is even prepared to understand the spiritual substance of the original teachings associated with Jesus and TheWay?   Especially if it can be proven that many of the most important core principles and teachings embraced by those who Jesus personally taught, are rejected by the modern Church as heresy today.

When biblical scholars such as A. Powell Davies attempted to warn the Christian world that discoveries such as the Dead Sea Scrolls had confirmed what they (the scholars) had all along suspected --  (1) that there were serious differences between the dogma derived from the Epistles attributed to Paul, and that of the original teachings of Jesus and TheWay; and (2) that the Roman Church created the divinity of the man Jesus -- i.e., “Biblical scholars were not disturbed by what they found in the Dead Sea Scrolls because they had known all along that the origin of Christianity was not what was commonly supposed to have been” (quoted by Millar Burrows in More Light on the Dead Sea Scrolls) -- modern Christians were not in the least bit prepared to understand the historical facts.  Worse yet, from a modern believer's perspective, is the statement by Edmund Wilson, an expert who worked on the Dead Sea Scrolls, when he further raised the question as to what difference it makes if “Jesus... had been trained in the discipline and imbued with the thought of a certain Jewish sect, and that he had learned from it the role that he afterwards lived...” (The Scrolls From The Dead Sea).  To the uninformed and unknowing believer, it made all the difference in the world!  If the historical man Jesus emerged out of the mystical sect of the Essenes -- and his original disciples who talked and walked with him daily, believed that Jesus was a holy man who lived a consecrated life, fulfilling the Law within himself so completely, that he became At-One with the Logos/Son of God at his baptism as stated by all Church Authorities prior to the fourth century Nicene Council held by the Roman Emperor Constantine (see At-Onement With The Logos/Son Of God http://BrotherOfJesus.org#AtOnement ), then the Adam Clark Bible Commentary is correct when it states that "...the whole Christian system is vain and baseless"!!!    When Prof. John Allegro was quoted as saying that what has been revealed in the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls is a great amount of overwhelming evidence that “...may upset a great many basic teachings of the Christian Church.   This in turn would greatly upset many Christian Theologians and believers.   The heart of the matter is, in fact, the source and originality of Christian doctrine” (August 1966 issue of Harpers Magazine); what he was in fact stating is that, everything that we now know about Christian beginnings demonstrate that the Essene/Ebionites were not the heretics as they were falsely portrayed by the later Gentile church, but were in fact the body of genuine believers that held fast to the authentic teachings of Yeshua/Jesus and the New Covenant (see The Ebionite Heresy http://DevilSpawn.Ebionite.com#TheEbioniteHeresy ).

Christ Before Jesus: In the Beginning all believers and followers of Jesus were called Ebionites. Thus, the early Church Authority Epiphanius writes that the name Ebionite "...was at first ...a common name for all Christians" (Epiphanius Adv. Haer., xxix. 1) -- Ebionite, meaning the "poor ones", which portrays a people who are separate and set aside from the thinking and lifestyle of this world.  Quoting the Gospel of the Nazirenes: "Blessed in spirit are the poor, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven".  Which is the basis of the requirement to be "in the world and not of it".

Today we call ourselves by the Greek word Christian -- but have we ever questioned where the term originated? And what does it mean? The New Schaff-Herzog Encyclopedia of Religious Knowledge confirms that the name "originated outside of Christian and Jewish circles". Which means that there were people who were called Christian prior to the advent of the man Jesus.   The Mercer Dictionary of the Bible states that: "By the late first and early second centuries the name ‘Christian,’ which early believers avoided using of themselves, was beginning to be accepted"Why did the original followers of Jesus reject being called by the name Christian?  If modern believers were truly sincere in their desire for a more intimate relationship with the Lord, they would immediately want to know and question why "early believers avoided" using the name Christian? When it is realized that even the very name Christian was in use prior to the time of Jesus, we truly begin to grasp the Pagan connection. The name Christian was a term employed to describe one who was an initiate, and understood the inner meaning of the Greek and Roman mystery religion Mithraism. Thus, the early followers of Jesus refused to be called Christian, and rejected calling the man Jesus the Christ, because the word was used in reference to the followers of Mithraism and the worship of their gods.

That the initiates of Mithraism and the ancient mystery religions were called Christian prior to the time of Jesus is demonstrated in a letter from the Emperor Adrian to Servianus, written in 134 A.D., wherein it is stated: "Egypt, which you commended to me, my dearest Servianus, I have found to be wholly fickle and inconsistent, and continually wafted about by every breath of fame. The worshipers of Serapis are called Christians, and those who are devoted to the god Serapis, call themselves Bishops of Christ". What is confirmed is that, with the advent of Jesus, the Christ or Christos was not a new term, and there were people throughout the empire who were called Christians prior to the time when the name came to be associated with the followers of Jesus. More important, though, is the fact that they brought their ideas and beliefs pertaining to Christ from a Mithraic perspective, into the religion of Jesus -- which teachings in their original form possessed an essence and spiritual reality that few of these Pagan Christians could perceive.

Archaeologists have demonstrated that the word Christos, which we render Christ, has been found not only on Mithraic and Pagan temples, and used in relation to those who were said to be the sons of the Pagan gods, but the term was also engraved on tombstones and other Pagan artifacts prior to the time of Jesus. In the Greek and Roman mystery religions of the time, the Christos was the Anointing of the Logos, and the Christian was the follower of the Anointed.  The word Logos is used in the first chapter of the Gosple of John where it is translated the Word -- i.e., "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God".  The Encyclopedia Britannica writes of the word Logos: “In Greek philosophy and theology, the divine reason implicit in the cosmos, ordering it and giving it form and meaning. Though the concept defined by the term logos is found in Greek, Indian, Egyptian, and Persian philosophical and theological systems... The idea of the logos in Greek thought harks back at least to the 6th-century-BC philosopher Heracleitus, who discerned in the cosmic process a logos analogous to the reasoning power in man. Later, the Stoics, philosophers who followed the teachings of the thinker Zeno of Citium (4th-3rd century BC), defined the logos as an active rational and spiritual principle that permeated all reality... Philo of Alexandria, a 1st-century-AD Jewish philosopher, taught that the logos was the intermediary between God and the cosmos, being both the agent of creation and the agent through which the human mind can apprehend and comprehend God. According to Philo and the Middle Platonists, philosophers who interpreted in religious terms the teachings of the 4th-century-BC Greek master philosopher Plato, the logos was both immanent in the world and at the same time the transcendent divine mind... The identification of Jesus with the logos, which is implied in various places in the New Testament but stated specifically in the Fourth Gospel, was further developed in the early church but more on the basis of Greek philosophical ideas... the early Christian Fathers stated that Christ as the preexistent logos (1) reveals the Father to mankind and is the subject of the Old Testament manifestations of God; (2) is the divine reason in which the whole human race shares, so that the 6th-century-BC philosopher and others who lived with reason were Christians before Christ; and (3) is the divine will and word by which the worlds were framed”

The original followers and disciples of Jesus rejected the word Christ, because the inner core of the followers of Mithraism and Greek philosophy were portrayed as Christians.

In the writings of Clement of Alexandria we find it explained that: "Those who lived according to the Logos were really Christians, though they have been thought to be atheists; as Socrates and Heraclitus were among the Greeks, and such as resembled them" (Strom. bk. i, ch xix).  Eusebius, the great historian of the early Church, admits that the religion that is called Christianity was known to the ancients (Eccl. Hist., 1, ch iv) and writes that the religion of Jesus had "...been known among all nations, nevertheless our life and our conduct, with our doctrines of religion, have not been lately invented by us, but from the first creation of man, so to speak, have been established by the natural understanding of divinely favored men of old... What then should prevent the confession that we who are of Christ practice one and the same mode of life and have one and the same religion as those divinely favored men of old? Whence it is evident that the perfect religion committed to us by the teaching of Christ is not new and strange, but, if the truth must be spoken, it is the first and the true religion".  Modern Christians who erroneously believe that Christianity started with Jesus, will be unable to relate to the words that "our doctrines of religion... have been established by the natural understanding... and [is] the same religion as those divinely favored men of old". The early Gentile Christians knew this fact, and it was for this reason that a copy of Plato’s Republic and other such writings was contained among the writings preserved in the recently discovered Nag Hammadi Library of early Christian writings.   St. Augustine wrote: "That, in our times, is the Christian religion, which to know and follow is the most sure and certain health, called according to that name, but not according to the thing itself, of which it is the name; for the thing itself which is now called the Christian religion, really was known to the ancients, nor was wanting at any time from the beginning of the human race, until the time when Christ came in the flesh, from whence the true religion, which had previously existed, began to be called Christian; and this in our days is the Christian religion, not as having been wanting in former times, but as having in later times received this name" (Opera Augustini, vol. i, p.12).

When we begin to understand the common root of all religion, only then are we able to comprehend with clarity that it wasn’t so much that the Greek and Roman world was converted to the teachings of Jesus, but more appropriately, the teachings of Jesus came to be a part of the existing religious world, which came to be outwardly known as Christian. After Constantine silenced the true followers of Jesus with the power of the sword in the fourth century because they refused to accept the religion of the emperor, all that was left was the Gentile church which was very Pagan in nature, that had come to be known as Christian.  In a letter from Faustus to St. Augustine this Pagan-Christian connection is embellished upon: "You have substituted your agape for the sacrifices of the Pagans; for their idols your martyrs, whom you serve with the very same honors. You appease the shades of the dead with wine and feasts; you celebrate the solemn festivities of the Gentiles, their calends, and their solstices; and, as to their manners, those you have retained without any alteration. Nothing distinguishes you from the Pagans, except that you hold your assemblies apart from them" (Quoted in Draper: Science and Religion, p.48)

How could "nothing" distinguish Christians from the Pagans, with the exception of where they hold their assemblies? How could Christians "retain" the manners of the Pagans, "without any alteration"? If their lifestyle, celebrations, festivities and manner of worship are the same, then how could they be called the followers of Jesus?  In many instances, conversion was the result of Jesus being installed as the replacement for the former Pagan gods. In his book, Jesus, The Evidence, Ian Wilson writes: "A third-century mosaic from the Mausoleum of the Julii underneath present-day St. Peter’s in Rome actually portrays Jesus as Sol Invictus, driving the horses of the sun’s chariot. That Constantine himself mixed Christianity and the Sol Invictus cult is clear from a second commemorative medallion issued by him within two years of the first, on which he represented himself with a Chi-Rho monogram on his helmet, and with a leaping Los chariot below".

Knowing these things, Ammonius Saccus, a Greek philosopher and founder of a Neo-platonic school taught that: "Christianity and Paganism, when rightly understood, differ in no essential points, but had a common origin, and are really one and the same thing" (see Taylor’s Diegesis, p.329). The problem is that modern believers do not "rightly understand" either Christianity, or the religious writings of the philosophers. Why? Because the sacred writings of each are derived from a different culture, the uniform underlying message is not perceived by the uninitiated believers.  Celsus, the Epicurean philosopher, wrote that: "The Christian religion contains nothing but what Christians hold in common with heathens; nothing new, or truly great" (see Origen, Contra Celsus). Though such opinions on the surface appear to be radical by today’s standards, they are basically correct from the perspective of the Pagan Mithraic-Christianity that evolved out of the Greek and Roman cultures. Yet this was not true of the religion Jesus himself taught when he walked the earth.

The Mystery Religion Enigma:  It is clear that the Gentiles believed in the unity of the Greek and Roman Mystery religions with the Gospels.   And in this assumption, their thinking was gravely flawed -- i.e., when rightly understood, the Gospels were a system that freed the seeker/believer from the Mystery Religion environment.  The Pauline Epistles were embraced by many of the Gentiles, because the author's of these epistles were themselves initiates in Mithraism.   And these epistles were rejected by the Essene Ebionite Nazirene disciples and followers of Jesus, because they understood the important difference between the Gospel teachings and the tenets of Mithraism and the Mystery Religions.  And in the same way that Mithraic initiates were called Christian prior to the advent of Jesus, modern believers can best be portrayed as Mithraic-Christians that have virtually nothing in common with the Original Teachings of Jesus and the Gospels (see http://OriginalGospel.Ebionite.com ).

Before the modern believer can even begin to comprehend why the original Ebionite Nazirene Disciples of Jesus condemned and rejected Paul, they must first understand both the strengths and weaknesses of what Paul wrote in his Epistles to the various Churches -- and contrary to the above opinions, there is much in the Epistles of Paul that is very important to the modern believers.   But to even begin to understand the essence of the conflicting positions, the modern believer must also possess a general understanding of the core teachings that became suppressed when the Church was under the domain of Pagan Rome -- core teachings which were condemned as heresy by the Roman Emperors who ruled over the Church.   And this fact, in and of itself, presents an almost insurmountable obstacle which directly confronts the modern believer.   To the degree that from one perspective it can be stated that only someone who was there in the first century, who fully understood the core teachings that have been suppressed by the later Church, as well as the major differences in the theology of Paul, would be able to convey to the modern believer exactly why Peter and the other disciples condemned and rejected Paul.   And when Prof. Allegro

Does it matter?

George Bernard Shaw, winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1925; in his Androcles and the Lion, we read: "There is not one word of Pauline Christianity in the characteristic utterances of Jesus. There has really never been a more monstrous imposition perpetrated than the imposition of Paul's soul upon the soul of Jesus. It is now easy to understand how the Christianity of Jesus was suppressed by the police and the Church, while Paulinism overran the whole western civilized world, which was at that time the Roman Empire, and was adopted by it as its official faith."   Will Durant; in his Caesar and Christ, wrote: "Paul created a theology of which none but the vaguest warrants can be found in the words of Christ. Through these interpretations Paul could neglect the actual life and sayings of Jesus, which he had not directly known. Paul replaced conduct with creed as the test of virtue. It was a tragic change."  Martin Buber, the most respected Jewish philosopher of the last century, wrote in Two Types of Faith: "The Jesus of the Sermon on the Mount is completely opposed to Paul"

A most interesting and revealing statement was made by the theologian Soren Kierkegaard, writing in The Journals, echoes the above sentiments from an important perspective: "In the teachings of Christ, religion is completely present tense: Jesus is the prototype and our task is to imitate him, become a disciple. But then through Paul came a basic alteration. Paul draws attention away from imitating Christ and fixes attention on the death of Christ The Atoner. What Martin Luther. in his reformation, failed to realize is that even before Catholicism, Christianity had become degenerate at the hands of Paul. Paul made Christianity the religion of Paul, not of Christ.  Paul threw the Christianity of Christ away, completely turning it upside down. making it just the opposite of the original proclamation of Christ"

It is ultra-important to pose the question: What exactly does it mean that the original teachings of Jesus that are in conflict with the theology set forth by Paul must be understood "...completely [in the] present tense"?   While Soren Kierkegaard was correct, because he lacked what must be portrayed as a living understanding of the original teachings that were suppressed by the later Church of Rome, he was not privy to the insight to understand the real Paul.   The bottom line is that because the foregoing theologians and scholars did not understand the original teachings and spiritual objectives of the core first-century teachings of Jesus and TheWay, it remains virtually impossible for them to understand the objections of Peter and the other disciples with respect to the theology of Paul.

Or did they condemn the misunderstandings of the Law that many spiritually ignorant non-Jews assumed Paul to be promoting?  The problem is not so much with Paul -- but rather, the ignorance of both the Jews and the Christians with respect to why the Ebionites seemingly condemned Paul.   Moreover, to the detriment of all believers -- Jewish and Christian -- the grave misunderstanding of why the Ebionites seemingly rejected Paul has thoroughly undermined the Gospel message to this very day.    How can this be, you ask?   This fact is easily proven in the below.

To begin to understand why the Ebionites condemned Paul, you must first understand that his Epistles were not only corrupted (see Orthodox Corruption Of The Scriptures), but numerous writings attributed to Paul were authored by anti-Jewish Gentiles who were members of the Greek Mystery religions.   Yet, Paul was not wrong on a number of points -- but he espoused a very different religious path than the historical man Yeshua and his disciples.  This fact is noted in the Encyclopedia Britannica where it writes: “In calling Paulinism 'Christocentric', one raises the question as to its relation to the Gospel proclaimed by Jesus... how far he unconsciously modified the Gospel by making Christ its subject matter rather than its revealer.... Paul... put all into so fresh a perspective as to change the relative emphasis on points central to the teaching of Jesus, and so alter its spirit. A school of writers, by no means unappreciative of Paul as they understand him, of whom W. Wrede may be taken as example, answer that Paul so changed Christianity as to become its 'second founder' - the real founder of ecclesiastical Christianity as distinct from the Christianity of Jesus.  They say, 'either Jesus or Paul' it cannot be both at once’”.

Paul Or Simon Magus?  Few modern Christians are even aware of the historical dispute between Peter and Paul -- or why the original Ebionite Nazirenes opposed Paul -- or the fact that they are not following the religion of Jesus, but more so the tenets of Simon Magus and the religion of Mithraism. An interesting observation is made on the website Is That In The Bible under the heading of Paul the Apostle, Simon Magus, and a Curious Gospel:

One of the most notorious arch-heretics of early Christianity was an enigmatic figure known as Simon Magus (Simon the Magician) or Simon of Samaria. In case you’re not familiar with him, here’s a brief run-down on what various texts say about him:

  • According to Josephus (Antiquities XX.7 §2), there was a Cypriot named Simon who pretended to be a magician, and he was a personal friend of Felix, the procurator of Judea (52–58). Acting on behalf of his friend, Simon persuaded the beautiful Drusilla, the sister of king Agrippa II, to leave her husband and marry Felix.

  • In Acts 8, there is a character named Simon who has bewitched the people of Samaria with his magic. He converts to Christianity at the preaching of the evangelist Philip, but is rebuked by Peter for trying to purchase Peter and John’s spiritual abilities with money.

  • Justin Martyr (First Apology I.26) wrote of a Samaritan named Simon who was venerated by some as a god in Rome and elsewhere because of his magic. He speaks of Simon teaching “wicked and deceitful doctrine.” (Second Apology XV) Justin Martyr does not seem to be aware of the story in Acts.

  • Irenaeus, writing sometime later, ties together Simon from Acts with Justin Martyr’s deceitful teacher Simon. He describes Simon as the founder of a heretical Christian sect.

  • The apocryphal Acts of Peter describes Simon as a magician who was deceiving the people of Rome with his sorcery. He was confronted and refuted by Peter, and during a magic act in which Simon flew through the air above Rome, Peter’s prayer caused him to fall and mortally injure himself. This creative tale seems to derive some details from Justin Martyr’s brief account. (Another character in the story is Agrippa the prefect of Rome, which is curious since there never was a prefect by that name. Literary influence from Josephus?)

  • Later Christian heresiologists followed in the footsteps of Irenaeus to denounce a variety of Gnostic sects and doctrines described as “Simonian” and attributed to teachers who had been pupils of Simon Magus.

Just what was Simon Magus’s “wicked and deceitful doctrine”, that apparently inspired heretical Gnostic sects and prompted numerous patristic writers to expend so much energy and ink refuting it? I was struck by an observation Robert M. Price made in The Amazing Colossal Apostle (p. 213) and had to look at the original texts for myself.

According to Irenaeus, our earliest witness to Simon’s doctrine (Against Heresies I.23.3), Simon based his sect on the following teaching:

Now this Simon of Samaria, from whom all sorts of heresies derive their origin, formed his sect out of the following materials: … men are saved through grace, and not on account of their own righteous works. For such deeds are not righteous in the nature of things, but by mere accident, just as those angels who made the world, have thought fit to constitute them, seeking, by means of such precepts, to bring men into bondage. On this account, he pledged himself that the world should be dissolved, and that those who are his should be freed from the rule of them who made the world.

What’s curious is that this is almost exactly the same gospel that Paul teaches in Galatians, particularly in chapters 2–4.

I do not nullify the grace of God; for if justification comes through the law, then Christ died for nothing. (2.21)

Why then the law? … it was ordained through angels by a mediator. (3.19)

But the scripture has imprisoned all things under the power of sin… before faith came, we were imprisoned and guarded under the law until faith would be revealed. (3.22-23)

…while we were minors, we were enslaved to the elemental spirits of the world. (4.3)

Formerly, when you did not know God, you were enslaved to beings that by nature are not gods. Now, however, that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, how can you turn back again to the weak and beggarly elemental spirits? How can you want to be enslaved to them again? (4.8-9)

So both Simon Magus and Paul seem to be basing their gospel on the following:

  1. Men are saved by grace, and not through righteousness (works under the law).

  2. The law was given by angels to bring men into bondage.

  3. The true God has finally made himself known unto men.

  4. Now people can be freed from the bondage of the law and the “elemental spirits that were not gods” (Paul) or “them who made the world” (Simon), which works out to the same thing in Gnostic theology.

(This is very likely not the way Paul’s gospel was explained to you in church, but there it is, in black and white, in Galatians.)

It’s also interesting to note that Irenaeus occasionally quotes passages from Paul’s letters, including Galatians, but not the specific verses that describe Paul’s doctrine about the bondage of the law, angels, and elemental spirits. Irenaeus also quotes Galatians 4.4 (“God sent his Son, born of a woman”) several times — a verse that New Testament scholar J.C. O’Neill has said cannot be by the same author as 4.1–3 and 4.8–10 (The Recovery of Paul’s Letter to the Galatians, p. 56).

What did the historical Simon Magus (if he existed) really teach, and how much would Paul have disagreed with him?

Interpolated Epistles: A wise seeker and student of the New Testament should immediately recognize the fact that the Epistles attributed to Paul are not only very different than one to the other, but even more important the message often totally contradicts each other.   When writings such as these Epistles contradict each other -- often presenting an entirely different message -- then the sincere seeker must search out why?   As demonstrated in the article Sacraments Of The New Covenant, all of the earliest of Christian documents promote and confirm the warning of Paul that  "For it is impossible to restore again to repentance those who ...then commit apostasy, since they crucify the Son of God on their own account and hold him up to contempt.. For if we sin deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful prospect of judgment, and a fury of fire which will consume the adversaries." (Heb 6:4-6;10:26-27 RSV).   Thus, as stated in the founding New Covenant documents, Grace is bestowed after repentance -- and salvation is dependent upon the believers willingness to begin to live a life free of sin in search of living in accord with the teachings of Jesus and TheWay.    The idea that one can call upon the name of the Lord and thereafter dwell in a state of perpetual sin (see The Sinners Prayer), is drawn from the interpolated Epistles of Paul ala Simon Magus and the tenets of Mithraism, and not in any manner from the Gospel teachings of Jesus.

Ritual Versus Spiritual Observance Of the Law: When Paul wrote that a ritual observance of the Torah equated to the "letter that killeth" -- that the Law is spiritual, and is not to be observed outwardly in the ritual manner of the Pharisees -- this rejection of the outward ritual observance of the Law of Moses is also seen in the words of Epiphanius when he wrote about the Ebionites that they "do not accept Moses' Pentateuch in its entirety; certain sayings they reject... stating Christ has revealed this to me, and will blespheme most of the legislation" (Panarion 30.18.7-9).   What does it mean to "...blespheme most of the legislation"?  If it was true that the Ebionites did not observe the Law in the manner of the Jews -- yet they continued to embrace the Torah -- then it is imperative to understand the manner in which they did observe the Torah.   Thus, unbeknown to the vast majority of Jews, the Law has a spiritual meaning -- and according to the Ebionite disciples who knew and walked with Yeshua daily, their claim was that "...Christ has revealed this" spiritual meaning of the Law -- and it is this spiritual meaning that must be observed by turning the ordinances of the Law within the seeker/disciple's own mind and being by using the Key of Knowledge, in order to overcome and fulfill the Law in the manner that Yeshua did.   And this is why it is written that "Then opened He their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures" (Luke 24:45).    If the seeker/disciples mind had to be opened in order to understand the true meaning of the allegorical scriptures, then those whose minds have not been opened by the Lord, are blind to its true spiritual meaning.

On the central theme of the alleged beliefs ascribed to the Ebionites, the early church writer Hippolytus tells us: “They live conformably to the customs of the Jews, alleging that they are justified according to the law, and saying that Jesus was justified by fulfilling the law. And therefore it was, (according to the Ebionaeans,) that (the Savior) was named (the) Christ of God and Jesus, since not one of the rest (of mankind) had observed completely the law. For if even any other had fulfilled the commandments (contained) in the law, he would have been that Christ.  And the (Ebionaeans allege) that they themselves also, when in like manner they fulfill (the law), are able to become Christs; for they assert that our Lord Himself was a man in a like sense with all the rest of the human family” (Hippolytus; The Refutation of All Heresies, Bk 7, Ch 22, Doctrine of the Ebionaeans)..

What this means is that Yeshua/Jesus became the Anointed (Messiah/Christ) by fulfilling the Law -- and if anyone else were to observe the Law completely, that they would also be the Anointed (Messiah/Christ) -- and they would know all that Jesus knew, and could do anything that Yeshua/Jesus did -- i.e., "Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father" (John 14:12).   And while this statement of fact is true, it is neither understood by Jew or Christian alike -- because, in order to fulfill the Law in the manner that Yeshua taught, it must be fulfilled within the seeker/disciple's own mind and being.   And that the literal written word of the Torah is as a cloak for the inner soul and spiritual meaning that the people of a carnal and organic mind of this world are blind to, as seen in the statement of Jewish Mysticism in the Zohar when it warns: "Thus the tales related in the Torah are simply her outer garments, and woe to the man who regards that outer garb as the Torah itself, for such a man will be deprived of portion in the next world." (see No Jew Has Seen The Torah).  Which is explained in the Zohar: “The narratives of the doctrine are its cloak.   The simple look only on the garment, that is upon the narrative of the doctrine; more they know not.   The instructed, however, see not merely the cloak, but what the cloak covers”  Why will the man who sees only the "...outer garb as the Torah ...be deprived of [his] portion in the next world"?    Because, unless the seeker/disciple fulfills the Law in the manner that Yeshua did while they are still alive in the physical body-vessel, it will be impossible to bring about the next stage of birth that Yeshua said was necessary, in order to enter into Life in the Kingdom.

The Final Temple: While Paul understood that the Law could not be fulfilled through an outward ritual observance in the manner of the Jews, Paul was not a good communicator -- and failed to explain the spiritual meaning of the allegorical text of the written word that must be fulfilled within the mind and being of the seeker/disciple.   And this turning of the Law within one's self and fulfilling the tenets of the written Law that are presented under the cloak of allegory, is presented in the AskMoses.com portrayal of the Final Temple which reads:

The Final Temple: With the destruction of the Second Temple, G-d changed His mode of interaction with the universe. Until the destruction, the Temple was the window to G-d; spirituality had a physical home in Jerusalem. The Kohanim offered the daily sacrifices, the daily routines went uninterrupted, daily personal prayer was redundant.

With the destruction, G-d destroyed the physical Temple and made it a spiritual place... We cannot find G-d in Jerusalem; we must find Him in us

With the destruction, G-d destroyed the physical Temple and made it a spiritual place. He took that window and placed it within us. Instead of traveling to Jerusalem, G-d wanted us to find Him in our inner Jerusalem. Now, our bodies are our Temples, our souls are our windows, our minds are our Kohanim and our animal instincts are our sacrifices. We cannot offer physical sacrifices three times a day, but we can pray three times a day. We cannot attend Temple services three times a day, but we can tap into our souls three times a day. We cannot atone for our shortcomings by sacrificing animals, but we can sacrifice our inner animals—our hormones, our lusts, our desires, our beastly compulsions. We cannot find G-d in Jerusalem; we must find Him in us.

This was G-d’s Master Plan. By exchanging a sweeping, dramatic outdoor concert of public spirituality for an internal, personal, private experience, G-d was bringing Himself even closer to humanity, laying the groundwork for the Third and final Temple—an age that will synthesize G-d’s presence inside our hearts and minds and in the world around us in a totally new reality: the Era of Moshiach.

What this means is that to observe and fulfill the Law in the manner that Yeshua taught, the Law must be turned within one's own self, and fulfilled within one's own body, mind and being.   And with respect to the outward ritual observance of the Law Paul wrote: "Tell me, you who desire to be under law, do you not hear the law? For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by a slave and one by a free woman. But the son of the slave was born according to the flesh, the son of the free woman through promise. Now this is an allegory: these women are two covenants. One is from Mount Sinai, bearing children for slavery; she is Hagar.  Now Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia; she corresponds to the present Jerusalem, for she is in slavery with her children. But the Jerusalem above is free, and she is our mother" (Gal 4:21-27 RSV).   The Jews who observed the Law outwardly in ritual and tradition, were portrayed by Paul as those in slavery who were of the Jerusalem of this world.   Whereas, those seeker/disciples who understood that the written law is an "allegorical" portrayal of the Forces and Laws that are functioning and operating within their own mind and being, were able to fulfill the Law in the manner that Yeshua/Jesus taught, and are those who were portrayed as being of "...the Jerusalem [that is] above [and] is free".    And of those who fulfill the Law within themselves the Book of the Revelation states: "He who conquers, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God; never shall he go out of it, and I will write on him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem which comes down from my God out of heaven, and my own new name.  He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches" Rev 3:12-13).    What must be conquered?   "...We cannot atone for our shortcomings by sacrificing animals, but we can sacrifice our inner animals—our hormones, our lusts, our desires, our beastly compulsions. We cannot find G-d in Jerusalem; we must find Him in us".   Thus, Paul asks the question: "Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you?" (1 Cor 3:16-17).    Further stating: "Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body" (1 Cor 6:19-20).

Why Are The Scriptures Allegorical: After eating the forbidden fruit of the Tree of Duality (aka Tree Of Knowledge Of Good And Evil), the statement was made in the allegorical account of Genesis: "The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever" (Gen 3:22-23).   The scriptures were written by mystics (see An Inconvenient Truth) who composed their sacred writings to both preserve a body of spiritual knowledge which was of primary importance to sincere seekers in search of Higher Truth -- and to preserve this body of spiritual knowledge, they understood the importance of cloaking it in a manner that the carnal forces of this world would not recognize the great truths which were being presented to the seeker.   These same mystics also recognized that the division of what is allegorically portrayed as Adam and Eve -- i.e., the duality of male and female as an integral part of the Divine Pattern of Creation -- is representative of the divided condition of all of mankind -- and that so long as man exists in this divided state, it would remain impossible for him to comprehend his own higher soul and spiritual reality (see The Fatal Error Of The Church).   And with respect to the lost prodigal son returning to the Edenic Kingdom of his Heavenly Father, it was this duality of male and female that must be overcome in order to re-enter the Kingdom as seen in the words of Gospel of Thomas saying #22: They said to him, "Shall we then, as children, enter the kingdom?" Jesus said to them, "When you make the two one, and when you make the inside like the outside and the outside like the inside, and the above like the below, and when you make the male and the female one and the same, so that the male not be male nor the female female; ...then will you enter the kingdom."

Jesus portrayed mankind in this divided and carnal condition as dwelling in the "outer darkness" of mind and being (see Outer Darkness).   Which meant that before a person could even begin to comprehend this higher spiritual knowledge that is the birth-right of mankind as the divine offspring of Creator-God who is portrayed in the Gospels as the lost prodigal son who has fallen under the control of the Citizen of this, the Far Country, he had to first begin to overcome his divided condition of mind -- and with the reuniting of what is portrayed as Adam and Eve within himself, he had to begin the process of mentally and spiritually becoming fruitful and multiplying his own reality of mind and being through the nourishment of the fruit of the Tree of Life -- which would enable him to prevail over the forces that kept him a prisoner in the Far Country -- enabling him to return to his Source of Being in the Kingdom of his Heavenly Father which he, of his own accord, had originally abandoned (see http://GateOfEden.com ).

Throughout the history of mankind, what can be called religion has always been the tool of charlatan priests/clergy and despotic rulers to maintain control over the lives of the masses of people.   This was true when the scriptures were originally written.   Just as it remains true even today.   As will be presented in the below, one of the primary reasons why the Ebionite Nazirene Disciples of Jesus condemned Paul, is seen in the fact that many of the Epistles attributed to Paul were not written by him at all -- but rather, composed under the name of Paul by Gentiles who subscribed to Mithraism, and were strongly influenced by the dogma of the person known as Simon Magus.   Moreover, all of the Epistles have been edited and interpolated with dogmatic tenets that were often in total opposition to the original teachings of Jesus and TheWay.

It is easily demonstrated that the scriptures were corrupted (see http://BibleCorruption.com ).   Why were the scriptures corrupted?   In order to make them support the carnal and political agenda of the ruling class.   The authors of the scriptures knew this easily proven historical fact even before they composed their sacred writings which we call scriptures.   And this immutable fact, in conjunction with the human reality that so long as man remained in his divided and undeveloped condition of mind that it would remain impossible for man to comprehend his own true reality as manifest in his higher soul and spiritual nature which he remained ignorant of so long as he continued to dwell in the "outer darkness" that Jesus warned about, that it would remain impossible for the authors of the scriptures to convey to others who had not overcome their own divided condition of mind, the body of sacred knowledge they would need to bring about their own transformation and subsequent birth that was and is necessary to escape the ignorance of this world.   So the authors of the scriptures created their sacred writings and preserved their body of esoteric knowledge within the cloak of historical allegory -- and when rightly understood, everything between the Books of Genesis to The Revelation, is an allegorical portrayal of how to over come man's divided nature, and be nourished by the fruit of the Tree of Life -- i.e., "'He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes, I will grant to eat of the tree of life which is in the Paradise of God'" (Rev 2:7).   And while the scriptures on the surface may appear to be a series of historical accounts, this is merely the cloak under which the body of esoteric knowledge has been preserved, and can only be revealed to those who are sincere in their quest to escape being a prisoner in this the Far Country, and has made the necessary changes within him/her selves to acquire the "eyes to see, and the ears to hear" what only the Spirit can reveal to the mind of the seeker.

In the Gospels, the majority of people are portrayed as being "without" -- i.e., a term used to portray those who continue to dwell in the "outer darkness" -- and as such, their condition of mind causes them only capable of being taught in the enigma of parables.   While those who have embraced the process of transformation, were spoken of as being In The House (see In The House).   The Gospel accounts state that Jesus only spoke to the multitude of hearers in the enigma of parables, it is imperative that we recognize that Jesus did not, and could not, speak and teach plainly to those who are portrayed as being "without" the House -- i.e.,  "And with many such parables He spoke the word to them as they were able to hear it.  But without a parable He did not speak to them. And when they were alone, He explained all things to His disciples" (Mark 4:33-34 NKJV).    The word translated "explained", in the phrase "And when they were alone, He explained all things to His disciples", literally translated from the Greek into English means to "unloose or untie" -- i.e., what has been "outside" the House.    The term "open and unloose" the mind, was also used in the Gospel as the path to entering the Inner Kingdom wherein the prodigal son was portrayed as escaping from the Far Country, and comensing his (inner) return to the Kingdom of the Father.   Which means that the above can be clarified to read: “Unto you [the disciples in the House] it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without [in the outer darkness of mind and being], all these things are done in parables: That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand” (Mark 4:11-12 KJV).   The authors of the scriptures fully understood the difference between the those who remain prisoners in the "outer darkness" of the Far country, and those who travail in TheWay and are able to enter In The House.

The Application Of The Key Of Knowledge

Entering The Kingdom

While the Christians, like the Jews before them who threw away the Key of Knowledge, look for the Kingdom to come outwardly upon the earth, the Gospel itself states that the Kingdom will never come upon the earth, because it is within you -- and it is therein that you must seek it: "And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God comes not with observation: Neither shall they say, See here! or, see there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you" (Luke 17:20-21).   If the words of Jesus are true -- and the Kingdom is within you -- then the question that Christians should be asking, is how must the Kingdom be entered?   The answer is the proper application of the Key of Knowledge by turning the scriptures within your own mind and being -- i.e., "How terrible it will be for you experts in religious law! For you hide the key to knowledge from the people. You don't enter the Kingdom yourselves, and you prevent others from entering" (Luke 11:52).  Thus, in understanding these words spoken to the Pharisees, the questions must be asked: How did the Pharisees and Jewish authorities "...hide the key to knowledge from the people"?   Why did Jesus condemn the leaders of the Jews for failing to enter the Kingdom themselves? -- i.e., "...You don't enter the Kingdom yourselves"!   And how did the religious leaders of the Jews "...prevent others from entering?"   That the primary objective of the Gospel is to prepare and enable the seeker/disciple to enter the Kingdom, is further demonstrated in Jesus' condemnation of the blind religious leaders as seen in the words: "Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You shut the kingdom of heaven in men's faces. You yourselves do not enter, nor will you let those enter who are trying to" (Matt 23:13 NIV).  Which means that the Kingdom of God is not something that will come if we wait for it -- but rather, it is a reality which man must seek and find -- within himself.

In the Bible translation known as The Message, the above reality of Jesus' words with respect to the usage of the Key of Knowledge is portrayed in true clarity.   In this translation when Jesus turned to the Jews who had claimed to believe in him and said: "If you stick with this, living out what I tell you, you are my disciples for sure. Then you will experience for yourselves the truth, and the truth will free you" (John 8:31-32 TheMessage) -- and once again, neither Christian or Jew who have thrown away the Key of Knowledge can understand these words which are of the utmost importance.   Jesus didn't say that they would believe the truth -- or that they would discern what they believed would be dogmatic truth out of the scriptures or some book written by other men -- but rather, Jesus conveyed to them that if they follow in TheWay, that they "...will experience for yourselves the truth, ...and it is this SELF-EXPERIENCED TRUTH that...will free you" from the error and ignorance that consumes the people of this world -- and especially the blind guides who portray themselves as rabbis,  teachers, clergy, religious leaders and authorities.

Taking the above one step further, I fully realize that many Bible translations simply refuse to interpret Luke 17:21 correctly.   In analysis of this great biblical controversy, Robertson’s Word Pictures of the New Testament writes: “What Jesus says to the Pharisees is that they, as others, are to look for the kingdom of God within themselves, not in outward displays and supernatural manifestations. It is not a localized display ‘Here’ or ‘There.’ It is in this sense that in Luke 11:20 Jesus spoke of the kingdom of God as ‘come upon you,’ speaking to Pharisees”.   The article then goes on to add that the only other instance of the Greek word “entos” being used in the New Testament, is at Matthew 23:26, where the Pharisees are told to clean “the inside of the cup”.   Moreover, the Wescott and Hort Greek text, as well as most other authorities, render the translation of this word: “inside of you is”.   Which means that the original teachings of TheWay was a system whereby the seeker/disciple takes the yoke of Messiah/Christ upon themselves -- picking up their own cross and travailing in TheWay -- which enables the disciple to enter through the "narrow gate" and dwell in the Kingdom, while still physically alive in the body -- overcoming the division of heaven and earth within the person -- i.e., the Lord commanded his followers to "Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it" (Matt 7:13-14 NIV).    Because the Church threw away the Key of Knowledge, and adopted pagan dogmatic doctrines of belief, the Christian world sits idly complacent on the side of the "broad-way  ...that leads to destruction" -- giving lip service and worshiping their brother, that they must themselves imitate, in order to enter into Life.    And it was for this reason that the Adam Clark Commentary stated that if the original Gospel portrayal of the historical man Jesus was correct, that "...the whole Christian system is vain and baseless"!!! (see The Ten Words).

The Proper Application Of The Law: What is clear in the above is that the ritual application of the Law by the Pharisees could not bring about the Second Coming -- which was and remains the Coming of the Kingdom within the seeker/disciple's own body, mind and being.   And this reality of the Kingdom Coming within the seeker/disciple was confirmed in the Gospel (see Mt 16:28; Mark 9:1; Luke 9:27) -- and these statements have long plagued the Christian world.  Thus, because the Church had thrown away the Key of Knowledge -- and like the carnal Jews, they have attempted to explain away that prophesy that some (plural) of the people standing there in the first century would not taste death before the Kingdom comes: “But I tell you truly, there are some standing here who shall not taste death till they see the kingdom of God.” -- indicating that there were some people standing there at the time in the first century who would see the Kingdom come prior to their physical death.   But one of the things that throws a monkey wrench into the contrived dogmatic explanations which spiritually disenfranchised believers have created  in an attempt to explain this statement within the narrow limitations of their dogmatic positions, is the statement of Peter that the people have the power to look "...for and hastening the coming of the day of God" (2 Peter 3:12 NKJV).  In perfect agreement, Paul wrote to the congregation at Corinth that the time was so short, that they should not even return home to their wives: "What I mean, brothers and sisters, is that the time is short. From now on those who have wives should live as if they do not; those who mourn, as if they did not; those who are happy, as if they were not; those who buy something, as if it were not theirs to keep; those who use the things of the world, as if not engrossed in them. For this world in its present form is passing away" (1 Cor 7:29-31).

The fact that the congregation of believers who Peter was addressing had/have the power to "hasten" the coming of the Kingdom, means that those who await the Second Coming upon the earth, don't at all understand the nature of the Kingdom that Jesus stated would never come upon the earth in the manner that the carnal Jews look for it (Luke 17:20-21).  And this ability to hasten the coming of the Kingdom would of course confirm Peter's statement in the Book of Acts that the prophesies of the coming Kingdom was fulfilled when it came within the disciples -- i.e., "Fellow Jews and all of you who live in Jerusalem, let me explain this to you; listen carefully to what I say. These men are not drunk, as you suppose. It’s only nine in the morning! No, this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: ‘In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy. I will show wonders in the heaven above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and billows of smoke. The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord’" (Acts 2:14-21 NIV).  While the the "...blood and fire and billows of smoke. The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord’" did not transpire in the outer world -- yet, what is signified in the allegory did happen within the minds and being of the disciples who saw and experienced the Kingdom (second coming) come within them.  Which means that it is in vain that both the Jews and the Christians await the Kingdom to come upon the earth in the outer world, when it can only come within the mind and being of the seeker/disciple when the believer has fulfilled the requirements of the Gospel teachings and the Law within you.

The problem is seen in the fact that the pagan Gentile Church edited the scriptures to make them support Roman Mithraic dogma (see BibleCorruption.com) and also removed one of the most important teachings on when and how the Kingdom would come -- and this teaching is preserved in the Second Epistle of Clement in the words: "Let us expect, therefore, hour by hour, the kingdom of God in love and righteousness, since we know not the day of the appearing of God. For the Lord Himself, being asked by one when His kingdom would come, replied, ‘When two shall be one, that which is without as that which is within, and the male with the female, neither male nor female’".  In what is known as the Oxyrhynchus Papyri which was one of the Seven (7) Libraries I make note of (see Pure Scriptures) which was inadvertently destroyed, it reads: "When the Lord was asked by a certain man, when should his kingdom come, he said unto him, when two shall be one and the without as the within, and the male with the female, neither male nor female". And of course we have the witness of the Gospel of Thomas which proclaims: They said to him, "Shall we then, as children, enter the kingdom?" Jesus said to them, "When you make the two one, and when you make the inside like the outside and the outside like the inside, and the above like the below, and when you make the male and the female one and the same, so that the male not be male nor the female female..."

With the removal of many of the most important verses of the New Testament (see BibleCorruption.com) by the scribes of the later Church who were too carnal to comprehend the spiritual meaning of the Gospel teachings -- i.e., in the words of Prof. Bart D. Ehrman in his book, The Orthodox Corruption of Scripture, where he warns us that: "...theological disputes, specifically disputes over Christology, prompted Christian scribes to alter the words of scripture in order to make them more serviceable for the polemical task. Scribes modified their manuscripts to make them more patently ‘orthodox’ and less susceptible to ‘abuse’ by the opponents of orthodoxy" -- which orthodoxy was to bring the text of the Bible into conformity and support of the doctrines and tenets of the Church of the Roman Emperor Constantine.  To close our hearts and minds to the facts, and ignore the truth, is from a New Covenant perspective synonymous with relinquishing any claim whatsoever with respect to being a follower of Yeshua/Jesus.  With regard to the condition of the Bible we presently use: The surviving Greek texts of the book of Acts are so radically different from each other, that it has been suggested that perhaps there were multiple versions written.   In his book The Text of the New Testament, Dr. Vincent Taylor writes that "The manuscripts of the New Testament preserve traces of two kinds of dogmatic alterations: those which involve the elimination or alteration of what was regarded as doctrinally unacceptable or inconvenient, and those which introduce into the Scriptures proof for a favorite theological tenet or practice".

These scribes of the Church who edited, corrupted, removed and even added verses that supported their very pagan dogmatic beliefs, did not at all understand either the spiritual meaning of the Gospel teachings, or one of the primary objectives set forth in the requirement to "...make the two one, and when you make the inside like the outside and the outside like the inside, and the above like the below, and when you make the male and the female one and the same, so that the male not be male nor the female female...".    All the biblical author's warned that believers in their "natural" organic condition of mind were incapable of comprehending the higher reality of the soul and the Mysteries of the Kingdom (see Mystery) -- and until the body of faith-based believers acquired the necessary maturity and transformation of mind, it would remain impossible for them to comprehend the spiritual meaning of the Gospel -- i.e., "Yet among the mature we do impart wisdom, although it is not a wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are doomed to pass away" 1 Cor 2:6-7 RSV).   With respect to the Kingdom, this higher wisdom was preserved in the Epistle of Clement that "When the Lord was asked by a certain man, when should his kingdom come.." , Yeshua replied and presented an important element of this teaching which was the rejoining and merger of the male/female aspects of self within the mind and being of the seeker/disciple -- i.e., "...when you make the male and the female one and the same, so that the male not be male nor the female female...".    But in not understanding the allegory of the Genesis Account of Creation, the carnal scribes of the Church failed to understand that Adam and Eve was representative of the male/female aspects of self within the seeker/disciples own mind and being -- and one of the primary objectives of fulfilling the Law, was to remerge the seeker/disciples own divided nature (Adam & Eve) into a renewed condition of Oneness (Adam/Eve).

What has long confused students of the scriptures is what they call the apparent two Creation accounts in the beginning of Genesis.   And this confusion is largely the result of their own misunderstandings.   Yet, only those spiritually mature seekers/disciples were capable of understanding why there appears to be two Creation accounts.   The first Creation account man and woman is created at the same time, and is clearly many in number -- i.e.,  Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”   So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.  God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”    Moreover, in the first Genesis Creation account when it reads that on the Seventh Day Creator-God rested because all his labors were Complete, that means exactly what it states.   Creator-God did not awaken on the day following the Cosmic Sabbath, and once again begin to labor in the earth.   What was accomplished in the initial Genesis account was the creation of the Laws that would bring the Thoughts (Word) of God from the Alpha of ignorance -- a prevailing ignorance that existed because no experiential knowledge existed -- to the Omega of Absolute Light and Enlightenment as all of Creation was brought to Completion.    In the second Creation Account the Laws brought about the separation of male and female -- and it is the reuniting and transformation of the male and female aspects of self within the seeker/disciple that had to be brought about to initiate the next stage of birth that Yeshua said told Nicodemus was absolutely necessary to enter into the Kingdom -- which reuniting and transformation is portrayed in the words:  They [the disciples] said to him, "Shall we then, as children, enter the kingdom?" Jesus said to them, "When you make the two one, and when you make the inside like the outside and the outside like the inside, and the above like the below, and when you make the male and the female one and the same, so that the male not be male nor the female female..." -- and this can only be accomplished by overcoming the Laws which brought about those aspects of self that are allegorically portrayed as Adam and Eve.

Even more confusing to the carnal scribes who edited and corrupted the Gospels, is the fact that the Divine Pattern of Creation (Father/Mother God and third-force Logos) has been holographically replicated into every aspect of Creation -- i.e., as in the Macrocosm, so in the microcosm.  Which means that the duality of male/female takes on an almost infinite number of forms and realities within our own mind and being (see The Enigma Of The Segmented Mind).   In the pattern of the 12 spheres of the Tree of Life the outer columns of the Tree of Duality are male/female in relation to each other -- i.e., the divided Adam & Eve -- as is the upper Heavenly Kingdom male in relation to the lower Earthly Kingdom which is female.  What is in the outer is feminine in relation to what is inner/spiritual/male.  Which means that in order to fulfill the Law within your own mind and being, you must bring the duality of male/female in all of its segmented expressions together and merged in the Center in order to "...make the male and the female one and the same, so that the male not be male nor the female female..."   Which is spiritually appropriate in view of the fact that Yeshua warned that the Kingdom cannot come until the merger of opposites within you has been accomplished.  But with respect to bringing all duality into the Center, this is exactly what has been preserved and is expressed in the Nazirene Gospel version of the above teachings on the Coming of the Kingdom -- i.e., And one of the disciples asked him, "How shall a man enter into the Kingdom?" And he answered and said, "If you don't make below as the above, and the left as the right, and the behind as the before, entering into the center and passing into the spirit, you will not enter into the kingdom of God."

As stated by the biblical authors, these concepts and realities of self were simply beyond the ability of the carnal scribes of the later Church to comprehend (see Mystery) -- so they were removed and corrupted.   Yet, many of the pre-Nicene Church Fathers such as Origen understood that the scriptures were an allegory which concealed the deeper meaning of the spirit -- i.e., Origen wrote: “What man of sense will agree with the statement that the first, second and third days in which the evening is named and the morning, were without sun, moon and stars, and the first day without a heaven. What man is found such an idiot as to suppose that God planted trees in paradise in Eden, like a husbandman, and planted therein the tree of life, perceptible to the eyes and senses, which gave life to the eater thereof; and another tree which gave to the eater thereof a knowledge of good and evil? I believe that every man must hold these things for images, under which the hidden sense lies concealed” (Origen - Huet., Prigeniana, 167 Franck, p. 142).   With respect to the historical/literal interpretation of the written text that Paul portrayed as the "letter that killeth" (2 Cor 3:6) -- because most of the literal written word that appeared to be historical, was little more than "Jewish fables" (Titus 1:14) -- the Church Father Origen wrote that “Scripture contains an unhistorical element in-woven with the history, in order that the worthlessness of the latter may drive us to seek the spiritual meaning” (Origen quoted under Origen Adamntius; The Encyclopedia of Religion and Ethics).   Further explaining in De Principiis that: “Where the word found that things done according to the history could be adapted to these mystical senses, he made use of them concealing from the multitude the deeper meaning; but where in the narrative of the development of super-sensual things, there did not follow the performance of those certain events which were already indicated by the mystical meaning, the scripture interwove in the history the account of some event that did not take place, sometimes what could not have happened; sometimes what could but did not.”   Moreover, with respect to the final stage of birth that is allegorically portrayed in the physical resurrection of Yeshua/Jesus, Origen explained that this doctrine was “preached in the Churches… for the simpleminded and for the ears of the common crowd who are led on to live better lives by their belief” (Origen; Contra Celsum).

In The House With The Lord: Why?   Why were the Mysteries of the Gospel set forth in allegory?   In his Epistle to the Trallaus the first century elder Ignatius speaks of the Mysteries of the Gospel and the Kingdom, and writes: “Might I not write to you things more full of mystery?  But I fear to do so, lest I should inflict injury on you who are babes.  Pardon me in this respect, lest, as not being able to receive their weighty import, ye should be strangled by them”.  The only way that Ignatius could have written these words was if he, himself, understood what was beyond the comprehension of the organic mind of the believers of the simple faith.   And while he states that he had himself progressed to the point where he understood what was incomprehensible to the organic mind of man, he also confesses that though he is aware of the minor mysteries, he is not yet “by any means perfect, nor am I such a disciple as Paul or Peter”.      If Ignatius or the other early Church Fathers who knew the Mysteries of the Kingdom of God were with us today, what profound mystery could they speak regarding the true teachings of Yeshua/Jesus that believers today would be “strangled by them” To the degree that Paul proclaimed to the Christians at Corinth: “And I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual men, but as to men of flesh, as to babes in Christ” (1 Cor 3:1 NAS).   Thus, these believers could only be taught the most basic exoteric doctrine of a quasi-historical allegorical account of Jesus Christ and him crucified (1 Cor 2:2), because they were not yet spiritual men -- but rather, they were men of flesh and still very much “babes in Christ”.   Paul then explains that: “I gave you milk to drink, not solid food; for you were not yet able to receive it. Indeed, even now you are not yet able” (1 Cor 3:2 NAS).

A man of true biblical insight and intellect would want to know why mankind in his organic condition, would reject what Paul calls the higher reality of the soul and the Mysteries of God as absolute utter "foolishness"???   To the degree that when Paul states that he was "..caught up into Paradise and heard inexpressible words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter" (2 Cor 12:4-5 NKJ) -- an intelligent seeker of Truth would immediately question as to why "...it is not lawful for a man to utter" what a Disciple who enters the Kingdom experiences?   But the fact that Paul was able to enter the Kingdom by opening the "narrow strait gate" within himself, portrays the great missing reality of the Gospel that is not at all understood today.

When Paul warns the baptized and committed Christians at Corinth who he, himself, originally instructed, that they were yet to carnal in their understanding to comprehend the spiritual meaning of the Gospel -- which is often referred to as the Mysteries of the Kingdom of God -- he conveyed to them the reality that they would judge and even condemn this higher reality of the Spirit as absolute "foolishness" -- i.e., “But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned” (1 Cor 2:14 NKJ).    Thus, it is imperative to ask the question: What is the "natural man"?     The condition of mankind that Paul is making reference to, would just as well be portrayed as "organic" -- or, of the physical body.   The "natural man" , is the "organic" human being.

What Yeshua/Jesus stated was of such a profound importance to comprehend if the seeker/disciple was to begin to understand the true meaning of the scriptures as set forth in the parable of the Sower and the Seed, that Yeshua then warned: "And he saith unto them, Know ye not this parable? and how shall ye know all the parables?" (Mark 4:13 ASV).    And what this means is that if you fail to understand the meaning of the parable of the Sower and the Seed, and put its teachings into practice in your daily lives, that it will be impossible for you to understand any part of the spiritual meaning of the Gospel teachings.   And if you fail to understand the meaning of the term "In The House", and the difference in the reality of those who Yeshua portrayed in the words: "...but unto them that are without, all things are done in parables: that seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand" -- that you will dwell in what Jesus portrayed as the "outer darkness" of mind and being (see Outer Darkness) -- walking upon what Yeshua portrayed as the "broad-way of self-destruction" (Matt 7:13-14).

To become what is conveyed in the parable of the Sower and the Seed as the "good ground", it is absolutely necessary to live in strict accord with the Gospel Teachings -- which Consecrated Life brought about the fulfillment of the Law within the mind and being of the seeker/disciple.   Which transformation of self into the "good ground" creates within self the necessary environment for the the Logos to In-Dwell -- i.e., "Jesus replied, If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. He who does not love me will not obey my teaching. These words you hear are not my own; they belong to the Father who sent me" (John 14:23-24 NIV).    But this becomes impossible for those who believe in accord with the dogma and traditions of men, and live a lifestyle in accord with the ways of this world (see The Religion Of Roman Emperors).    Which is the basis of the question presented to Jesus: "Then Judas (not Judas Iscariot) said, But, Lord, why do you intend to show yourself to us and not to the world?" (John 14:22 NIV).    Again, of which it is stated that the Logos/Son of God will come and In-Dwell within those who have left behind the mindset and ways of this world, and seek to live the necessary Consecrated Life in TheWay -- i.e., "Jesus replied, If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. He who does not love me will not obey my teaching. These words you hear are not my own; they belong to the Father who sent me" (John 14:23-24 NIV).    Which then enables the seeker/disciple to enter the House with the Lord in the Inner Kingdom -- i.e.,  "There is a house made without hands, seek that you may dwell therein" (Gospel of the Nazirenes chapter 19:10)

The leaders among the carnal Jews who interpreted the scriptures in outward ritual and tradition, had thrown away the Key of Knowledge -- and as such, had alienated themselves from the Inner Kingdom, and were as Jesus portrayed them as "blind guides" who were leading the people in the wrong direction.    When Jesus portrayed them as being "without" -- i.e., "...but unto them that are without, all things are done in parables" -- this was a similar condition expressed in the spiritual reality that they existed either in what Jesus portrayed as The Prison, or in the  "outer darkness" of mind and being (see Outer Darkness).    And because the leaders of the Jews expressed the scriptures in outward ritual and tradition, and failed to use them as the  Key of Knowledge, was the reason why they were blind guides who could "...not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand" -- and this remains true of the congregation of Christian who continue to embrace the way of the carnal Jews today.

The word translated "explained", in the phrase "And when they were alone, He explained all things to His disciples", literally translated from the Greek into English means to "unloose or untie" -- i.e., what has been "bound or sealed up" -- and "what is obscure and hard to understand" (from Thayer's Greek Lexicon).   And the word translated secret or mystery, makes reference to an esoteric knowledge that can only be revealed spiritually to one who is "in the House", because it is beyond the organic comprehension of those who are portrayed as being "without", or "outside" the House.    The term "open and unloose" the mind, is was also used in the Gospel as the path to entering the Inner Kingdom (see Open & Unloose The Mind).

With respect to the reality of those who are portrayed in the Gospels as being "without", in contradistinction to those who are said to be In The House, the quotation of the early Church Father Origen represents an excellent portrayal of the reality of mind and being that is presented in these words of Jesus -- wherein, Origen writes in reply to the allegations of Celsus that the Church is a secret system (see The Secret Doctrine): “I have not yet spoken of the observances of all that is written in the gospel, each one of which contains much doctrine difficult to be understood, not merely by the multitude, but even by certhttp://reincarnation.nazirene.org/#emperorsain of the more intelligent, including a very profound explanation of the parables, which Jesus delivered to 'those without' while reserving the exhibition of their full meaning for those who have passed beyond the stage of exoteric teachings, and who came to him privately in the house. And when he comes to understand it, he will admire the reason why some are said to be without, and others in the house”.

Entering In The House With The Lord

As is readily demonstrated in the above, the primary objective of the Gospel teachings is to pick up one's own cross and travail in TheWay, in imitation of our elder brother Yeshua/Jesus -- i.e., “And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it” (Matt 10:38-39 NKJ).   If God intended Yeshua/Jesus to be a one time perpetual sacrifice for the sins of man, then it never would have been stated that "...it is impossible to restore again to repentance those who ...then commit apostasy, since they crucify the Son of God on their own account and hold him up to contempt.. For if we sin deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful prospect of judgment, and a fury of fire which will consume the adversaries." (Heb 6:4-6;10:26-27 RSV).    What this means is that the religion of Yeshua in its original form was one of spiritual transformation -- and those who willfully commit sin "...after receiving the knowledge of the truth", crucify the Son of God afresh, and "...there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful prospect of judgment, and a fury of fire which will consume the adversaries."   This is why Paul stated with respect to those who continue to living a sinful life: “But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid. For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor” (Gal 2:17-18 KJV).    Which confirms the alternate ending of the Gospel of Mark which reads:  "This Age of lawlessness and unbelieving lies under the sway of Satan, who will not allow what lies under the unclean spirits to understand the truth and power of God; therefore, they said to Christ, reveal your righteousness now. Christ answered them, The term of years for Satan's power has now expired, but other terrors are at hand. I was delivered to death on behalf of sinners, that they might return to the truth and sin no more, that they might inherit that glory of righteousness which is spiritual and imperishable in heaven" (Moffatt, quoting Gospel Of Mark in Codex W - Also quoted by St. Jerome as being the authentic ending of the Gospel of Mark).

In a surviving excerpt of what has been historically known as the Gospel According to the Hebrews, which was reported to be the "original version of Matthew" that was composed in the Hebrew Characters, it was written: "If ye be in my bosom and do not the will of my Father which is in heaven, out of my bosom will I cast you away".  In the late nineteenth century a library of scriptures was uncovered which is today known as the Oxyrhynchus Papyri -- wherein this verse is found reading: "Though ye be gathered together with me in my bosom, if ye do not my commandants, I will cast you forth".  This same verse of scripture is quoted in what is historically known as the 2nd Epistle of Clement, where it is written: "Let us, then, not only call Him Lord, for that will not save us. For He saith, 'Not every one that saith to me, Lord, Lord, shall be saved, but he that worketh righteousness' …For this reason… the Lord hath said, 'Even though ye were gathered together to me in my very bosom, yet if ye were not to keep my commandments, I would cast you off, and say unto you, Depart from me; I know you not whence ye are, ye workers of iniquity’".   What these verses mean is that if you continue to sin after coming to Messiah/Christ, that you are an apostate to the teachings of TheWay, and "...there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful prospect of judgment, and a fury of fire which will consume the adversaries."

Salvation Through Imitation Of The Pattern: The New Covenant is defined in the words: “I will put my laws in their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people. No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying, 'Know the Lord,' because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest” (Heb 8:10-11 NIV).    This spiritual reality of the New Covenant is further portrayed by Paul in the words: For the truth about God is known to them instinctively; God has put this knowledge in their hearts” (Rom 1:19 TLB).   And thus, the Gospel teachings of the New Covenant represented the fulfillment of the words: "It is written in the prophets, 'And they shall all be taught by God.' Therefore everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to Me" (John 6:45 NKJ).   And it was for this reason that Jesus commanded his disciples not to be called teacher or rabbi -- i.e., "But you are not to be called rabbi, for you have One Teacher, and you are all brethren" (Matt 23:8 RSV).

Contrary to modern Christian dogmatic rhetoric, there is a requirement as seen in Paul's words with respect to fulfilling the Law: For when Gentiles who do not have the Law do instinctively the things of the Law, these, not having the Law, are a law to themselves” (Rom 2:14 NAS).   It is of the utmost importance to recognize that Paul did not say that the believer only has to call upon the name of the Lord, as is often preached in the Churches today -- but rather, the Gentiles are required to "...do instinctively the things of the Law".   In teaching about this Law that Paul states the Gentile must fulfill within themselves, Jesus stated: "For verily I say unto you, till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the Kingdom of Heaven; but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the Kingdom of heaven. For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the Kingdom of Heaven" (Matt 5:18-20).

While the modern Christians who have been spiritually disenfranchised by the Pagan Church of Rome do not at all understand the very essence of the core Gospel teachings with respect to overcoming the Laws that inhibit their access to the Kingdom within them (see Gate Of Eden) -- in a total rejection of the New Covenant, they teach their brothers instead of guiding them in TheWay in order to enter the Kingdom and be taught by the True Prophet.   And in not understanding that Jesus became the Messiah/Christ by fulfilling the Law within himself as stated in the words of the early Church writer Hippolytus that Jesus "...was justified by fulfilling the Law. He was the Christ of God, since not one of the rest of mankind had observed the Law completely. Had any one else fulfilled the commandments of the Law, he would have been the Christ, for they assert that our Lord Himself was a man in like sense with all humanity."  And the primary objective of the Gospel is to guide true seekers as Disciples and followers of TheWay, in order for them to pick up their own cross and "...thus fulfill the law [to the degree that] they are able to become Christs" (Hippolytus, Refut. Omn. Haer. vii. 34).   And this spiritual reality of the New Covenant which is brought about by fulfilling the Law within one's self by becoming the Final Temple, is demonstrated in the words of God spoken to mankind with respect to Jesus and the baptism in the Jordan in the original Gospel teachings when it was stated: "Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee" (see The Ten Words) -- which means that the historical man Jesus was a man, just like any other man, who became the Messiah/Christ when he overcame the Laws and became Anointed by God.   And when it is realized that the original Gospels did not contain a Virgin Birth account -- and began in the manner of the Gospel of Mark which portrays a man named Jesus becoming the Anointed (Messiah/Christ) -- and it is further understood that the account of the Virgin Birth is in fact an allegorical portrayal of the next stage of birth that Jesus taught was necessary to enter the Kingdom (see Virgin Birth) -- then the whole reality of what is presented in the Gospels must be understood from a perspective that is simply beyond the comprehension of the Church and manmade dogmatic religion.

That Yeshua/Jesus was our brother is seen in his own words that "Go instead to my brothers and tell them, 'I am returning to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God'" (John 20:17 NIV).   That Jesus became One with the Indwelling Logos/Son of God is seen in the words that his disciples held that he (Jesus) was in “...supernatural union of a man and God... In their eyes, Jesus of Nazareth was a mere mortal, the legitimate son of Joseph and Mary: but he was the best and wisest of the human race, selected as the worthy instrument to restore upon earth the worship of the true and supreme Deity. When he was baptized in the Jordan, the Christ, the first of the aeons, the Son of God himself, descended on Jesus in the form of a dove, to inhabit his mind, and direct his actions during the allotted period of his ministry” (Gibbon; The Decline & Fall of the Roman Empire, V.4, P.366).     And thus, the requirement of the original Gospel teachings is for those who were followers and believers, to imitate the pattern that Yeshua/Jesus set forth, and to do the Commandments that would fulfill the Law within the individual believer -- i.e., "And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?" (Luke 6:46 KJV).   And this is why Yeshua/Jesus warned those who would call themselves his followers and believers: “And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it” (Matt 10:38-39 NKJ).   The requirement that has been set forth is that “ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy” (Lev 11:45 KJV).    In the words of Gregory, Bishop of Nyssa: “…it is imperative on all those who have an equally earnest desire for the Good as He has, to be followers by the path of an exact imitation of Him Who leads the way to salvation, and to carry into action what He has shown them. It is, in fact impossible for persons to reach the same goal unless they travel by the same ways”.   And this is why the requirement was set forth by Yeshua with respect to his disciples and followers:  “You, therefore, must be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect” (Matt 5:48 RSV).   Only those who become the "good ground" in the parable of the Sower and the Seed, can be taught by the Logos/Son of God/True Prophet -- to the degree that they can themselves become Anointed (Messiah/Christ)-- i.e., "These things I have written to you concerning those who try to deceive you. But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him. And now, little children, abide in Him, that when He appears, we may have confidence and not be ashamed before Him at His coming. If you know that He is righteous, you know that everyone who practices righteousness is born of Him" (1 Jn 2:26-29 NKJ).  The necessary "...practice [of] righteousness" has absolutely nothing in common with the blind belief of manmade Church doctrines which is promoted by Christians today -- but rather, the very thinking, lifestyle and mindset of the sincere seeker who strives to do as Jesus taught, and seek the Kingdom (within).     And this important Gospel teaching is presented in the words of the Apostle John: “Everyone who has this hope in him purifies himself, just as he is pure” (1 Jn 3:3 NIV).

While the Church under Pagan Rome adopted the doctrine that Jesus was a perpetual sacrifice that permitted believers to be exempt from the sins that they continued to commit -- even after coming to the knowledge of TheWay -- Paul condemned those who hold this doctrine as apostates to the Gospel -- i.e.,  "For it is impossible to restore again to repentance those who ...then commit apostasy, since they crucify the Son of God on their own account and hold him up to contempt.. For if we sin deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful prospect of judgment, and a fury of fire which will consume the adversaries." (Heb 6:4-6;10:26-27 RSV).   What this means is that the religion of Jesus in its original form was one of spiritual transformation -- and those who willfully sin, crucify the Son of God (indwelling Logos) afresh, and "...there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful prospect of judgment, and a fury of fire which will consume the adversaries."   These, and other such spiritual concepts, were totally unacceptable to the heathen Church of Rome, and the scriptures were corrupted in order to make them support the doctrines of the emperor.  That the Church has abandoned the original teachings of Jesus, and have ignored the facts when it is demonstrated that the Church of Rome corrupted the very words of God spoken to man (see The Ten Words ), means that until the Church itself repents of this great sin against the Holy Spirit, they will remain under a cloud of ignorance in an exile state in a Spiritual Diaspora.

What this means is that if you call upon the name of the Lord in the manner of Christians today, and you then knowingly sin, you not only "...commit apostasy" and yourself "...crucify the Son of God on their own account and hold him up to contempt" -- but, as an apostate to the New Covenant, "...there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins".   If we ask the question: Did Paul really mean that the sacrifice on the cross is canceled for those who knowingly sin after calling upon the name of the Lord?   This is confirmed in the words of Paul when he wrote: "What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it? …knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin… Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace. What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not! Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one's slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness?” (Rom 6:1-16 NKJ).

The Gospel teachings of TheWay, is the path where the lower carnal nature is spiritually transformed -- i.e.,  "Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature" (Col 3:5 NIV).   To the degree where every thought is raised up to it's highest spiritual expression -- i.e., "…take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ" (2 Cor 10:5 NIV).   For Paul correctly warned that “For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live” (Rom 8:13 KJV).   That living after the flesh is sin -- and r if we sin deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful prospect of judgment, and a fury of fire which will consume the adversaries" -- which means that the whole structure of the modern Church which promotes Jesus as an exemption for living lives of sin attached to our carnally driven culture, is a Gospel fraud that is being peddled in the Churches for the profit of the clergy.    And as a Church that promotes apostasy in the name of Jesus, this is why modern Christians are totally ignorant of the means by which they are to come into the Presence of the Indwelling Logos/Son of God (see True Prophet), and learn directly from the One Teacher that Jesus said to exclusively learn from.   Thus, the modern Christian who is spiritually disenfranchised, teach in the manner of the people and wisdom of this world, and totally fail to understand the statement of Peter as preserved in the writings of his disciple Clement: "...therefore great care is to be taken, that when the law of God is read, it be not read according to the understanding of our own mind. For there are many sayings in the divine Scriptures which can be drawn to that sense which every one has preconceived for himself; and this ought not to be done. For you ought not to seek a foreign and extraneous sense, which you have brought from without".

The Sin Of Sects And Manmade Dogmatic Opinion: As demonstrated in the above, ONLY the direct teaching of the One True Prophet can reveal the true spiritual meaning of the scriptures.   Peter correctly states that a believer should reject all outward interpretations.   Paul correctly states that a believer must reject all doctrines and sects as being turned out of TheWay.    It is for this reason the Apostle cautioned Titus to “Warn a divisive person once, and then warn him a second time. After that, have nothing to do with him. You may be sure that such a man is warped and sinful; he is self-condemned” (Titus 3:10-11 NIV).   Paul was so adamantly opposed to manmade schisms and carnal opinions that he chastised the believers at Corinth that they were not men of the spirit -- as was evidenced that they had divisions among them.   He explained that the carnal, or “natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned” (1 Cor 2:14 KJV); and informs them that they are too “carnal, and walk as men” (1 Cor 3:3 KJV) to open the inner door of the mind and learn directly from the Lord via the spirit.  From his perspective, the very existence of these divisions was proof the believers at Corinth were too carnal to experience direct communication with the indwelling True Prophet -- which opening of the inner door to the spirit was the whole essence and objective of New Covenant theology.

Writing about schisms and divisions that Paul condemns in the above statement in the Epistle to Titus, the Church Father Turtillian writes: “On this point, however, we dwell no longer, since it is the same Paul who, in his Epistle to the Galatians, counts 'heresies' among 'the sins of the flesh,' who also intimates to Titus, that 'a man who is a heretic' must be 'rejected after the first admonition,' on the ground that 'he that is such is perverted, and committeth sin, as a self-condemned man.' Indeed, in almost every epistle, when enjoining on us (the duty) of avoiding false doctrines, he sharply condemns heresies. Of these the practical effects are false doctrines, called in Greek heresies, a word used in the sense of that choice which a man makes when he either teaches them (to others) or takes up with them (for himself). For this reason it is that he calls the heretic self-condemned, because he has himself chosen that for which he is condemned”.   In the gospel preached by Paul, heresy is considered a “sin of the flesh”, because schisms and divisions are the result of natural man clinging to ideas of a carnal nature.   Why are these baptized and committed Christians plagued by schisms and divisions?   Because they only call upon the Lord with their lips, while failing to do as the Apostle states by following in The Way and “Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature” (Col 3:5 NIV).

Sincere believers must therefore turn from the understanding of the flesh, or in the words of the Apostle: “For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace” (Rom 8:6 KJV).  The religion of Messiah/Christ was one of the spirit -- and Paul taught the Gentile believers not to look to the historical man Jesus, but rather the indwelling Spiritual Living Messiah/Christ as their savior and revealer of truth: “Therefore from now on we recognize no man according to the flesh; even though we have known Christ according o the flesh, yet now we know Him thus no longer” (2 Cor 5:16 NAS).

Among the many corruptions of the scriptures, was the redefining of the objective of the religious teachings itself.   When the spiritually mature Christians attempted to convey to the entry-level Christians of faith that the focus of both the scriptures and the Epistles of Paus was travailing in TheWay and becoming united and At-One with the Inwelling Christ, the scribes associated with the Church that portrayed itself as Orthodox, inserted the name Jesus in the places where Paul was making reference to becoming Anointed (Messiah/Christ) by the Indwelling Holy Spirit and the Logos/Son of God.   While Paul was portraying the process of evolving to spiritual maturity -- i.e., "My dear children, for whom I am again in the pains of childbirth until Christ is formed in you" (Gal 4:19) -- the believers of the simple-faith interpreted this seeking of the Anointing as pertaining to belief in the historical man Jesus.   Again, in the words of Prof. Bart D. Ehrman in his book, The Orthodox Corruption of Scripture, where he warns us that: "...theological disputes, specifically disputes over Christology, prompted Christian scribes to alter the words of scripture in order to make them more serviceable for the polemical task. Scribes modified their manuscripts to make them more patently ‘orthodox’ and less susceptible to ‘abuse’ by the opponents of orthodoxy".  Because the immature believers of the simple-faith could not envision that Yeshua/Jesus was the pattern to imitate, and the spiritual objective of travailing in TheWay and becoming the Anointed (Messiah/Christ), in their contention with the more spiritually mature Christians they altered the Epistles of Paul to make them reflect their dogmatic beliefs.    Thus, where Paul was making reference to "...Christ [being] formed in you", the immature faith-based Christians corrupted their Epistles to make it appear that Paul was focused on the worship of the historical Jesus instead of the Indwelling Messiah/Christ.

Paul's doctrine of faith vs the outward rituals of the Mosaic Law, is based upon the reality that if the disciple truly follows in TheWay -- doing as Jesus states and picking up their own cross in Imitation of Messiah/Christ -- that the Kingdom that Jesus taught was within each person (see http://GateOfEden.com ), will manifest within the body-mind of the disciple -- i.e., The Second Coming.   When the Key of Knowledge is applied to the scriptures -- and they are turned within -- then the disciple becomes transformed into what is called The Final Temple (see http://TheThreeLies.com#temple ).   Thus, this brings about the promised End Times or Second Coming within the mind and body of the faithful disciple of TheWay.   That the Kingdom came within the body and mind of the disciples, is why Jesus stated “Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all things take place” (Luke 21:32 NAS).   Which confirms the words: “There are some standing here, who shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom” (Mt 16:28).

These, and other such spiritual concepts of a Kingdom that comes within the lives of those who pick up their own cross and travail in TheWay, were totally unacceptable to the heathen Church of Rome, and the scriptures were corrupted in order to make them support the doctrines of the emperor.  That the Church has abandoned the original teachings of Jesus, and have ignored the facts when it is demonstrated that the Church of Rome corrupted the very words of God spoken to man, means that until the Church itself repents of this great sin against the Holy Spirit, they will remain under a cloud of ignorance in an exile state in a Spiritual Diaspora.

So we must ask: By what means did the disciples receive this esoteric knowledge that was beyond the comprehension of organic man who was portrayed as being "without" -- i.e., Gnosis.  But what is Gnosis -- and how does a person receive this Sacred Knowledge of the Kingdom directly from God?   In a state of spiritual denial, the modern Church attempts to ignore the implications of what these words convey.    In fact, few Christians even understand what a parable is.   Moreover, they can't even begin to come to terms with the reality of why one man perceives and comprehends a deeper meaning of a parable, while the multitude of hearers remain oblivious to what has been portrayed as a secret meaning that only a very few can receive.   And while some would like to promote the idea that it is an illustration where a conceptual reality is simplified, just the opposite is factually true.   Moreover, not only is the words portrayed a body of secret knowledge presented throughout the Gospels, but reference is openly made to the word mystery as used in Romans -- i.e., "according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began" -- and in explanation of the above words of Jesus with respect to the use of parables as a means to teach the people, the Wycliffe Bible Commentary writes that: “…the initiate was instructed in the esoteric teaching... which was not revealed to outsiders… The mystery of the kingdom in its ultimate development is the full-orbed message of the Gospel (Rom 16:25-26). The purpose of parables was to instruct the initiates without revealing the items of instruction to the ones who were without. This is in keeping with the Biblical principle that spiritual understanding is restricted to those who have become spiritual...”    If, as openly stated above, it is true that the disciples received instruction that was totally different than what was revealed to the multitude of people who Jesus portrayed as being "...outside", then a true seeker must conclude that every article of faith promoted by the Church today, would have to be totally re-evaluated.    Thus the question: What was Jesus stating with respect to why he spoke in parables?   To ignore this question, is to reject the whole foundational objective and revelation of the Bible.   Jesus was stating that only those who become separate and freed from the limited thinking and carnal ways of this world, and became true disciples of Messiah/Christ, are able to perceive and understand the secrets of the Kingdom of God -- and in the Greek language, this sacred Knowledge is called Gnosis.

The Parabolic Bottom Line: Upon hearing the enigmatic parables that Jesus reportedly taught in, each of the people who heard the parabolic accounts would derive a different understanding as to the meaning of what was being taught.   Thus, the Wycliffe Commentary states that "...the purpose of parables was to instruct the initiates without revealing the items of instruction to the ones who were without".   But what does this mean?    Those listeners who dwelt in what Jesus portrayed as The Prison or the Outer Darkness, heard nothing more than the parabolic accounts that they each derived a different meaning of.    And in contradistinction, those who are portrayed as being "In The House", were each able to discern esoteric spiritual truths in accord with their spiritual condition as defined in the parable of the Sower and the Seed -- spiritual truths that the multitude of hearers remained totally deaf to.   And when this higher spiritual reality is understood, it is the basis of Jesus' warning that if a person does not understand what was taught and revealed in the parable of the Sower and the Seed, then it will remain impossible for them to understand anything -- i.e., "And he saith unto them, Know ye not this parable? and how shall ye know all the parables?" (Mark 4:13 ASV).    And what this means is exactly what the Wycliffe Bible Commentary states with respect to the reality that "...in keeping with the Biblical principle that spiritual understanding is restricted to those who have become spiritual...”  -- and in the parable of the Sower and the Seed this spiritual condition that enabled the hearer or reader of the parable to understand is expressed in the words:  "...But other seed fell on good ground and yielded a crop that sprang up, increased and produced: some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some a hundred."

If the vast majority of those who heard the parables only understood in accord with their organic human reasoning, then it is of the utmost importance to begin to understand the True Source of the Spiritual Truths that were only perceived by the few who were representative of what Jesus portrayed as the "good ground" -- i.e., the sincere seekers of Truth and disciples of TheWay.    The Primary Objective of the teachings of TheWay was to connect the disciple within his own mind and being, with what Jesus portrayed as the One Teacher -- which the disciples called The True Prophet -- who is the ONLY SOURCE of Truth in this world.    And in understanding these important truths, is in fact the very purpose of the Gospel teachings.   In the writings of his disciple Clement the Apostle Peter is quoted as explaining with respect to the One Teacher and True Prophet that  "...therefore I advise not only wise men, but indeed all men who have a desire of knowing what is advantageous to them, that they seek after the true Prophet; for it is He alone who knoweth all things, and who knoweth what and how every man is seeking. For He is within the mind of every one of us, but in those who have no desire of the knowledge of God and His righteousness, He is inoperative; but He works in those who seek after that which is profitable to their souls, and kindles in them the light of knowledge. Wherefore seek Him first of all; and if you do not find Him, expect not that you shall learn anything from any other. (see The True Prophet).   Thus, those hearers of the parables who are portrayed as NOT being the "good ground" (see the Sower and the Seed), only heard and understood the meaning in accord with their organic human reasoning.   Why?   They are thus portrayed in the words:  "...but unto them that are without, all things are done in parables: that seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand".    And those who are portrayed as the "good ground", are those who hear and understand in accord with their spiritual condition -- i.e.,  "...But other seed fell on good ground and yielded a crop that sprang up, increased and produced: some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some a hundred."  And what was the Source of this more enlightened instruction that bestowed a higher spiritual understanding upon the few?   The True Prophet "...is within the mind of every one of us, but in those who have no desire of the knowledge of God and His righteousness, He is inoperative; but He works in those who seek after that which is profitable to their souls, and kindles in them the light of knowledge.  And this is why it is stated in the Epistle of James that "faith without actions is dead"!!  And what is the actions being referenced?   The work on self that transforms the seeker through the sequences portrayed in the words: "...some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some a hundred."

Flawed Human Linear Reasoning: Thus, those who are portrayed as achieving thirtyfold and sixtyfold, are those who are the "good ground" that are in the process of entering into The House with the One Teacher and True Prophet.   Those who are portrayed as having achieved a hundredfold, are those who dwell "In The House" -- while the rest of the hearers were those who were portrayed as being "without" and under the control of the "Citizen ...of the Far Country".    And that human reasoning, the quasi-religious dogma of man's religions and his philosophical schools of thought, are always in error by virtue of their blindness to the higher reality of the soul and the Mysteries of the Kingdom of God -- which reality Paul presented in the words: "See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world..." (Col 2:8 NIV).    And the degree that the seeker of Truth is to abandon and reject the dogmatic and philosophical reasoning of this world, is further presented in the words of the Apostle Peter who is quoted in the writings of his disciple Clement: "...therefore great care is to be taken, that when the law of God is read, it be not read according to the understanding of our own mind. For there are many sayings in the divine Scriptures which can be drawn to that sense which every one has preconceived for himself; and this ought not to be done. For you ought not to seek a foreign and extraneous sense, which you have brought from without". (see The Spiritual Disenfranchisement Of The Mind).

In making reference to The True Prophet who Jesus portrayed as the One Teacher, Peter warns that: "Hence, O beloved Clement, if you would know the things pertaining to God, you have to learn them from Him alone, because He alone knows the truth. For if any one else knows anything, he has received it from Him or from His disciples”.   If we ask the question: What is being said to the believer who desires to be faithful to the Gospel Teachings?   In the same way that the believer is commanded to seek out the One Teacher, and the commandment that "...when the law of God (scriptures) is read, it be not read according to the understanding of our own mind" -- it is being stated that there is only One Source of Truth -- and that the wisdom of man will misguide the seeker.   By design, human reasoning is incapable of understanding the true meaning of the scriptures -- i.e., "...therefore great care is to be taken, that when the law of God is read, it be not read according to the understanding of our own mind."   And neither should you listen to other men's gravely flawed interpretations of the scriptures -- i.e., "...For you ought not to seek a foreign and extraneous sense, which you have brought from without".   Jesus taught that there is only ONE Source of Truth, and the disciple/seeker must learn directly from that One Teacher.   And thus, these words which are representative of the core Gospel teachings, are inconceivable to the modern faith-based believer who is divided and disenfranchised from the very essence and objectives of the Gospel teachings -- overwhelmed and anchored to a carnal mindset that is of the "outer darkness" -- spiritually disenfranchised by innumerable manmade opinions, factions and sects which totally alienate the believer from the Truth and the Kingdom.

In the long ignored Epistle of Peter and James it is warned that if the more spiritual scriptures that contained the more pure esoteric knowledge were to became lost and corrupted as the Church had done to the scriptures they had been given, that "...it will remain even for those who really seek the truth, always to wander in error" (see Most Important Scriptures Never Given To The Church).   And that the modern Church does not at all understand how and why they have remained in the Spiritual Diaspora of this world -- i.e., the Far Country -- totally blind and ignorant to the Inner Kingdom and the reality of the One Teacher that Jesus said was the Source of all Truth.   Why?   Because the leaders of the congregation of Christian believers threw away the Key of Knowledge in the manner that the carnal Jews did before them.   And that by ignoring the warning of Paul when he stated that the congregation of believers would reject the esoteric knowledge of the teachings of TheWay as utter "foolishness" (see Mystery Of The Gospel), they remained too carnal to enter "In The House", and receive the essential teachings directly from the One Source and Teacher.

Thus, in the Gospel of Thomas it proclaims: "But if you will not know yourselves, you dwell in poverty and it is you who are that poverty... Whoever finds himself is superior to the world".   And thus, it is impossible for those who lack an understanding of the cosmology of their own minds, to even begin to understand why Jesus taught in parables -- i.e., that each person could only hear and understand in accord with their own spiritual condition.   Why?   Because if each person's consciousness and depth of mind is limited to the organic sphere of this earth -- and all people were equal in their perception and comprehension -- then teaching in parables would in fact be a worthless endeavor.   But that each of us is not only different -- but is in fact born different -- and some have the innate ability to be awakened to a higher reality that the majority of people remain totally oblivious to -- is the missing link to the equation of why Jesus taught the multitudes only in parables -- i.e., allegorical accounts that utilize Universal Symbols of Mind that have the power to act as a catalyst that can connect that part of us that is conscious in this world, with the higher consciousness of our soul-self that is not manifest in this world -- and Ultimately, the Mind of God which man portrays as the Logos.    What this means is that the more advanced a soul is -- regardless of the fact that they don't remember their more distant past prior to this life -- the more that person is able to reach beyond the barrier of their physical consciousness and tap into the higher reality of the soul and ultimately, the indwelling Logos/Son of God/True Prophet -- and that both the parable and the allegorical scriptures act as a catalyst that connects the person to the inner higher reality that those who dwell in the "outer darkness" remain totally oblivious to, is representative of the very purpose and spiritual objective of the scriptures.

The only reason why Jesus could teach in parables is presented in the words of the early Church Father Origen when he wrote: “Every soul... comes into this world strengthened by the victories or weakened by the defeats of its previous life” (Origen, De Principiis).    And what this means is that only those souls who in their past lives had spiritually advanced themselves, were in this life  "...strengthened by the victories" which, in accord with their spiritual condition, enabled them to perceive and comprehend the true spiritual meaning of the parables (see Early Church On PreDestination).    And when Jesus taught in parables, those people in the crowd of hearers who had advanced themselves in the past lives their soul had lived, were the ones who became spiritually awakened as to the esoteric meaning of the parable.   In the words of Thayer's Lexicon: the parable revealed "...A hidden or secret thing, not obvious to the understanding.  Of God: The secret counsels which govern God in dealing with the righteous, which are hidden from ungodly and wicked men..." -- and this revelation that could only be received by those who were themselves righteous, was in accord with the spiritual condition that had been achieved in the past lives of each of those who Jesus taught.   Thus, Origen further explains that: “For God the Creator makes a certain vessel unto honor, and other vessels to dishonor; but that vessel which has cleansed itself from all impurity He makes a vessel unto honor, while that which has stained itself with the filth of vice He makes a vessel unto dishonor. The conclusion from which, accordingly, is this, that the cause of each one's actions is a pre-existing one; and then every one, according to his deserts, is made by God either a vessel unto honor or dishonor. Therefore every individual vessel has furnished to its Creator out of itself the causes and occasions of its being formed by Him to be either a vessel unto honor or one unto dishonor" (see Early Church On PreDestination).  Those people who Origen portrays as vessels of honor, were the few who could grasp the spiritual meaning of the allegorical parable with the necessary depth of comprehension that the multitude of hearers were blind and deaf to.   And that this greater depth of self that lies beneath the organic limits of the physical body-vessel, is a reality that is only understood by those who fulfill the teaching in the Gospel of Thomas: "But if you will not know yourselves, you dwell in poverty and it is you who are that poverty... Whoever finds himself is superior to the world".

If, as openly stated above, it is true that Jesus taught those who are portrayed as initiates very differently than the multitude of people who he spoke of as being "...outside", then a true seeker must conclude that every article of faith promoted by the Church today, would have to be totally re-evaluated.    Thus, the question: What is the scriptures conveying to the reader with respect to why it is portrayed that Jesus only spoke to the people in parables?   To ignore this question in the manner that the faith-based Christians do today, is to reject the whole foundational objective and revelation of the Bible.   Jesus was stating that only those who become separate from the thinking and ways of this world, and became true disciples of Messiah/Christ, and become the "good ground" which is the only environment of body and mind that is prepared to comprehend the higher reality of the soul -- only these faithful disciples are able to perceive and understand the secrets of the Kingdom of God -- and in the Greek language, this sacred Knowledge which is received directly from the Source, is called Gnosis.   And by the very meaning of the word that is being presented that cannot be revealed "...to ordinary mortals.  A hidden or secret thing, not obvious to the understanding" -- it is of the utmost importance to recognize that what is being conveyed is the fact that "...spiritual understanding is restricted to those who have become spiritual...”.   Why? Because man in his organic or "natural" condition of mind, has yet to develop the facilities of mind necessary to receive and comprehend this higher spiritual knowledge that the biblical authors are making reference to.    And this fact of human life that everyone must eventually come to terms with, is demonstrated in the Gospel of Thomas in the saying: (17) Jesus said, "I shall give you what no eye has seen and what no ear has heard and what no hand has touched and what has never occurred to the human mind."   And these words -- i.e., higher realities that "...has never occurred to the human mind", parallels the statement of Paul that even the baptized and committed Christians will reject the higher reality of the soul and the Mysteries of the Kingdom as utter "foolishness" (see Mystery Of The Gospel).

It is not that either Jesus or the disciples wanted to hide or conceal higher spiritual facts and realities from anyone -- but rather, the organic human mind which is limited by the consciousness and vibratory spectrum of thought of the physical body, simply is incapable of comprehending any thoughts, impressions and realities beyond what the organic human body/mind will accommodate, without evolving through the process of transformation that was -- and remains -- the primary objective of the Gospel message and teachings.   Jesus came to lead the lost prodigal sons and daughters who are his brothers and sisters, out of the Far Country, in a return journey of the soul into the kingdom>   But, for the inner "narrow strait gate" to open, the body and physical mind must become what is allegorically portrayed as the Final Temple.    What this means is that the authors of the scriptures compose the body of the text using a quasi-historical setting which seems to promote the beliefs of the people, in order to both preserve the esoteric truths for those who have the eyes to see and ears to hear the higher wisdom of the spirit -- and further preserve the scriptures so they can be retrieved by these same Mystic/Gnostics when their souls returned to this life in the future.

The Left And Right Hands Of God: In the parable of the prodigal son, Jesus portrays the Citizen of the Far Country as maintaining total and complete control over the lost son -- but why?   Why would Creator-God even create and bring forth an environment that would take control and rule over the mind, thinking and lives of the lost prodigal sons and daughters?   Because the scriptures were corrupted ( http://BibleCorruption.com ),  and the modern believer has been denied access to the original teachings of Jesus on the journey of the soul  (see Preexistent Soul), it has become virtually impossible for the modern Christians to understand the Laws and the reality of what is portrayed as evil in the world.    And when properly understood, the answer to these questions go to the very core of what man calls good and evil -- and why God would seemingly permit evil to prevail in the world without intervening.   In that writing known as the Clementine Homilies, the Apostle Peter is quoted as explaining with respect to the Laws that control all movements and events in this world: "For thus from the beginning was a law laid by God, the Creator of all things, on each of the two princes, him of the right hand and him of the left, that neither should have power over any one whom they might wish to benefit or to hurt, unless first he had sat down at the same table with them. As, then, when you partook of meat offered to idols, you became servants to the prince of evil, in like manner, if you cease from these things, and flee for refuge to God through the good Prince of His right hand, honoring Him without sacrifices, by doing whatsoever He wills, know of a truth that not only will your bodies be healed, but your souls also will become healthy. For He only, destroying with His left hand, can quicken with His right; He only can both smite and raise the fallen."

It is near impossible to understand the Gospel account of Jesus and the Syro-Phoenician woman, without understanding what Peter stated in the above quotation with respect to the Laws.   Thus, it is written:  "For a woman whose young daughter had an unclean spirit heard about Him, and she came and fell at His feet.  The woman was a Greek, a Syro-Phoenician by birth, and she kept asking Him to cast the demon out of her daughter.  But Jesus said to her, Let the children be filled first, for it is not good to take the children's bread and throw it to the little dogs.  And she answered and said to Him, Yes, Lord, yet even the little dogs under the table eat from the children's crumbs.  Then He said to her, For this saying go your way; the demon has gone out of your daughter.  And when she had come to her house, she found the demon gone out, and her daughter lying on the bed" (Mark 7:25-30 NKJ).   Thus, the question: Why did Jesus not immediately help her?   Why did he portray the woman as a dog?    What is the spiritual meaning of the children's bread which is served at the Table -- bread that cannot be eaten by those portrayed as dogs?   Moreover, an important question that is rarely ever even considered, is the relationship between the acquisition of the bread and the presence of a demon that has invaded a person?   In answering the first question: The Laws which were instituted by God in the beginning, inhibited those who are servants of the Right Hand such as Jesus, from relieving the infirmities of those who sat down at the table on the Left -- people who Jesus portrayed as being in a type of Prison (see The Prison).   Thus, Jesus could not initially help the woman, because she had come under the control of the Left Hand -- i.e., "...that neither should have power over any one whom they might wish to benefit or to hurt, unless first he had sat down at the same table with them."

The modern believers who, having adopted the doctrines of men, remain totally unaware of the fact that they dwell in a Spiritual Diaspora (see The Lie).   They imagine that when they hear the Gospel, they say their Jesus-prayer, and they are then saved without any other requirements.   Yet, while there are many verses of scripture that refutes this manmade doctrine, we can easily see this refutation in the parable of the Sower and the Seed where it states that when they embrace the word, it becomes unfruitful because they fail to perfect the Word with their actions -- i.e.,  “And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful” (Mark 4:19 KJV).   Thus, when they are tested by the Left Hand in the manner portrayed in the Book of Job, they succumb and fail the tests presented to them.

Again Peter explains to his disciple Clement: "But that this is so, has been said even by the law in the person of God: ‘I will kill, and, I will make alive; I will strike, and I will heal. For, in truth, He kills and makes alive. He kills through the left hand, that is, through the evil one, who has been so composed as to rejoice in afflicting the impious. And he saves and benefits through the right hand, that is, through the good one, who has been made to rejoice in the good deeds and salvation of the righteous."

And in prayer Peter states:  "Deliver me, O Lord of all, from Thy fearful judgment. Do not give the enemy power to swallow me up, and to become heir of my soul, as of that of him who is hanging on the left; for I see how the devil joyfully takes his soul, and his body disappears."   But Christians today are as the men of Nineveh of whom it is said: "And should I not pity Nineveh, that great city, in which are more than one hundred and twenty thousand persons who cannot discern between their right hand and their left?" (Jonah 4:11 NKJ).   For as it was said to Job: "Then I will also confess to you that your own right hand can save you" (Job 40:14 NKJ).   And in the Psalms: "You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore... Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; you will stretch out Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and Your right hand will save me" (Ps 16:11;138:7 NKJ).   Which is the reason why Jesus said that those on the right will enter into life, while those on the left will inherit the tribulation of their deeds and ways: "Then He will also say to those on the left hand, 'Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels" (Matt 25:41 NKJ).   The fires are the purifying effect of the Laws which return to each person the fruit of their own actions.

In the same way that in accord with the Divine Pattern -- as well as the Duality and Threefold reality of all of Creation -- there is the Duality of the Two Ways, the same is true with respect to the scriptures.   Paul portrayed the body of the scriptures as the "letter that killeth" to the Galatians when they were observing the rituals of the written word of the text.   Why?   Because the Left Hand is portrayed in the literal text -- and is especially seen in the Mosaic Law of Karmic-Retribution of an eye for an eye -- a reality of the Laws that control this world which has been ordained to perpetually return back to us the fruit of our own thoughts, desires and actions -- i.e., "Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap" (Gal 6:7 NKJ).    A most profound statement by the Church Father Origen is basically rejected by the people of the simple faith today who are incapable of reason and engaging the mind in the process of true spiritual growth: “Every soul... comes into this world strengthened by the victories or weakened by the defeats of its previous life” (Origen, De Principiis - see The Early Church On Predestination).   And when properly understood, that Angelic Power that Peter portrays and the Prince of the Left Hand, exercises absolute control over the prodigal son for the purpose of evolving him to a level of spiritual maturity.   In the life of mankind, much of this control over the people of this world is to maintain them in a condition where they can eventually overcome the Laws and bring about a state of Wholeness and Completion.   In the same way that a school is a controlled environment which is conducive to the process of learning, so too is this world.   And that, for the same reason that a student is not given the answers to the tests that they must complete before moving on to a higher level of instruction, there is an important reason why man dwells under the  cloud of ignorance that is portrayed as the "outer darkness" of mind and being (see Outer Darkness).   Therefore, the authors of the scriptures well understood the reality that the body of esoteric knowledge must be concealed from the ruling powers of this world, or it will be immediately destroyed.   Proof of this fact is easily demonstrated in the article The Ten Words, where it is demonstrated beyond any doubt that the original Ebionite Nazirene Disciples of Jesus were correct, in their assertion that Jesus was a man who became the Messiah and One with the Indwelling Logos/Son of God at his baptism.   And regardless of the facts and proof presented, the Christian world ardently ignores the Truth, and condemns as heretics those who even present to them the facts.   Thus, they have eaten at the table of the Prince of the Left Hand, and their whole mind, thinking and lifestyle is under the control of what Paul portrays as the god of this world.

Throughout most of man's history it was virtually impossible for core essential truths to be written literally, because (1) organic man could not comprehend his own higher soul reality -- (2) whenever core essential truths were written in a manner that man could begin to grasp them, these truths were quickly corrupted and condemned as heresy.   Therefore, it has always been necessary to preserve and conceal these core essential truths under the garb of allegory, so that they could be passed on to those who had the capacity to use them, and escape the shackles of what Jesus portrayed as the Citizen of the Far Country.   Unbeknown to the congregation of faith-based believers who are acting in the capacity of a mule or courier who smuggles and preserves important sacred (esoteric) knowledge without the god of this world (Citizen of the far Country) being able to totally stop and inhibit the smuggling of these sacred esoteric truths -- and while the god of this world can keep and maintain the congregation of believers in a state of denial when they are confronted with the facts, because of the manner that the scriptures are composed, it remains impossible for the Citizen of the Far Country to totally destroy the body of sacred knowledge.   Why?   Because all things that exist, must exist within the Divine Pattern of Creation.   Therefore, the scriptures are composed using a CODE -- and the CODE takes into account the very Spiritual DNA of Creation itself.   What this means is that the CODE to retrieving the esoteric knowledge that lies concealed beneath the text which Paul portrayed as the "letter that killeth" (2 Cor 3:6), which was often little more than "Jewish fables" (Titus 1:14), was the CODE which Jesus portrayed as  The Key of Knowledge  that the Jews are said to have thrown away.    That the segment of the Gentile Church which called themselves Orthodox, followed in the same way as the carnal Jews who were portrayed as Pharisees, is the very reason why the congregation of Christians today are themselves a body of mules or couriers, who dwell in a Spiritual Diaspora that totally inhibits them from perceiving the true meaning of the Gospels.   Yet, because they have preserved the sacred writings, they can begin to free themselves from the constraints and shackles of the Citizen of the Far Country, by learning how to apply The Key of Knowledge to both the scriptures, the world in which they live, and within the construct of their own body, mind/soul and spiritual natures.

The Ebionites Vs Paul

Returning to the statement of the early Church writer Irenaeus: "Those who are called Ebionites agree that the world was made by God... they use the Gospel of Matthew only, and repudiate the Apostle Paul, maintaining that he was an apostate from the Law."  The question must be posed: If it is true that the original Ebionite Nazirene disciples of Yeshua/Jesus understood the spiritual meaning of the scriptures, then why did they openly condemn and reject Paul?

When Paul wrote that believers are saved by faith apart from the works of the Law -- implying that the Law was done away with -- those faith-based Christians who were not yet mature enough to understand the spiritual meaning of the Law, became gravely misguided.    What Paul was making reference to was the ritual observance of the Law of Moses -- and when rightly understood, the requirements set forth by Paul was far greater than that of the rituals of the Jews.  Throughout his Epistles the Apostle Paul writes that the carnal mind is dead to man’s spiritual reality -- and must therefore be transformed.  Why?  Because man's carnal perception is limited to the three dimensions of this realm that is associated with his physical body, and the ability to perceive the soul and spiritual realms that man’s higher consciousness simultaneously dwells in, must be developed.  In this respect, we can begin to see the concept of waking up from this stupor, sleep, or death that is associated with physical life in the words: "But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment" (Matt 12:36 KJV).  And what words are not considered idle?  Paul tells us to "Pray without ceasing" (1Thes 5:17 KJV

Why? Why would Jesus warn the people that they will be judged for merely speaking an "idle word"?  It must be understood that to be consciously aware of "every idle word" requires one to be in total control of their mind.  That this total control of one’s words begins with a total control of one’s mind can further be seen in the commandment of the Apostle to "…take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ" (2 Cor 10:5 NIV). Moreover, how can the same Apostle who states that we are saved by faith, rather than works, expect those who call themselves Christians to "…take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ"?  Thus, we begin to see that in the religion that was preached by both Yeshua and Paul, there can be no meaningless idle expressions that are easily seen plaguing the lives of the modern Christian.

In the Epistle of James is it written that in order to fulfill the spiritual objectives of the Gospel, one had to "…bridle the whole body" (James 3:2 KJV).   While this may appear totally alien from the perspective of the modern Christian who fully indulges in the unbounded excesses of our present-day cultural lifestyle, the Apostle Paul confirmed the validity of these words from a New Covenant perspective when he wrote of the necessity to "…beat my body and make it my slave..." (1 Cor 9:27 NIV).   Moreover, when Paul stated that salvation is by faith over the ritual works of the Law of Moses, the reality that faith meant an entirely different thing to the Apostle Paul than what is being preached from our pulpits today, can be seen in Paul’s commandment to all who would call themselves a Christian to "Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature" (Col 3:5 NIV).  If the congregation of believers could simply have faith, without living a Consecrated Life set apart from the thinking and lifestyle of the people of this world, then Paul would not have warned the believers of the simple faith that: “For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live” (Rom 8:13 KJV).   To mortify the deeds of the body takes work -- a great amount of work -- and this work cannot be accomplished through a static faith.   The problem is that these biblical commandments have absolutely nothing in common with the doctrine of faith that was developed by Martin Luther in the Middle-ages.

These biblical verses are rarely used today because they represent concepts that would be considered extreme and fanatical from the perspective of both believers and non-believers in our modern-day culture. In fact, everything in our present-day society has been engineered by what the Apostle calls the god of this world, to inhibit the fulfilling of these necessary ingredients in the process of the next stage of birth that the Bible states is absolutely necessary if we are to enter into Life.   But the statement of Paul that the Law was done away with, and believers were saved by faith, gave birth to a segment of the Church that remained totally carnal in their understanding and perception of the Gospel message.   Thus, to counter this grave misconception it was stated in the Epistle of James: What use is it, my brethren, if a man says he has faith, but he has no works? Can that faith save him? …Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead, being by itself. But someone may well say, 'You have faith, and I have works; show me your faith without the works, and I will show you my faith by my works’” (James 2:14-18 NAS).   The problem is explored in the words of the Barnes' Notes Commentary for James 2:26:

…all history has shown, the statements of Paul on the subject of justification are liable to great abuse. All the forms of Antinomianism have grown out of such abuse, and are only perverted statements of his doctrine. It has been said, that if Christ has freed us from the necessity of obeying the law in order to justification; if he has fulfilled it in our stead, and borne its penalty, then the law is no longer binding on those who are justified, and they are at liberty to live as they please. It has been further said, that if we are saved by faith alone, a man is safe the moment he believes, and good works are therefore not necessary. It is possible that such views as these began to prevail as early as the time of James, and, if so, it was proper that there should be an authoritative apostolic statement to correct them, and to check these growing abuses. If, therefore, James had, as it has been supposed he had, any reference to the sentiments of Paul, it was not to correct his sentiments, or to controvert them but it was to correct the abuses which began already to flow from his doctrines, and to show that the alleged inferences did not properly follow from the opinions which he held; or, in other words, to show that the Christian religion required men to lead holy lives, and that the faith by which it was acknowledged that the sinner must be justified, was a faith which was productive of good works.

In the teachings of the New Covenant, faith is the foundation -- and it is the works of the spirit that opens the (mystical) gate between this realm and the Kingdom that enlightens the mind of the disciple with the (gnosis) knowledge of the Light. In order to begin to get a right sense of the reality that is being conveyed in these terms, we must understand that in the same way that gnosis has nothing to do with doctrine and the concepts of carnal men, neither does the term works have anything to do with rituals or religious observances.

The problem in the early church began to manifest when many of the Gentile converts attempted to reinterpret the teachings of The Way as a means of justification and redemption from sin, whereby they could believe in Jesus and continue to live a carnal lifestyle. From a gospel perspective, what these carnal believers were doing was embracing one part of what Paul wrote, and ignoring the other parts. This is acknowledged by Barnes' Notes in the words: “All the forms of Antinomianism have grown out of such abuse, and are only perverted statements of his doctrine. It has been said, that if Christ has freed us from the necessity of obeying the law in order to justification; if he has fulfilled it in our stead, and borne its penalty, then the law is no longer binding on those who are justified, and they are at liberty to live as they please. It has been further said, that if we are saved by faith alone, a man is safe the moment he believes, and good works are therefore not necessary”.

Because their perception of the gospel was fragmentary and incomplete, they naturally ignored what they were unable to comprehend, and they were unable to perceive the reality of what Paul was attempting to covey where he wrote: “for if you are living according to the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you are putting to death the deeds of the body, you will live. For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God” (Rom 8:13-14 NAS). In the end, the ultimate spiritually illegitimate doctrine that emerged out of this carnal reinterpretation of the gospel message is seen embodied in the doctrine of Original Sin, which was conceived by the Latin Church Father St. Augustine -- whereby all men were born in sin, and incapable of doing anything good.

Those believers -- both Jewish and Christian -- who understood the essence of the teaching of the prodigal son -- that the soul pre-existed the body, and our indwelling spiritual nature which is the very source of our being, remains with the Father in the Kingdom -- were able to move their thinking beyond the carnal perception of the Word, pierce the great divide between this realm and the Kingdom, become enlightened by the illumination of the Holy Spirit, and embrace the Truth and the Light. Those believers who clung to manmade carnal doctrines -- doctrines that envisioned man's reality from the perception of the body, and not the spirit -- caused the believers to fall into error.

Over the course of the first four centuries the conflict raged between the carnal Christians, the spiritual (Gnostic) Christians, and at times the original Jewish Messianic believers who were often viewed as heretics by the majority of Gentile converts. The end of the conflict came when the carnal Christians entered into a covenant and alliance with the Roman Emperor Constantine, who then annihilated both the spiritual Christians and the Jewish Messianic believers -- thereby making the very carnal reinterpretation of the gospel message the winner of the controversy.

The problem was that the carnal Christians were incapable of understanding the Apostles words when he wrote: “What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?” (Rom 6:1-2 KJV). The ideas they developed that man was genetically incapable of not being a sinner, and that even after becoming a Christian continued to sin, negated the words of Paul when he wrote: “Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?” (Rom 6:16 KJV). One of their paramount errors was their failure to perceive the words of Paul in their true spiritual sense -- i.e., when Paul spoke of death he was not indicating the death of the body, but more appropriately, the severing of the natural man from his spiritual nature. Thus, as sinners, and men of the flesh, the essence of New Covenant theology -- which was the spiritual perfection of the believer -- was simply beyond their comprehension.

The political leaders of the church -- men such as Augustine -- waged great battles with those of an opposing viewpoint such as Pelagius, who championed the cause that “Man is able, if he likes, to live without sin and keep the commandments of God, in as much as God gives him this ability”. What is important for us to recognize in the words of Pelagius is that, he did not say that man has the power to live without sin -- but rather, “God gives him [man] this ability”. What believer today would disagree with this statement?

The political leaders of the church could not even begin to envision the secret to the controversy when Jesus said: “Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and a house divided against a house falls” (Luke 11:17 NKJ). It is not that physical, or natural man had to become perfect -- but rather, that man only had to break down the great wall of divide that separates his carnal self, from his spiritual nature.

The Problem With Paul

Many modern pseudo-Ebionites and pseudo-Nazarenes focus on the condemnation of Paul in the writings of Peter's disciple Clement, but they ignore these same writings which portray the written text of the scriptures as the "books with the power to deceive" (see Mystery Of The Books).    Which means that these pseudo-Ebionite/Nazarene groups don't at all understand why both Peter and the original Ebionites opposed and condemned Paul as the proverbial Simon Magus.    Yet, these same pseudo-Ebionite/Nazarenes who are themselves blind to the spiritual meaning of the Torah -- and have themselves been fooled and seduced by what Peter portrays at the "mystery of the books with the power to deceive" (see  An Inconvenient Truth),  remain equally blind to the spiritual meaning of the Gospels.

The problem with Paul from an historical sense is seen in the fact that a number of non-Jews authored his Epistles in his name, and many of them were hostile to Judaism.   Paul, therefore, is the father of Christian Gnosticism -- which in and of itself is not necessarily bad -- but we must also remember that there were major differences in the Greek Mystery religions (Gnostic) and the system taught by Yeshua and the people of the New Covenant.   But since the vast majority of modern pseudo-Ebionite/Nazarenes do not understand the meaning of the word Gnosis as being Spiritual Knowledge revealed directly to the mind of True Disciples and Seekers of TheWay (see The Reality Of Gnosis),  in their ignorance they condemn and reject the Divine Manna from Heaven.   And while Paul was not wrong in his assertion that it would have been a waste of time for the non-Jews to become ritually Torah observant -- much quicker enlightenment was achieved by non-Jews who converted to a spiritual quasi-Buddhist lifestyle which was what Paul promoted.   But the problem worsened when the carnal non-Jewish converts who were themselves ignorant of the spiritual meaning of the Torah, started writing their doctrines directly into the Epistles associated with Paul.   Many of the more anti-Jewish pro-Gnostic Epistles attributed to Paul were in fact eventually suppressed by the Church, because these writings demonstrated that they were authored by a non-Jewish Gnostic.

As an example: The second century Church Father Clement of Alexandria writes that: “And further, that the same God that furnished both the Covenants was the giver of Greek philosophy to the Greeks, by which the Almighty is glorified among the Greeks, he shows.  And it is clear from this.  Accordingly, then, from the Hellenic training, and also from that of the law are gathered into the one race of the saved people those who accept faith: not that the three peoples are separated by time, so that one might suppose three natures, but trained in different Covenants of the one Lord, by the word of the one Lord.  For that, as God wished to save the Jews by giving to them prophets, so also by raising up prophets of their own in their own tongue, as they were able to receive God’s beneficence, He distinguished the most excellent of the Greeks from the common herd, in addition to ‘Peter’s Preaching,’ the Apostle Paul will show, saying: ‘Take also the Hellenic books, read the Sibyl, how it is shown that God is one, and how the future is indicated. And taking Hystaspes, read, and you will find much more luminously and distinctly the Son of God described, and how many kings shall draw up their forces against Christ, hating Him and those that bear His name, and His faithful ones, and His patience, and His coming.’ Then in one word he asks us, ‘Whose is the world, and all that is in the world? Are they not God’s? ‘ Wherefore Peter says, that the Lord said to the apostles: ‘If any one of Israel then, wishes to repent, and by my name to believe in God, his sins shall be forgiven him, after twelve years. Go forth into the world, that no one may say, We have not heard’”.

These words attributed to Paul by Clement of Alexandria, have been suppressed by the Church, and the ignorant Christians are under the grave misconception that the Ebionite/Nazirenes opposed him merely because he condemned a ritual observance of the Torah -- which the Ebionite/Nazirenes who were Gnostic and vegetarian, did not themselves hold to.

Some of the writings attributed to Paul were outrageous, but the ignorant Christians today know nothing about these.   As can be seen in the above words, Clement quotes an Epistle of Paul where he (the author) uses the Sibyl of the Greek Mystery religions as an authority.   He also quotes Hystaspes -- which I will provide a research article: "According to Avestan history, Vištâspa offered asylum to Zarathustra when the latter was hunted down by his opponents, the priests of the god Mithra. Later, the king organized a debate between the prophet and the priests; when Zarathustra had proved that his doctrines were superior, Vištâspa became an adherent of the new religion. Legend has elaborated this story and added an intervention by Ahuramazda in person"  (see SEARCH)

If the Ebionite/Nazirenes would have accepted the Greek Gnosticism that was promoted under the authorship of Paul, they would have totally undermined their own position among the Essenes and Hebrews -- and would not have been able to guide carnal Jews in TheWay.   Because few Jews today understand the Inner Spiritual Revelation of the Torah, the great majority of modern Jews have been alienated from their own religion.  And because most non-Jews are too carnal to comprehend the very Gnostic Epistles of Paul -- and in not understanding the inner meaning of the scriptures (see  An Inconvenient Truth) -- and have themselves thrown away the Key of Knowledge -- they falsely believe that Yeshua did away with the Law.   This condition of profound spiritual ignorance is responsible for the greater number of Christians and Messianic Jews that have in fact alienated themselves from the teachings of TheWay that they claim to champion.

The theologian Ernest Renan, in his book Saint Paul, wrote: "True Christianity, which will last forever, comes from the gospel words of Christ not from the epistles of Paul. The writings of Paul have been a danger and a hidden rock. the causes of the principal defects of Christian theology."

Albert Schweitzer, winner of the 1952 Nobel Peace Prize, has been called "one of the greatest Christians of his time."  He was a philosopher, physician, musician, clergyman, missionary, and theologian. In his The Quest for the Historical Jesus and his Mysticism of Paul he writes: "Paul....did not desire to know Christ....Paul shows us with what complete indifference the earthly life of Jesus was regarded....What is the significance for our faith and for our religious life, the fact that the Gospel of Paul is different from the Gospel of Jesus?....The attitude which Paul himself takes up towards the Gospel of Jesus is that he does not repeat it in the words of Jesus, and does not appeal to its authority....The fateful thing is that the Greek, the Catholic, and the Protestant theologies all contain the Gospel of Paul in a form which does not continue the Gospel of Jesus, but displaces it."

William Wrede, in his book Paul, informs us: "The oblivious contradictions in the three accounts given by Paul in regard to his conversion are enough to arouse distrust....The moral majesty of Jesus, his purity and piety, his ministry among his people, his manner as a prophet, the whole concrete ethical-religious content of his earthly life, signifies for Paul's Christology nothing whatever....The name 'disciple of Jesus' has little applicability to Paul....Jesus or Paul: this alternative characterizes, at least in part, the religious and theological warfare of the present day"

Rudolf Bultman, one of the most respected theologians, wrote in his Significance of the Historical Jesus for the Theology of Paul: "It is most obvious that Paul does not appeal to the words of the Lord in support of his....views. when the essentially Pauline conceptions are considered, it is clear that Paul is not dependent on Jesus. Jesus' teaching is -- to all intents and purposes -- irrelevant for Paul."

Walter Bauer, another eminent theologian, wrote in his Orthodoxy and Heresy in Earliest Christianity: "If one may be allowed to speak rather pointedly the Apostle Paul was the only Arch-Heretic known to the apostolic age."

In one of the best books on early Christianity, Those Incredible Christians, Dr. High Schonfield reports: "It was not only the teaching and activities of Paul which made him obnoxious to the Christian leaders: but their awareness that he set his revelations above their authority and claimed an intimacy with the mind of Jesus, greater than that of those who had companied with him on earth and had been chosen by him....It was an abomination, especially as his ideas were so contrary to what they knew of Jesus, that he should pose as the embodiment of the Messiah 's will....Paul was seen as the demon-driven enemy of the Messiah....For the legitimate Church, Paul was a dangerous and disruptive influence, bent on enlisting a large following among the Gentiles in order to provide himself with a numerical superiority with the support of which he could set at defiance the Elders at Jerusalem. Paul had been the enemy from the beginning. and because he failed in his former open hostility he had craftily insinuated himself into the fold to destroy it from within."

It is important to understand the relationship between the teachings of Jesus, and the theology that has been created from the perspective of the Epistles of the Apostle Paul -- a man who never met Jesus in his lifetime.   Under the heading of Jesus and Paul, the Encyclopedia Britannica writes: “In calling Paulinism 'Christocentric', one raises the question as to its relation to the Gospel proclaimed by Jesus... how far he unconsciously modified the Gospel by making Christ its subject matter rather than its revealer.... Paul... put all into so fresh a perspective as to change the relative emphasis on points central to the teaching of Jesus, and so alter its spirit.

The Folly Of Paul

While it is true that it would have been a grave hindrance to the Gentiles to first become ritual observant Jews before learning of the spiritual meaning and teachings of Yeshua/Jesus, in Paul's failure to explain the spiritual meaning of the Old Testament with respect to the transformational process of becoming the Final Temple, Paul alienated and drove a wedge between the Jewish and Christian followers of Yeshua/Jesus and the teachings of the Universal Path of TheWay.    That the authors of the Torah and Old testament were forced to use the allegorical Language of the Soul -- using the Jews as a type of mule to transport the esoteric knowledge of the Inner Kingdom so it could be used by the sincere seekers of Truth and the Kingdom -- is detailed in great depth in An Inconvenient Truth.   The fact that Paul confesses that he could not convey to the Congregation of believers who he himself taught the higher reality of the soul and the Mysteries of the Kingdom -- again to the degree that when Paul states that he was "..caught up into Paradise and heard inexpressible words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter" (2 Cor 12:4-5 NKJ) -- he should have recognized the fact that if "...it is not lawful for a man to utter" what a Disciple who enters the Kingdom experiences, why would it be any more lawful for the authors of the Torah and Old Testament to convey what is "...not lawful for a man to utter"?   And that the authors of the scriptures were barred by Law not to reveal the Sacred Secrets of the Kingdom as portrayed by Yeshua/Jesus: "Unto you is given the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all things are done in parables: that seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest haply they should turn again, and it should be forgiven them" (Mark 4:11-12 ASV) -- and the term, "...lest haply they should turn again", is stated in reference to the Kingdom that can only be found within, and the presence of the One Teacher therein.

The Gospel accounts state that Jesus only spoke to the multitude of hearers in the enigma of parables, and it is imperative that we recognize that Jesus did not, and could not, speak and teach plainly to those who are portrayed as being "without" the House -- i.e.,  "And with many such parables He spoke the word to them as they were able to hear it.  But without a parable He did not speak to them. And when they were alone, He explained all things to His disciples" (Mark 4:33-34 NKJV).

In not fully explaining to the reader that the author's of the Torah and Old Testament were forced to use the enigmatic and allegorical Language of the Soul because of "natural" man's inability to comprehend his own higher soul-reality, Paul created a dogmatic rift and division -- thereby inhibiting both Jew and Gentile from comprehending the true meaning of the scriptures.    To continue in understanding the Spiritual Reality of what Paul attempted to convey to the the Gentiles, read The Gnostic Paul

No Jew Has Ever Read The Law/Torah

The Jewish world today is in spiritual turmoil.  Only a very small number of Jews are Torah Observant.  The majority of Reformed and Conservative Jews live as non-Jews -- neither observing the Sabbath or keeping the tenets of the written Law.  Many Jews consider themselves Atheists.  A massive number of Jews are daily being converted to Messianic Judaism -- a Christian based doctrinal system which has cloaked itself in a Jewish facade in order to convert Jews to Christianity.  Others call themselves Nazarene Jews or Ebionites, but because they have been spiritually disenfranchised,  they remain counterfeit with respect to the names and terms they espouse.   And while there are the very few enlightened Jews (Spiritual Israelites) who know the truth, the Jewish, Christian and Muslim world remains ignorant as to the Truth that is only known by these very few.

The Spiritual Law/Torah

Once understood, Paul taught a parable doctrine with respect to the Law as was embraced by the Ebionites.  The problem is that modern Jews remain in bondage to the written word, while Christians who fail to comprehend the true meaning of the Law, dwell in lawless abandonment that makes them apostates to the Kingdom of God.

The Law is Spiritual!

Yeshua commanded his disciples to Observe and Fulfill the Law/Torah. Not in the ritualistic manner of the Jews, but in a Spiritual manner by turning the Torah within them in the endeavor to open the Inner Narrow Door to the Kingdom. By doing this, Yeshua became the Lord's Anointed (Messiah/Christ), and One with that Principle known as the Indwelling Son of God.

The Gnostic Paul

The above authors and scholars are correct!  Because many of the converts were of a heathen minset and lifestyle, and they failed to comprehend the essence of a Spiritual Church vs a secularized institutionalized Church, their carnal interpretations and misinterpretation of Paul eventually led to the destruction of the teachings of TheWay.  Faith to the Apostle Paul meant something entirely different than it did to Martin Luther and the modern believer today.   Until we begin to understand faith from the more enlightened Spiritual/Gnostic perception of Paul, the modern Christian religious experience will not bring about the results the believers envision -- and will in fact lead to their own spiritual destruction.  Paul taught to "prove all things", because if you seek the Inner Kingdom, all Truth will be revealed to you in accord with your ability to live and manifest the Truth, the Light, and TheWay.

In the recently discovered Gospel of Thomas it is written: (12) The disciples said to Jesus, "We know that you will depart from us. Who is to be our leader?" Jesus said to them, "Wherever you are, you are to go to James the righteous, for whose sake heaven and earth came into being."   So to once again restore the teachings of TheWay which is today known as Christianity, the Lord has sent Jacob/James, the Brother of Yeshua/Jesus, back into the world in order to guide the faithful flock into the Truth, the Light, and the Kingdom within (Luke 17:20-21).   It is there that my brother Yeshua/Jesus awaits you.

The above warning with respect to the predicted corruption of Yeshua's teachings is further stated in the first century writings known today as the Clementine Recognitions where it is written: "Our Lord and Prophet, who hath sent us, declared to us that the wicked one, having disputed with Him forty days, and having prevailed nothing against Him, promised that he would send apostles from amongst his subjects, to deceive.  Wherefore, above all, remember to shun apostle or teacher or prophet who does not first accurately compare his preaching with that of James, who was called the brother of my Lord, and to whom was entrusted to administer the church of the Hebrews in Jerusalem, — and that even though he come to you with witnesses: lest the wickedness which disputed forty days with the Lord, and prevailed nothing, should afterwards, like lightning falling from heaven upon the earth, send a preacher to your injury, as now he has sent Simon upon us, preaching, under pretense of the truth, in the name of the Lord, and sowing error. Wherefore He who hath sent us, said, ‘Many shall come to me in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. By their fruits ye shall know them.’"

Again it is warned by Clement: "Wherefore observe the greatest caution, that you believe no teacher, unless he bring from Jerusalem the testimonial of James the Lord’s brother, or of whosoever may come after him. For no one, unless he has gone up thither, and there has been approved as a fit and faithful teacher for preaching the word of Christ, — unless, I say, he brings a testimonial thence, is by any means to be received. But let neither prophet nor apostle be looked for by you at this time, besides us. For there is one true Prophet, whose words we twelve apostles preach"

As predicted, the ministers of Satan have succeeded in altering the teachings of my brother Yeshua, and continue to lead many into the abyss of darkness.   But have no fear my brothers and sisters, for the teachings of TheWay has been restored so that you might be able to overcome the darkness, and enter the Kingdom of Light within you (Luke 17:20-21).

The Brother Of Yeshua/Jesus: 2000 years ago I lived as Jacob who many all James, and I was known as the Brother of Yeshua and the first leader of the New Covenant movement of TheWay which is today known as Christianity.  I was sent back into the world to restore the teachings of my brother Yeshua to their original spiritual essence, and to guide you in TheWay that is "narrow" so you will be able to open the "strait gate" within you and enter the Kingdom that Yeshua declared must be attained through the second birth.

The Ebionite HomePage: If you call yourself a Christian, Jew, Messianic believer, Evyonim, Nazarene or Muslim, then it is imperative that you learn of the Ebionites who are True Spiritual Israel -- They are the Poor Ones to the ways and thinking of this world -- The Ebionites were the Israelites of the Nazirene Vow They are/were the Genuine Disciples of Yeshua/Jesus who are in the world and not of it!

The Nazirene HomePage: The original spiritual teachings of Yeshua/Jesus as practiced by the people of The Way who where known historically as the Essenes, Ebionites, and Nazirenes. The teachings of The Way are Spiritual -- and provide a means to open the "strait gate" into the Kingdom while still physically alive in the body/vessel.

Reincarnation - The Key To Christianity:

The Light Of Yeshua -- The Messianic Nazirene Disciple of TheWay: While many teach that believers are saved by faith, the journey of the disciple of Yeshua is one of absolute dedication to The Way. The disciple who becomes a brother to Yeshua must live as he lived, and become a Nazirene who is consecrated and wholly set apart as they walk the Narrow Way, enter into the Kingdom through the Strait Gate, and learn directly from the L-rd -- the One Rabbi and Teacher of the Mysteries of G-d.

Divine Strategery: How God Fools Mankind - Keeping Him Ignorant Of The Truth: Strategery has become synonymous with when what is portrayed as simple, simpleminded, or even self-evident, is able to dupe and thwart an opposing force that perceives itself to be either superior, or to suppose they know the answers.   Divine Strategery is how God fools all the religious leaders of this world who think they doctrinally know God -- all the would-be teachers and philosophers of this world who think they Know Truth -- all the Atheists and those who criticize and denounce the existence of God by virtue of their limited perception and understanding -- and all the people in this world who think they understand the purpose of life and the world in which we presently dwell.  As prodigal sons and daughters of our Heavenly Father, if the people in this life knew the answers, then the learning experience of God's SchoolHouse of this world would not effectively evolve us to become true Brothers and Sisters of our Elder Brother Yeshua/Jesus.  Therefore, in order to insure that each of us is immersed in the necessary learning experience that this life offers, all people are equally fooled into thinking they know, in order for them to be manipulated into embracing a higher agenda that is beyond their ability to even imagine.   Thus, Divine Strategery!!!

The Pre-Existent Soul of Mankind: Jesus taught the reality of the pre-existent soul that evolves to perfection over the course of many lifetimes. The Church adheres to the doctrine and theology of a Circus Prostitute and a Roman Emperor who maintained absolute control over what Christians were permitted to believe! Christians continue to cling to the theology of this Circus Prostitute today - rejecting the teachings of Jesus, while adhering to the doctrines of Pagan Rome. The mass confusion of an uncountable number of sects today, is the direct result of the void which was brought about when this foundational concept was removed from both the Bible, as well as Christian doctrine. The doctrinal quagmire which was brought about with the removal of this foundational teaching, obstructs Christians growth and maturity beyond the entry-level simple faith. Because they adhere to the corrupted doctrines of men, modern Christians can't inherit the Biblical Promise of entering the Kingdom and Life.

Being Of Light: Who are we?  What are we? From where have we come?  What is our destiny?  To the demise of those who read these words, only a handful of people today can answer these all-important crucial questions correctly! The rest dwell under the cloud of unknowing -- and if you think you are the person whose reflection you see in the mirror, then you are a stranger to your true self and have made yourself part of the illusion of this world. With great wisdom Yeshua/Jesus is quoted in The Books of the Savior, also known as Pistis Sophia (Faith-Wisdom): "Do not cease seeking day or night, and do not let yourselves relax until you have found all the Mysteries of the Kingdom of Light, which will purify you and make you into Pure Light and lead you into the Kingdom of Light."

Gospel of the Nazirenes -- Gospel Of Light: What did the Gospels look like before being edited and re-written by the Church of Rome? What were the original beliefs of the first followers of Yeshua? You will be astonished when you read a surviving text of The Gospel of the Nazirenes which was hidden away from the corrupters of the Roman Church. Are you ready for a truly enlightening experience?

The Gate Of Eden: Why were the Nazirene/Ebionites vegetarian?  Why did they live in accordance with the precepts of the Torah/Law?  Why did they live separate and apart from both Jews and Christians?  The answer is very simple: The Gate of Eden is within us, and if we fail to enter therein while we are still physically alive in the body, we will have failed in our opportunity to enter into Life.  And while it can be countered that we are saved by our belief in Messiah/Christ, faith, or the blood of the lamb, the truth is that if we were truly faithful disciples of TheWay, that we would experience the opening of the inner door and the Kingdom coming within us.  The GateOfEden article explores all aspects of the need to pick up one's own cross and follow the narrow path that leads to the inner gate to the Edenic Kingdom of Origination.
